    A light airy apartment close to the city with free public transport into Adelaide central shopping area. Walking distance to local supermarket, and two great pubs. Plenty of eateries in the neighbourhood. Own kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and lounge. Set on the second floor over looking a lush garden, through large windows. Aircon. and fans in all rooms.
    The space is an open plan kitchen, living and dining with a separate bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is access through a private staircase.
    Thebarton is a mixture of industrial and housing ...including old workers cottages. It is a small suburb just a 2 min drive to the city. Thebarton has 3 local pubs, a supermarket, shopping centre and a bar at the end of the street.
  • We had a lovely three days in this nice apartment. Very clean and well equipped. Close to the free tram service, with easy access to the city, and only a short Uber ride from the airport. We did miss having wifi, but listing clearly indicates it doesn't have it.

  • Great place - 5 or so minute walk to the free tram which takes less than 10 minutes into the city. Dry clean and stylish! Quiet neighbourhood close to a good cafe. There’s a small dog that barks downstairs when you enter and leave but it quietens down after 5 mins so it’s not a big stress.

    This attractive one bedroom, musician-themed apartment is literally a short stroll to the beach and the restaurant district of Henley Beach. It has a sleek modern look with swanky polished concrete floors. Other features include two large courtyards in excess of 90m2 with timber decked entertaining areas, fake lawn with outdoor seating, nearby laundromat (five minutes drive). Would make for a great weekend getaway, only a 15 minute bus/car ride to Adelaide's CBD and 7 mins to the Airport.
    If you love being close to the beach/city/airport/restaurants/pubs then this is the place for you! Outdoor seating is also available for having friends over however this is a quiet building. Parties are not allowed however guest visitors for dinner or a movie can be negotiated at time of booking.
    Across the road (and up a little) there are a handful of cafes, a post office, pizza place, chicken shop and a great Thai place. Further down towards the beach you have a choice of Indian joints, American style cafe and a bakery. An IGA Foodland is short walk as well for last minute groceries (open until 10pm), plenty of choices all walking distance from the apartment.

  • Robyn was really fast is answering to our emails. When we arrived she waited patiently (we were 15min late) and explained in a little tour what the place was about. We even could use a barista machine with coffee grinder which was special in our eyes and very good value incl. breakfast. By car you will be in 5min at the beach and groceries can be done by walk in 5min as well.

It would have been great to also get the instructions link perhaps texted to me, because it was a bit hard to find them on the day.   • A delightful and very affordable apartment perfect for two people. We had medical appointments at the nearby Vista day surgery and it was a 3 minute walk to home. Bed, although firm is very comfortable and sheets are lovely. Bath towels hand towels etc are also excellent. The host has provided copious amounts of small extras including toiletries, cleaning appliances, bottled water, food wraps and pantry items. This is very rarely ever provided by other Airbnb hosts. The location is delightfully quiet and has a pretty outlook. Television with provided Fox is excellent, the ensuite bathroom has had a simple but cute renovation and all fans, air conditioning, kitchen appliances etc are in good working order. It's a very short walk to the east to the nearby OTR service station to provide convenience food, newspapers etc. Very good value for money, if you are looking, as we were, for a homey, self catering environment for a few days to rest and recover.

    Queen bedroom in a Nordic-inspired, theatrically-lit and plant-filled two bedroom unit located 5 minutes from the Adelaide CBD. Taking cue from a 5-star hotel, your room features a queen bed with Sheridan sheets and towels, feather pillows and hotel amenities (courtesy of my frequent international business trips!). There's also a working desk, wifi, and floor to ceiling mirror wardrobe.
    The 2 bedroom unit feels spacious thanks to floor to ceiling windows and raked ceilings. The kitchen features modern white goods (including double dish drawer), and laundry has a modern washing machine including 15 minute express wash function (washing powder provided). Highlights in the main room include an abundance of indoor plants, 50" Sony Smart TV, a huge, 4m nordic-style wool sofa with ottoman, and striking teak root table for bar-style eating. A rear courtyard provides a relaxing space to enjoy dappled sunlight through the leafy canopy of neighbouring properties.
    The property is located 5 mins drive (15 mins bus) from the edge of the Adelaide CBD. There's a good coffee shop 3 mins walk down the street, and a local supermarket, butcher, fruit & veg 3 mins drive (10 mins walk) away.

Very easy going, his home is spotless but homely. Spends time chatting and getting to know you excellent sense of humour. It really is a good place to stay easy access to buses if you don't have a car everything within a short distance.

    Our stunning open apartment/studio has been described as a treehouse or "outside inside house". It is made of recycled Australian hardwood, extensive wall to ceiling windows, and all modern furniture and utilities and beautiful garden.
    This studio/apartment is a 'slice of heaven' and one half of a split level house with its' own separate entrance and patio. It is a Glenn Murcutt inspired wool shed jarrah pole framed house perched over Cox's Creek. It is made from hardwood, glass and corrugated iron. It has been described as an outside inside house as you are never sure where the house begins. It is at one with nature. It has its own entrance with beautiful elevated views of surrounding gardens, creek and lily pond. It is an 'escape for all seasons' in the very heart of Stirling. The creek that flows underneath can be heard gurgling below for 8-10 months of the year along with the frogs
    Stirling is a beautiful leafy village close to Adelaide. It was originally the "Hills" retreat for the early English aristocracy and is one of the few places in the world where you are in a pristine micro- climate surrounded by nature (no fences) and only 20 minutes to the centre of the city. The village of Stirling has a wide cuisine range of well priced restaurants sourcing produce from nearby farms. You can also have the joy of supping on organic coffee or chilli hot chocolates at one of the many cafes that infuse the village. It is a visitors joy and one of Adelaide's best kept secrets that has been let out of the bag. Many people from' The Plains'come up to Stirling to enjoy The Organic Market, buy fresh produce and shop in some unique homeware/clothing and furniture shops or visit many of the splendid wineries. Every month Stirling houses an award winning local market. It has around 80 stalls, which make, bake, grow or value add to the products sold. If you enjoy being outside, the Adelaide Hills abounds with some of the best bike riding paths, walking trails and artists inspired landscapes . Hans Heysen's home "The Cedars" is a 10 minute drive. The Mount Lofty Botanical Gardens only a hop, skip and jump away. The Hills houses many boutique shopping and gallery experiences. We are within walking distance of the Coventry Library, Stirling pub, restaurants and shops.
  • My wife and I spent 3 nights here straight after our wedding and it was PERFECT. You cannot see any kind of civilisation from any window so you feel like you are nestled in amongst a private forest paradise. Each night we fell asleep to the sounds of frogs croaking in the pond down below and each morning we woke up to an incredible view. We are 100% coming back here!

  • A repeat stay at this well placed unit convenient for local transport to the city and within a short distance of beach which is walkable although we always hire a car which can be safely parked on the road right outside on the apartment. Nice to have breakfast items provided this is a very welcome touch. Spacious accommodation with comfortable bed plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and good sized shower room. Kitchen well equipped for cooking if you need too,even a dishwasher. Washing machine and outside drying space. We can’t really fault it which is why we always stay here for about a month and hope to return next year.

Easy stay close to everything you need at Glenelg, was a great base to take the kids out every day. We loved having the convenience of the kitchen, the toiletries and supplies left for guests to use, and especially having free under cover car parking, which was easy to access and exceptionally convenient being a short walk and lift ride from the room.     Our warm and comfortable granny flat in The Adelaide Hills suburb of Belair easily fits two people. It has a bedroom, livingroom,kitchenette, toilet and a bathroom. There is also an undercover outside area surrounded by trees with outdoor chairs. Ideal for that romantic getaway or work trip. Privacy, comfortable bed and comfortable sofa. The flat is under the main house built into the hillside and stays very cool during the hot Summer months without the need for artificial cooling.
    Self contained apartment with separate access down a flight of outside stairs. Not suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties. Comfortable and modern with comfortable queen sized bed. Own bathroom and toilet. Undercover outside area with outdoor setting overlooking my natural bush garden. The kitchenette comes with a fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker,electric frying pan, toasty maker and kettle. Gas barbecue outside under deck for your exclusive use. Laundry facilities available on request. No off road parking but street is quiet and safe. Please ask before making a third party booking. Access to the flat is difficult for some people and i want to make sure that they are aware of this before they book.
    I love living in the Adelaide Hills. I describe it to friends as living in the country close to nature but with all the advantages of the city. Belair is only a 15min drive from the CBD. The local train is a 5min walk from the house and takes about 45mins to get to the city as it loops through the local towns and parks. The beautiful Belair National Park is only a 15min walk away and the local beaches are only a 20min drive. Belair is surrounded by beautiful parks and local shops pubs and restaurants are an easy stroll.
  • Walking distance to everything or a short drive to Blackwood. Don’t walk to the pub unless you want to negotiate a really steep climb back.......however, I was warned.

The place is more spacious than I had expected! Amenities are great too, free wifi is fast and very steady. The place is surprisingly quiet at night despite being so central and the comfortable bed makes for great night sleep. The host Damien is very responsive and helpful. I couldn't have selected a better place for my Adelaidevacation than here, I can highly recommend it!

    The studio apartment, whilst under the main roof, is entirely private and independent. It has its own entrance, path from the street and a gated courtyard. It is in a very quiet location with easy access to the Frank Smith park and wetlands through the owner's back garden. More walking and cycling tracks can be found in Belair National Park (4 km away). There are cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and 24 hr service stations in Blackwood (2 km) and a pub, bakery and take-aways in Coromandel Valley.
    The fully equipped compact kitchen has a kettle, toaster, microwave, dual burner hotplate and fridge. Crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are all provided. Complementary coffee, tea, milk is also provided but not breakfast unless by special arrangement. There is a dual control electric blanket, TV/DVD, DVD library, radio alarm clock, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, books, magazines, board games. Reverse cycle air conditioner and ceiling fan.
    Quiet but friendly neighbourhood. In addition to the Frank Smith Park and wetlands there is the Blackwood Forest close by with more walking trails (about 200m away). There is also the Sturt River Linear Park which runs through Coromandel Valley. Belair National Park is 3km away. There are great coffee shops close by in Belair, Hawthorndene and Blackwood. Also an excellent laundromat in Blackwood.

  • We completed 9 weeks at Cottonstones and can only give glowing reports on the accommodation. The attention to detail, colour coordination and good supply of crockery and cutlery added to the pleasant stay. An outside shed gave us space for overflow luggage and extras. The area served us well with good shopping in Blackwood and a big shopping centre, Marion. Transport to the city was reasonably easy as the trains are heavily used by the locals so parking is only available at the stations on the weekends. Buses are less frequent but still accessible from a big park close by with good parking. A very pleasant and reasonably priced stay!

Walked to the tram, and rode into Adelaide, and at night walked to the Jetty road Pub for a great meal. Parking was a breeze, as well as instructions for key access. Unit had a nice beach vibe. Was a shame we didn’t have time to use it. Amenities were aplenty as well. Our favourite part of the apartment was the balcony. It was spacious yet cosy, with comfortable deck chairs and a nice view of the courtyard. Perfect place to unwind after a long day of being out and about. Doris was very responsive and helpful before and throughout our stay. Her responses were always quick and concise. For instance, we had issues with the drainage hole in our shower on the first day. But upon notifying Doris, 2 ladies were sent to our place immediately and the issue was resolved within 10 mins or so. Would definitely stay here again !

It's a 5 minute walk to Hahndorf's historic main street where you can enjoy amazing restaurants and cafes.
    Uniquely designed to capture elements of yesteryear and beautifully balanced with modern touches. Wide timber floorboards, lofted ceilings with dark feature beams and limestone rendering complete the country charm. Reverse cycle air conditioning, WiFi access, smart TV and contemporary art and furnishing bring the room into the 21st century. The room is very quiet, private and block out curtains will ensure a good sleep in whilst on holiday. The room has a private access down the side path and cannot be accessed directly from the house allowing guests complete privacy. A 400m walk down a charming street takes you to the main street of Hahndorf.
    The property is a beautiful street with large gum trees and even some cows at the end of the road. Hahndorf was first settled in 1839 by German immigrants. Many of the historic buildings are well preserved and can be seen in the main street. Hahndorf is a great place to be based whilst exploring the Adelaide Hills, with the Barossa Valley to the north and McLaren Vale to the South.

  • Outstanding place! Ann's place felt like a high end hotel. It was clean, with all the amenities you could ever want. The bed was super comfy and the shower was strong. Definitely one of the best airbnbs that I've stayed in. 10/10!

  • Really nice and friendly host. The place is clean and stylish, equiped with everything you'll need. Towels, shower gel and full breakfasts in the fridge. Ann turned on the aircon before we arrived, which made the room really nice and cold. Off street parking. Quiet at night. Would love to come stay again!!

    Close to shops & public transport. 12-15 mins from the city, beach and airport. A GREAT BASE for festivals and events, and parents visiting for student graduations etc. (Or a base for 2 week isolation in response to COVID19). We prefer bookings of a minimum of 3 nights. (We respectfully ask guests avoid loud music/TV. No parties. We live close by, and will respond to any complaints by the neighbours).
    This apartment is on the first floor (no lift, one flight of stairs) in a quiet location. There is a QS bed in the main bedroom. There is a second bedroom with a single bed, but any additional guests need to be approved at the time of booking. We also have 2 single aerobed mattresses and bedding if needed. There is a washing machine (no dishwasher). The flat is not suited to very young children or animals. Since listing this apartment in January we have: Updated all the lights in the apartment Put new carpets in the two bedrooms Painted the main bedroom Put in a smart TV for guests and hooked up an outside antenna. (Guests with a Netflix subscription can access their own account, and we also provide access to Netflix for guests) Installed internet for our guests which we make available at no extra cost. Changed the old vertical blinds in the living area to a double blind system - one for the daytime, and the block out for evenings. Put block out curtains in the bedrooms Added a Nespresso style coffee machine (we provide some pods for guests; longer stay guests can purchase more from Coles in the adjacent shopping centre) We will continue to update for the convenience of guests. Note: Strictly no drugs, and no smoking in the apartment (guests who wish to smoke are asked to do so away from the entrance to the building). No loud parties. Guests have one on site car park (strictly in the #17 car park allocated to the apartment which is at the rear of the property, to the right, near the clothes lines). We do not charge for cleaning, so we do expect guests to keep the apartment clean during their stay. There are NO HIDDEN COSTS per night. We think it's very good value for money!! (Note: there is a smoke detector and following up on the Airbnb requirement for a carbon monoxide detector)
    The flat is set back from the main road but is conveniently located adjacent to shops, medical centre, take away cafes etc. Centro shopping centre includes Kmart, Coles supermarket, Liquorland, barber shop, take aways like Cibos and Nandos and Michels, bakery, newsagent, travel agent, chemist (pharmacist). Buses to the city and beach run along the main road frequently and it's a few minutes walk to the tram. We live in the area and love it! We can recommend a couple of local cafes within walking distance (The Empty Bottle in Beckman St next to Stop#8 tram stop, Froth and Fodder in Mortimer St behind Kmart shops). There is a laundromat and hairdresser in the shops behind Kmart. The bus to the city goes along Grote St in the city adjacent to Chinatown with great options for eating, and the bus (or tram) to the beach (Glenelg) takes you to a whole array of cafes and restaurants along Jetty Road. If using the bus from the city, make sure it's not an 'X' (Express) bus because it may not stop at Bus Stop 7. Ask the driver.
