  • I liked my stay in Melanie and Jorge's house. The room is adequately heated which helped a lot in the cold weather. The room and bathroom were clean. Melanie was also easy to get in touch with.

  • My stay was convenient and lovely and I felt warmly welcomed. Jorge and Melanie were very nice and generous. They were a great communicator and made check-in and check-out easy. They lent me a really good bike during my stay. Also, they let me use the washer and the dryer although they are not listed. The place is conveniently located next to several restaurants and markets, and the neighborhood is very quite and nice. Only one thing about the microwave and the stove, they need to be cleaned. Highly recommended. Thanks again Jorge and Melanie!

Completely remodeled house in Hollywood Park. Northside home with two driveway parking spots. Brand new appliances. Recently completed entire house rebuild. This place is beautiful. Close to Northeastern Illinois university and North park college. Nice safe neighborhood. Huge finished basement can handle large number of weary travelers. Please no parties. I'm cool but just don't bother my neighbors. Entrance is remotely monitored. I'll know if your having a kegger and family member is cop.
Huge carpeted finished basement that can hold multiple air mattresses. Bring your own. Large backyard with security fence.
  • John's house is really great value! We are the first airbnb guest in his renovated house, and we didn't expect the house to be so big. It is located in quite neighborhood and within driving distance to downtown. It's brand new remodeled house, so there's still dust on the floor but it doesn't bother us much. we really enjoyed our weekend trip in chicago with John's accomodation.

    Grady2017-09-10T00:00:00Z
  • Johns place is fantastic. Super modern recently remodeled house with 3 spacious bedrooms. This place is honestly a steal for the price you are paying

    Jeffin2017-09-24T00:00:00Z
  • John was a great host, the house is large, and recently remolded. Good value.

    Mariana2017-09-15T00:00:00Z
  • John is very passionate about his home and his guest. He accommodated us from day one when we asked to use his home for a small wedding. John talked to us about our needs, give us the freedom to use his home freely within certain restrictions, and worked with us to help us find a caterer. We are forever grateful to John and appreciate him for allowing us to use his home for our special day.

  • Had a great stay! The place was large, clean, and spacious. We arrived a little earlier than expected, but Jacob was very accommodating. Checking in and out was simple and easy. We'll definitely consider staying here again next time!

  • The listing was accurate and the apartment had everything we needed available and easy to find. The neighborhood was very friendly and quiet with a few good places to get food nearby. We enjoyed staying here very much and it was easy to get in and out. Jacob was very flexible about when we arrived and left and accommodating of the fact we had people coming at different times.

  • The stay was nice, minimal interaction with the hosts family. The space worked for our needs. It was a little far from our venue but it was ok. Quiet neighborhood and free parking. The free wifi was great but the tv was only in Spanish and there was only a few channels. Overall it was a nice stay. Thank you Jacob for our stay in Chicago

  • U should book this room in Chicago

    Ulaş2017-09-15T00:00:00Z
  • The place was great! I booked Somewhat last minute and they were accommodating on my check in and check out times. It was very clean, and although you can hear the upstairs I didn't mind one bit! I stayed by myself but would happily book there again with a group of friends. The bathroom was unreal! Very clean and equipped with many towels, I spent a lot of time in the tub! About a 30 min uber ride from downtown in a very clean, adorable Neighbourhood. I enjoyed it !

So much space, guaranteed the most comfortable place you will stay.
This space is the best of the city and suburbs in one. We are close to so many restaurants and shopping, while also being very close to yellow line L train and public buses. 90/94 is literally steps away
  • Wonderful host, very accessible and will be glad to come back

    Esaw2016-03-28T00:00:00Z
  • This was a perfect place to stay for being close to our family in West Rogers Park. Spacious and clean. I will say that parents with little kids should be aware that the steps are open and there are small gaps that could make them tricky for little kids. We just made sure to walk our 21 month old up and down them. Also, something to notice that I did not when booking is that there's no cable TV (which correctly shows under amenities- I just didn't pay attention). This was fine for us, as we spent most of our time away from the house visiting family, but worth noting for others. Overall, great host and nice place.

    Jill2017-09-04T00:00:00Z
  • Masoud has been really helpful during our staying, he gives us all the needed information shopping, restaurants, laundry, he drove us to the city where the day we needed a second car. The house is big and clean and at good location very easy connected to high way 94. Definitely recommended.

    Molly2017-07-06T00:00:00Z
  • Masoud was very accommodating to us. Listing was clean and exactly as expected. No complaints!

    Andrew2015-08-27T00:00:00Z
  • Really enjoyed our stay at this lovely house! It was even more spacious than we expected, which was great for our group of eight. We made use of the two air mattresses, and were pleased to find that the living room had more than enough floor space to accommodate them without feeling crowded, even during the day. Lots of seating options, even in the kitchen area, which was fun for our group as we hung out celebrating our son's graduation. We especially appreciated our host's quick response time to all messages! Would definitely stay here again!

    Steve2017-06-18T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing home in an upscale suburb! I live nearby but needed space for guests attending my wedding reception. This home has tons of room, clean bathrooms, abundant living area and even better in person. Masoud was always readily available to answer any questions, answered phone calls and text messages very quickly.

    Humayun2015-09-09T00:00:00Z
  • The house is in a very nice and quiet location. It was perfect for me and my siblings who were in the area for a wedding downtown. Masoud was very responsive to our needs. The house was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend it if you need a place in the area.

We will definitely stay here again!

  • Chez Jennifer was a lovely home and family to be a part of for a week. Welcoming, inclusive, respectful, genuine, conversational . . . they were happy to include me in their busy family life, but also to let me be if I wanted to read or nap. For foreigners who want to experience the American family and the American Way of Life, I can think of no better way of doing so!

I really enjoyed my stay with them, and highly recommend them to anyone interested in visiting the Evanston/Chicago area

  • Jennifer, David, Amelia, Clara, Mio, and Rio were all kind, wonderful hosts. They are so sweet and welcome you to their home. They are an active family! I enjoyed staying with them and hope to see them again next time I'm in Chicago! You will really feel like you're visiting family when you stay here... I felt very comfortable. Their neighborhood is close to all sorts of amenities and easy access to buses, the L and the Metra. Really nice place to take a walk and I would recommend the beach which is a nice walk, easy to navigate. Hope to see you in Seattle sometime! <3

    Molly2017-09-19T00:00:00Z
  • I really enjoyed my stay in Evanston with the Schuman family. This was my first time using Airbnb as well as travelling alone and Jennifer and her wonderful family made me feel right at home. They were incredibly kind and hospitable. They showed me some special places all around Evanston and downtown Chicago and put me at ease with travelling around the city. The room is very comfortable and private with plenty of closet space for longer stays. Kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities are easily accessible. Their home is situated in a very green and friendly neighbourhood and is a short walk away from several department stores. Downtown Evanston ( and the lakefront!) is a short drive away with many interesting spots to visit and downtown Chicago is about 30 minutes away. Public transport ( bus and train systems) are very accessible from their home. I highly recommend a stay with this fantastic family!

    Sinead2017-07-29T00:00:00Z
  • What a lovely family, feel at home, David, Jennifer, Clara and Amelia very helpful and good conversation and dinner together, nice back yard and good location, comfortable room, certainly highly recommended, if anyone plan to visit Evanston.

After 23 years in Paris, my place has a French flair, both formal and informal- a front living room, a casual den in back next to the guest room-a back entrance for more privacy. Near Swedish Covenant Hospital, and not far from both Northwestern and Loyola universities. About 15-20 minutes to get downtown by car, approx 40 min via public transport. Free parking. Uber pool costs typically around $4 to $8. A park a block away. a Walgreens, a Potbelly, a Chipotle... Many restaurants!
There is public transportation to the center of Chicago which is fairly easy as there is a bus at the end of my street, a block away that takes one to the Red Line which is direct. With that said, I now only take Uber pool or Lyft Line and depending on the time of the day, I can get downtown for as little as $3.75 or say about $5+. It usually takes about 20-25 minutes, sometimes less. Last night at 7 pm, on St. Patrick's Day, I was in center of city and wanted Uber to get home and incredibly, they asked for $17.00! I had never seen that kind of pricing, so I waited and tried again 40 minutes later and got home for $5.50! Worth the wait,I should say! I tell all of my friends about Uber pool and those that were taking public transportation now prefer door-to-door at unbeatable prices and time-saving.
I am located approximately four blocks from Devon Avenue to the north which is Chicagoland's destination for Indian food and Pakistani food. It is great fun! People come from all over Chicago and elsewhere just to go there. If guests have a car, there is wonderful shopping no more than 10 minutes away on W. Touchy Avenue, not to mention a Nordstrom's, Lord and Taylor, Macy's, Bloomingdales, movie theaters etc via the expressway which takes no more than about 12-15 minutes at the most. If guests want to cook at home, around there corner, there is Aldi's- a very inexpensive grocery store the now offers organic foods!
  • Jane is a very gracious hostess. She saved me a parking spot, which is so nice of her! She came and helped us carry our things to the apartment. She gave us freshly squeezed orange juice and made us feel at home. We loved chatting with her. The place is really beautiful! The bed was so comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a cloud and we just wanted to sleep in.

    Liana2017-04-15T00:00:00Z
  • You won't believe what a wonderful person Jane is. Not even mention how charming she is, she is taking care of every small things during my stay, like we are good friends and have been known each other for a long long time. She prepared coffee and bread for me everyday, and even reserved a street parking spot for me every night. We chat and laugh so much..... this is a home... and I want to come back to stay here every time.

  • Jane is an attentive and charming host. The bed is comfy, the pillows are nice (and there are lots of them), the room itself is a nice space to be in. The apartment is filled with interesting things to look at and entirely comfortable. Jane put out coffee, made sure I was fed and is an excellent conversationalist.

    Jenean2017-09-12T00:00:00Z
  • Jane's place is absolutely lovely, it is clean and well-kept, plus Jane is an overall wonderful host. She definitely went the extra mile to ensure our comfort, even setting out a breakfast spread. There is public parking on her street and it doesn't cost much to use the public transportation or UberPool anywhere in the city. I would recommend Jane's place to anyone and would certainly stay there again!

Fulfill the mitzvah of dwelling in the sukkah! This is a kosher sukkah on a concrete patio with woven rugs. Sleeping accommodations are either a twin canvas cot or a queen-size air mattress. This lovely historic tudor is in an upscaled neighborhood of Chicago called "Suburb in the City". Is strategically located to have easy access to the highway while being close to downtown. This house has a medieval, antique, romantic classic character. This restored 1930s tudor is loaded with original woodwork, wooden burning fireplace and spanish plaster walls. It is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and for shooting movies or documentaries.
Perfect balance for having a full house with yard in the city. 1 minute to highway. 20 minutes to downtown Chicago. Ideal for shooting short movies, interviews and documentaries.

My place is close to Northeastern Illinois University and Bryn Mawr Breakfast Club. You’ll love my place because of simplicity and plants, the coziness and the light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. I have 3 pet birds (cockatiels) that stay in the dining room in their cage. They are very friendly. There is no elevator. This is a 3rd floor unit. This is not a downtown location. It is on the north side of the city.
The space is very simple and I have not decorated nor painted the apartment. I prefer much more natural decoration which is done by having plants. For those people visiting from small, quiet places, you will hear city noises like cars passing by on the street especially if windows are open in the summer.
The most amazing breakfast place is right across the street. It is open 7am-3pm daily.
  • Great view of the neighborhood ! House was very indie hipster ! Loved the vibes, and the birds made things super excited and fun lol. She communicates sooo well and was very welcoming !

  • If you are looking at a modest place with a more than fair price, look no further. Alexandra's place has got all you need for your stay in Chicago. Her beautiful birds add a touch of uniqueness to her place and are so much fun to look at. But what really stands out is the host herself; Alexandra is a very interesting person to meet and and although we only spoke in the phone I could tell she is an exciting and delightful person to meet.

    Luis2017-07-05T00:00:00Z
  • Location is great. Finding a parking spot wasn't as hard as I thought it would. Flexibility, and Alexandra being such a chill host, made us feel like we're at home! Space was roomy. Bed was comfortable. But all in all, Alexandra's hospitality was the best factor. She wasn't home when I checked in, but she managed to make it easy for me to get in. She offered free shades just because. And when I asked her about curfew, she said there was none and then she offered wines from her fridge! Will definitely check her place again the next time I need another airbnb in Chicago area.

  • We had a great stay at the penthouse. Alexandra's communication and coordinating our check in was excellent. She was also very accomodating with all our last minute changes. Loved the place and the birds are so friendly and fun! Bus stop was a 2 min walk and easy to get downtown

    Monica2017-05-22T00:00:00Z
  • Place was fantastic! perfect location if planning on going to Portage theater (4 miles away) breakfast place across the street is incredible. Plenty of uber activity around apartment so no problems getting around. About 15-20 min from downtown by uber

  • Alexandra was very easy to communicate with and her apartment was very clean!

  • Owner is very kind and worm. My family likes her very much and we had good time together. And all the information she provide were really helpful and saved our days including traffic and parking information for down town touring. My son really happy with three birds, he likes "Boss".

This location is steps away from some of the best Indian and Pakistani food in the city as well as all sorts of shops and ethnic grocery stores. Our place is new construction, granite counter tops, wood floors and full of sunlight. The back entrance will allow you privacy along with the master bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub connected to large bedroom. We love pets as well as couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.
The room is spacious, clean, and private. In the morning, enjoy a cup of coffee or tea on the balcony and then at night, take a jacuzzi bath after a long day of exploring Chicago.
Walking distance to many great restaurants and West Ridge Nature Preserve. Lincoln Square and CTA Brown line short bus ride away.
  • Enjoyed the stay at this location. Walking is required to the nearest bus stop which is a few blocks. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable , there is a shower and a jet tub. Lots of little perks, including coffee and tea at the ready, to make your stay comfortable. Loved the west facing, sunny deck, just off the bedroom. Marianne

  • Lea was a wonderful hostess! Thank you! She even took the time to print out directions for us to O'Hare Int'l Airport. We didn't realize that the condo wouldn't be private for us to stay but even with her presence there she remained very accommodating. The neighborhood wasn't convenient for someone from outside of Chicago but GPS helped. We hope to visit again.

  • Our first time staying in a private room airbnb and we would definitely do it again! The room was perfect for the night and a good value. Would recommend to friends and family.

  • Very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom had double sinks as well as a large shower and whirlpool tub. Many amenities included. Jocelyn communicated with us well. Only wish we had more time to check out the area. Loved her dogs!

    Mary2017-07-23T00:00:00Z
  • I had a fantastic stay in this suite! Jocelyn is just lovely and the level of her hospitality beats any luxury hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Both the room and attached bath are incredibly spacious and impeccably clean. I travel to Chicago to take classes at a Thai massage school. Sinking into a jetted tub and a super comfy Tempurpedic bed after a long day of hands-on practice was such a fabulous perk! The room was stocked with yummy snacks, water, and a variety of teas and coffee, which can be conveniently prepared in the room with the Keurig coffee maker and hot water pot. I was also welcome to use the fridge or anything I might have needed to prepare some food in the kitchen. This was also the first time I’ve ever had a designated parking spot for lodging in Chicago. That was such a luxury to be able to park right outside my door! Perhaps my favorite creature comfort during my stay was the company of two adorable doggies and one handsome kitty. I always miss my pets when I travel, so having Dottie, Pepper, and Jelly there to share some furry affection was so perfect for me. I still have several classes to go yet prior to my certification, so I am keeping my fingers crossed that this room will be available for those future dates!

    Teresa2017-01-16T00:00:00Z
  • Although we only stayed over night the place was wonderful. Communication was clear regarding check-in and they were very kind to accommodate our late arrival!

    Monica2017-06-18T00:00:00Z
  • Jocelyn's place is clean, comfortable and very spacious. Communication was very good and we were provided with clear instruction before our arrival. Our room was great and had many added bonuses (coffee, tea, snacks etc.). It was a pleasure to stay at such a wonderful place!

  • This place was great, everything about it was great! It was so clean and modern, it has everything you need too. Sandy and Joe are such awesome host, they're so easy to communicate with, Sandy is very easy going and very sweet! The home is a little a ways from downtown but finding parking in near by areas to catch the train was fine! Joe and Sandy's place felt like my home away from home and that's what I love about it the most! It has everything you need!! There's a fridge, a microwave, she's even got breakfast for you and snacks. It was very affordable, I have no complaints! And if you need anything, don't hesitate to ask because I'm sure Sandy will have it for you

    Oanh2017-09-25T00:00:00Z
  • Everything went super great!

    Jules2017-09-17T00:00:00Z
  • Joe and Sandy were extremely friendly and hospitable during my weekend stay with my girlfriend. Everything looked just the way it does in the pictures. They keep their place very clean, and were even so nice as to load their fridge and drawers with snacks and drinks. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe as well. We'd definitely go back again!

    Luis2017-06-11T00:00:00Z
  • Joe and Sandy's place was the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed in! The unit has been newly renovated and thus is especially beautiful, spotless, and accommodating. I have no cons to comment on! The room and bed were comfortable, the shower was heavenly (it's an extra-large rainfall shower!), and there were lots of free food and snack options in the kitchenette. It really came in handy to have some breakfast food available during my rushed mornings. Joe and Sandy were very sweet when I met them. I didn't require any assistance while staying there, but if I needed to I knew they were available. Pro-tip: If you need easy & quick access to the CTA red line Loyola stop, I suggest taking Lyft or Uber Pool from Joe & Sandy's. It cost me about $3 each way. Or, you could walk about 10-15 minutes to catch the #155 bus which will take you within walking distance to the stop. Overall, I absolutely loved it here and will look for it's availability in the future!

    Brandon2017-06-22T00:00:00Z
  • Everything pictured looks exactly the same in person. The place is super clean and modern looking. We rented a private bedroom and had a shared living space/restroom with another couple. Although we were a little bit hesitant, this turned out to be great because we made friends with the other travelers. We also had the place to ourselves for one night which was a nice surprise. Sandy was very accommodating as my boyfriend and I had a late flight coming in from Los Angeles. We got there about 2 in the morning and she still managed to give us a tour! There was plenty of street parking for those who want to rent a vehicle. She also provided some little snacks, and some toiletries. Overall, a great experience. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

    Lisset2017-09-11T00:00:00Z
  • Joe and Sandy were very nice hosts. The entire home was clean and it made our stay enjoyable. Central AC/heater and hot water for the win! The kitchen was fully stocked daily during our 3-day stay there! Would definitely book again when visiting Chicago.

    karen2017-08-06T00:00:00Z
  • Joe and Sandy were very hospitable and provided everything we needed. Breakfast and snacks were all stocked which was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again on a return trip.

    Reese2017-06-18T00:00:00Z
  • Joe and Sandy's place is located in a nice and quiet residential neighborhood. Joe was very accommodating with our super late arrival. Everything was as pictured including a few extra amenities which was a pleasant surprise. The only minor thing was maybe have more television options such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. Joe and Sandy are very communicative, they would check in with us every night to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. Overall a lovely stay, thank you!

You’ll love our place because of the vintage architecture of Prohibition Era Old Chicago. The space is a very large old Private Speak-Easy where Al Capone would come and drink. The room is like an Apt with own entrance with key. It has its own private half-bathroom, and the shower is shared. My place is close to Warren Park, the Global Village of Devon Ave, and Hartigan Beach. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). NOT GOOD for partiers.
The building was built during Prohibition Era 1920's, so there are interesting features such as the Private Speak-Easy where you are staying. Therefore the space has its own private entrance from the vestibule and from the breeze-way outside. The building was built by two brothers from the Rance Family who were Knights of Columbus and so there is a prominence of fleur-de-lis on the building in honor of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The space has vintage iron and stone work and curved doorways - an unusual feature for the area. There is a private bathroom dedicated to the Speak-Easy space, but it is a half-bathroom. This means that there is a toilet and sink, but no shower or bath. If you need to take a shower, you can upstairs in our guest bathroom. Please note that we will be as accommodating as possible, but showering should be done after 8 AM and prior to 7 PM so that the children's sleeping schedule is not disturbed. The apartment gets quite a lot of light during the day as it faces South.
Our neighborhood is considered to be the most diverse area in the country. Yes. We have the whole world right here. That said, there is a particular concentration of amazing Indian restaurants within walking distance.
  • Thank you Mike and Kelly. I had a positive experience

    Andrey2017-07-19T00:00:00Z
  • This place is horrible you will have to make a call to use the bathroom and if he doesn't answer you can uner ur self to a 7-eleven

  • This has been a great stay in Chicago. To keep it to a point, Michael & Kelly have been great in all respects. I am certain that I will be staying at theirs place on my next visit to Chicago.

    Sasa2017-08-29T00:00:00Z
  • The apartment is exactly as advertised, the building is beautiful and classic. Location is close to several bus stops and it's in a cute little neighborhood. Michael even accommodated me needing to check in at 9am instead of 3 pm at the last minute. Very nice place and friendly family.

    Jenna2017-09-03T00:00:00Z
  • Michael was very considerate and easy to connect with. Hosts make every effort to make your stay comfortable here. The room was clean, spacious, high ceilings. The bed was very comfortable. Shower is upstairs in the owner's apartment but easy to arrange to use. Felt like a local with the easy main floor exit. A 10 minute walk to restaurants and groceries on Devon Street. The keurig machine was a lovely touch for morning coffee and the wine was great for the evening Bus stop is 5 minutes walk. Enjoyed my stay. Will return again if I am staying in the area.

    Marianne2016-09-29T00:00:00Z
  • Accomodations with a history, nice and cosy. Hosts are very friendly. The only sore point is that the limitations of not having your own bathroom. There are strict requirements as to when you will be able to shower that need to be followed.

    Jason2017-06-04T00:00:00Z
  • Fantastic place. Mike and Kelly are great hosts

    Andrey2017-08-26T00:00:00Z

Stay in one of two bedrooms in a quiet, upscale Edgebrook house across from the Billy Caldwell public golf course. This is the smaller of the two bedrooms available and is furnished with a very comfortable full size bed and ample closet space, great for extended stay or just a short visit or a few days of golf across the street. There is ample street parking and two parking ports available for your use. I occupy the lower floor of the home and we share the kitchen. There is one bathroom for the two bedrooms and you will have to share it if both rooms are rented. You will have use of the living room/dining room furnished with flat screen tv and cable and wi-fi. The kitchen is modern complete with stainless steel appliances and dishwasher and there are laundry machines available for your use downstairs. Relax in the backyard with lawn chairs and tables when the weather is nice. Basic breakfast will be included for stays one week or less. This house is just 10 miles northwest of downtown Chicago, 5 minute walk from the Metra line that goes straight downtown. There are 2 parking ports available so you don't need to park on the streets. We are just 12 minute drive downtown in no traffic and 15 minutes away from Evanston, 15 minutes from O'Hare airport. This is a great location just off of I-94 and centrally located, close to any part of Chicago. Edgebrook has several nice restaurants, homemade ice cream shop, an Irish pub, hardware store, hair salons, and many other amenities just a 1/4 mile away. There are also nice bike and hiking trails in the neighborhood. I have lived in Chicago for over 17 years and as a professional musician, I can direct you to some of the best local spots for music of all genres, best restaurants in Chicagoland area, and give you a local flavor of the town.
  • Jeff is very friendly person with very nice house in very calm area. Everything you need is on the same floor (bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen) with parking spot in front of the house. It is not far away to the Chicago center.

    Vojtech2015-09-14T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay in Chicago at Jeff's house was really nice. Room, bed and bathroom are all really nice. We could use the kitchen, which were also a plus! We did not see much to Jeff since he was busy, but he was really friendly and welcoming the few times we talked to him. A good airbnb for sure! Kristian and Laerke - Denmark

  • Jeff was an awesome host who was very helpful in getting me settled in and responded to any concerns quickly. The place is located in a beautiful, quiet, and safe location. • It was our first time at airbnb and we were very skeptical even after reading the good reviews about Jeff. However, everything they have said about Jeff is true. He is an amazing host.

  • This place is comfortable, clean, with free parking! Jeff is a great host. Easy and interesting to talk too, but not intrusive at all. If you are looking for a place in Chicago, do not hesitate to book this room!

  • Jeff's place is one of the best place I have been through Airbnb. About Jeff: Jeff was very helpful during our visit to Chicago. He had made few arrangements in terms of food and beverages when we went there. He made sure that everything was kept in stock. About the apartment: The apartment is very clean, comfortable and clean. The kitchen specifically quite well maintained and very nicely organized. Preparing food there was a wonderful experience. About the location: The apartment is located right in front of a bus stop and hence commuting to the nearest metro line was quite easy. Overall, it was a wonderful experience at Jeff's apartment I would definitely love to visit it again.

  • Muzzammil personally welcomed me by showing me around the place and providing some bottled water for my stay. He, along with the other roommates, were all fantastic and very nice. The tv with netflix was nice to have, and everything was very clean. It's a bit of a trip to get downtown (about an hour) but I was aware of this before booking. The neighbours could get a bit noisy sometimes, but it wasn't a big deal. Overall, a very pleasurable stay!

  • This was my first stay at an AirBnB, so I was unsure of the protocol, but I figured everything out. I never saw my host during my stay, yet he managed to communicate very well via text and a phone call. He arranged for someone to let me in as soon as I arrived. I had everything I needed: privacy and a clean, quiet place to sleep and shower. I was out all day, so didn't spend much time there during the day. The neighborhood seemed safe and quiet to me when I arrived late both evenings. Though parking was a little scarce. I still managed to find close parking both nights. The provided bottles of water were a nice convenience.

    Stephnnie2016-10-09T00:00:00Z
  • Really nice place and really nice guys. The apartment is a little far from the downtown, but really easy to get to. The bus stop is five steps out the door, then you just take the 155 to the redline and take that to the downtown. Area is safe, apartment is clean, no complaints from me.

    Omar2017-05-03T00:00:00Z
  • When I arrived my room was not ready, sheets and towels were dirty, and the trash can full of garbage. Too much noise during the night because of another guy came and cooked food every night. He wrote on Airbnb that there are two bathrooms, but Muzzammil told that the 2nd bathroom is private, so all the people share the same bathroom. He wrote that the room is no-smoker but someone smoke in the bathroom.

    Eleonora2017-09-20T00:00:00Z
  • Incredibly nice and flexible host. Wish I knew that his roommate smokes as I would've chosen another place. I had healthcare-occupation interviews and had to store my clothes in my car to keep them from acquiring the smell.

Fridge, microwave and Keurig ready for use and snacks provided.
Quiet neighborhood with free street parking. Playgrounds and parks nearby.
My house is located on a quiet one block street with a tot lot on the corner. With in 1/4 mile there is a large park, Target, Best Buy, Office Max and Jewel, grocery store. There are also a few restaurants with in walking distance.
  • Heather's place was very nice. The location was a nice neighborhood and most of the neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. Heather had some snacks and a a keurig for us - such a life saver! yum! I really enjoyed the outside sitting area (i wish i would have taken pictures) I worked while sitting at the patio. It was nice and quiet. The inside of the apartment was nice and clean. . This room is located in the basement so if you have any handicap issues, this may not be the place for you. My mom is 76 years old and it did take her time to go up or down the very steep stairs. Overall, I would recommend this place. Heather did a great job at making this place feel welcoming :)

  • We enjoyed our entire stay in Heather's home. It was super clean, cozy & welcoming. It was in a clean & quiet location. I will definitely consider coming back whenever I come back to Chicago. We have no complaints at all. Upon arriving there was an issue with the wifi & we were able to get in contact with Heather and she made sure the problem was resolved. This is our first time using Airbnb and thanks to Heather it was an awesome experience.

Street parking is easy and free. It is located in the safest area of Chicago. You can check Chicago Crime rate report.
It has separate half bathroom which is through the kitchen though, very comfortable queen bed, wifi and small refrigerator.
Our neighborhood is Legion park and very quite. Everybody in Chicago knows where Lincoln square is. it is next neighborhood.
  • This listing was perfect for my needs. I stayed with Byamba and family for about a week while I was waiting to move into my new apartment. The room has its own private entrance, so I could come and go as needed without worrying about disturbing anyone. And the location was pretty good too. It was far enough out, that there is free street parking, but it's pretty close to Lincoln Square and the Brown Line via bus.

  • They were very responsive when I booked this stay very last minute. The wife was there and she was very sweet. However, the room was very hot and took a long time to cool down and there was no toilet seat

    Devon2015-09-08T00:00:00Z
  • Byamba was a terrific host, they offer a very comfortable private room with all you might need. Very recommended.

  • Nice guy, nice family and the place is not so far wat from down town ! Gracias!

  • Our host was very accommodating and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. We were very happy with our stay in Chicago! He recommended a great Vietnamese restaurant nearby, the neighborhood was very safe and parking was no problem.

    Mary2015-07-05T00:00:00Z
  • I had special work needs, so this was not the ideal environment, but I take responsibility for not having researched the living arrangement well enough (that is, I erroneously thought this would be a private apartment). Though not perfect for me in particular, I give this stay five stars based solely on the graciousness of the host, who went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate my needs.

    Alan2015-09-07T00:00:00Z
  • Byamba was great. He was very communicative through the whole process as I had arrived late. His place is in a very safe neighborhood and the interior was just as described, his family is very friendly as well and I would definitely stay again next time. Thank you for having me :)

  • I had to stay in Chicago for 1 month. I didn't have any problem with my host at all. The room was clean and pretty comfortable with private entrance. Also the bathroom was private and clean. The only problem that I had was the sharing shower. Mr Byamba and his family were so nice and helpful.

Private room with cozy pillow-top full-size bed. 1.5 bathrooms, shared shower. Quiet, clean and warm atmosphere home with hardwood floors and fenced-in yard. Great for family visiting students or checking out nearby colleges/universities on the North side of Chicago (both Northwestern University and Loyola University are within 4 miles), families visiting and touring Chicago, or business travelers. Additional photos to be added soon.
Stay with me if you enjoy an environment with plants, music, art, and pets. The neighborhood is quiet to walk around. Location is convenient to public transportation, the interstate, and a short driving distance to walk along Lake Michigan in the neighboring suburb of Evanston. Two scenic views nearby that I enjoy taking guests: (1) From a certain point at Northwestern University, you can see the downtown Chicago skyline. (2) Visit the beautiful Bahai Temple and its gardens. Tea drinker? You have a number options to choose from. Also have a French coffee press or a Mr Coffee machine if that's your preferred morning drink. If you are proficient on the piano, you are welcome to play my tuned full upright piano. Or bring your instrument to practice. Enjoy watching movies or other shows? You can choose from my movie library, borrow from the extensive selection at the local library, or watch cable tv. My little mini-dachshund, Penny Lane, loves having company around to play or be petted. My canary, Kai, might trill out a song.
Skokie is a very culturally diverse community. Its wonderful library reflects this diversity in their collection of books, movies, and lectures/performances. Some of my favorite nearby restaurants in Skokie are Annie's for breakfast; Libertad, modern Latin American; Curragh, Irish pub; Kaufman's, a traditional deli; Dengeo's for some of the best gyros; and Sweety Pie for coffee/tea and dessert just to name a few. Shopping and movies at the Westfield Shopping Center which is kitty corner from the Performing Arts Center of Skokie. You can walk along the canal where there is a sculpture park (you can also canoe/kayak in the canal). You can see neighbors walking, jogging, running, or biking in the neighborhood. There is a CVS within a couple blocks north and a Seven 11 about three blocks south. There is a Roman Catholic church two blocks west, and numerous synagogues to choose from within a short drive.
  • Maureen was a wonderful hostess! We felt comfortable in her home right away. Her dog is quiet, sweet and cuddly. Maureen was helpful with my trip before I even arrived. After I told her I was coming to do some genealogical research she started looking for resources I may not have thought of. My mom got sick while we were there and Maureen gave her vitamin C, herbal teas, and a special Vick's plug-in. She even dug through her art supplies to find something for us to make a rubbing of a headstone. We were especially grateful for the wonderful restaurant recommendations she made and enjoyed a having Thai and pie with her! We hope she'll come visit us in the future. She made a great trip wonderful!

  • Maureen was a gracious and hospitable host. The home was located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The room provided by Maureen was clean, cozy, and well kept. The stay was enjoyable and I hope to return one day.

  • My sister and I decided to go with an airbnb listing over a budget hotel and we are so glad we did. First, the space is immaculate- so much cleaner and more peaceful than other places we have stayed (like budget hotels...how nice not to be concerned about bedbugs or dirty sheets or noisy neighbors!). There is a half bath for guests a few steps away from the guest bedroom (which is even prettier than the pictures on the site show), and a full bath next to that with a (very clean) shower that's shared. Second, Maureen is a great host. We benefited from her knowledge of the area and followed several of her suggestions. She offered help we didn't realize we needed, and basically did everything she could to make sure we got the most out of our two night stay. She made coffee for us both mornings and set out a bunch of teas as well. She also let us use her fridge and freezer to store a few things. Third, this is a great location. There was easy street parking right in front of the house both days we were there. The neighborhood feels safe, the house and yard are lovely, and there are great places to eat and nice little neighborhood markets just minutes from the house. Finally, I must mention that Maureen's little dog is also a selling point- tiny, adorable, well-behaved, and friendly, she had us at "hello." :) Overall a very pleasant and charming place to stay!

  • Anything you do for the first time can be scary. Maureen is such a gracious welcoming host, it put us completely at ease and made our first-time experience with Airbnb better than I could have ever expected. Maureen keeps her home immaculately clean we loved her dog Lanie who was so cute and well-mannered.

  • It's pretty house around flowers and trees, near transportation. Maureen is friendly, good take care and give some more information about transportation, trip or places. And Renny(her dog) she super lively, smart, and always welcome to everyone.

  • Yoly and Bill is amazing hosts. They had everything prepared for me on arrival, anything I needed and much more was set in my room. My first time in Chicago and they made my whole experience as smooth and fun as possible. Will 110% stay with them again when I go back. You wont find a better deal with such great people. P.S. Bill is an amazing cook.

  • I had a very comfortable and fun stay at Bill and Yolanda's. They were one of the nicest people I've met in my life and made my stay in Chicago very easy and fun. The house is in close proximity to public transportation and easily accessible to the downtown area of Chicago.

  • We went to Chicago to visit our daughter, who is attending Northwestern University. When my husband increased the search radius from the university to 20 minutes, William’s Airbnb popped up. My husband couldn’t believe the reviews were true given how inexpensive our stay would be, but since all the reviews were glowing, we decided to give it a try. We were certainly not disappointed. William and Yolanda are both tremendously gracious, helpful, and friendly hosts. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. There are lots of little details taken care of, and the bed is super comfy. Their home is decorated with their son’s art, which we very much enjoyed. The breakfasts that William cooked deserve to be highlighted. We have stayed at posh BnBs in ritzy resort areas and not eaten as well! The first day was a plate of fresh fruit, feta and spinach omelets, and homemade hash browns. The second day was an apple puffed pancake with a cider reduction sauce. We left very satisfied each day! We can’t recommend this Airbnb highly enough- a perfect place to stay at a very reasonable price with great food and lovely hosts!

  • Bill, and his wife were great hosts. In fact, after my 9hr drive in, Bill even met me with a beer. Even though, I don't drink, the gesture was appreciated. The whole house was clean, very well taken care of, and the layout was very spacious with lots of natural lighting. My actual room, had a great memory foam mattress, a great flat screen tv, the bathroom was immaculate, which is always a big plus for me. Had all the amenities; towels, etc. Bill and his wife, are very accommodating, very friendly. Very upbeat couple. Really made it feel like a home away from home. The parking was permit parking on the streets, and Bill supplied the permit. I was always able to get a spot. Again, another important thing to me. The neighborhood was very nice. I felt safe, and didn't have any worries pertaining to my personal safety, or of my vehicle. I would definitely recommend staying here, and I would rebook with them if work ever brings me that way again.

  • Staying with William was great! Their home is lovely, cozy, and in a safe neighborhood located close to public transportation. William and his family were very welcoming and made sure we were always comfortable. They have a great list of suggested places to visit in the near vicinity and in the city that is sure to keep you busy. Their home is a great place to stay when in Chicago!

  • Bill is super friendly and considerate that he offered us permit for parking.Though we had only one night in Bill's house. He is very gentle and the bed is very comfortable. I had a quiet sleep. I will definitely recommend Bill to anyone.

  • Genuine hospitality and great conversation. I could not have asked for better during my 3-night stay. Thanks to Bill and Yoly for making me feel so welcome.

  • Bill and his wife Yolanda were great hosts. Their house was very tidy and beautifully decorated. My husband and I stayed with them for 2 nights and they made our stay very pleasant. We totally felt at home. We were planning to do some sightseeing in downtown and Bill was kind to offer us a ride to the train station and printed out a detailed map to help us to reach the attractions easily. He also provided us with tasty breakfast in the morning. Bill and Yolanda have really diverse interests on different things and we had great chats on several occasions. Overall, it was an excellent experience for us and we sure will contact them next time we visit Chicago.

Beautiful, clean and 3 minutes from the Train and a 15 minute drive to Downtown Chicago! It's a beautiful 3 bedroom house in the North Suburbs of Chicago! The private room and full interior of the house are designed by me. I do bake so if your into sweets let me know i love trying to bake new things. This is cozy comfort at its best and you'll feel at home the second you arrive. Privacy is key and so is location. The space offers both!
Beautiful, comfortable and serene. Located conveniently between down town Chicago and Ohare Airport, this is relaxation at its finest! The house is located in the suburban neighbourhood of Morton Grove. Just a 3 minute drive to the train and a 24 hour Walmart!
Morton Grove is an upscale community of quiet, calm and comfort. There is a major shopping center 3 minutes away which include a 24 hour Walmart, over 20 restaurants and retailers.
  • Chris was an absolute wonderful host! Our check-in process was smooth (even though we got there much later because of a delayed flight). Chris was on top of making sure we got everything that we needed. Linens were fresh and the bathroom was always clean. They have such a friendly and welcoming house :) We also enjoyed getting to chat with and know the other Air Bnb-ers who were staying in adjacent rooms. Even though it was a full house, it didn't' feel crowded and sharing the bathroom was never an issue. The neighbor was extremely safe and an ideal spot to stay if you are wishing to explore the suburbs of Chicago or catch a ride into the city. It's only a 5 dollar lyft/uber fee to get to the nearest L train stop.

  • Friendly, budget-minded accommodation. College-dorm atmosphere. The bed and overall decor was very clean and comfortable, but the house shows some age inside and out.

    Andrew2017-09-27T00:00:00Z
  • Chris is an excellent host! He is super welcoming, helpful, easy to talk to and more than willing to help out in whatever way possible! The room was very clean/comfortable and in a great suburban location! Would definitely stay here again!

  • Chris and Duwone were excellent host. Our stay was cozy and comfortable. He provided us wash clothes, towels, and other toiletries. I had a late check-in and was welcomed. Although the house is a little dated, the hosts have it wonderfully decorated and it's clean! The area is a quiet and residential area. I took a morning stroll without hesitation. He even provided us with coffee and danishes before check-out! Great conversation, great energy. It was about a 10 min drive from O'Hare Airport as stated. I will definitely stay again!

    Brittany2017-05-26T00:00:00Z
  • Chris is a personable host. The house is quiet and the rooms are private so everyone has their space. The kitchen/dining room is available to meet the other guests. There is lots of free parking. I love the location. Skokie is a cute town. I took a yoga class at North Branch Yoga and liked it. I tried the Latin food at Libertad on Lincoln Ave and loved it. Euro Echo Cafe has green smoothies and gelato. And the parks have a pleasant ambience. Thanks Chris!

    Robin2017-08-14T00:00:00Z
  • Their home is a close drive to the train. Getting downtown is not a problem. Bed and bath were nice, hosts were the loveliest!

    Anissa2017-06-11T00:00:00Z
  • A great, clean, organized and cozy house in north Chicago suburbs. Chris was very attentive and helpful right from the start. The neighborhood is great, Skokie is a calmed and beautiful town, up north in Chicago. The suburb is a nice peaceful place to stay, if you don't always want to feel the busy style of a big city. We wanted that and it was a great rest and stay when we got back home, after enjoying downtown. Super safe house and town. Chris has the house really neat and clean all the time. It's a 10 minute walk through Skokie to the train station. From there you take one train to another station, then another train, approximately 35-45 min. downtown. If you don't mind taking that time, before you're in the center of Chicago, then enjoy the ride as we did! The only thing is that when you get back from downtown, after 11:00 p.m., the city doesn't have the second train up to Skokie, so if you go out late you have to take a cab or Uber, but its manageable. Thanks Chris!

This charming studio is ready to relax in. Located in Albany Park you'll experience that big city/small neighborhood feeling that Chicago is famous for. But! If you want nightlife, hop a cab(15min ride) or train(45min ride) and head downtown! See exciting Chicago, then come back and rest well in your private apartment. In the morning, grab a Starbucks, before enjoying one of the many walking trails nearby. Bring your cat or dog(under 35lbs) along for your trip! You'll love this neighborhood.
Pets must be under 35lbs and house broken. Smoking will be allowed in the covered back porch but not in the house.
Lots of trees, several parks and grocery stores, even a few bars that are walking distance. This neighborhood is the best of both worlds when it comes to staying in Chicago. You're not completely away from civilization, but you're not so deep into the city that you need to worry about noise or safety. It's the perfect place to unwind after site seeing or a business meeting.
  • Molly was a wonderful host. Check-in was very simple as she maintained communication prior to me and my wife's arrival. When we arrived, the apartment was spotless. Informative Post-it notes were posted throughout the apartment to inform us of available toiletries, closet space, amenities, medicine cabinet, etc. Molly even left us a bottle of wine! The neighborhood was safe and quiet. It is close to the bus and the brown line. Parking isn't too difficult, but some streets require parking permits. We would stay here again!

    Darrel2017-07-17T00:00:00Z
  • I found this place for my siblings to stay while visiting Chicago. It was a little ways from the city but we already knew that. This place worked out for them because they literally only used it to sleep. Comfy bed and clean linens :) Molly was great and provides lot of cool little extras including a bottle of wine and helpful post-it notes where needed. She even came by while we were out to install the a/c unit. All around a great trip for my siblings!

    Karina2017-06-12T00:00:00Z
  • Molly's apartment is absolutely lovely! It is very close to transit which makes getting around anywhere extremely easy. Molly is very helpful and responsive. Her street is very quiet and her neighborhood has so much to explore. She has a great DVD collection to watch and relax after a day out! This was my first experience with Airbnb and I couldn't be more excited to use it in the future! Thanks Molly!

    Jillian2017-07-24T00:00:00Z
  • Great place for a great price! Many supermarkets around the area and bus stops to go out to the city. She provided many needed essentials during our stay.

    Michelle2017-08-10T00:00:00Z
  • Depending on what you're looking for, Molly's place can be great. If you're looking for something outside of the city and quite, but still accessible, it's perfect for that. The bed was also surprisingly comfortable and I got a lot of good sleep. I feel like the pictures don't do it justice and it's actually a lot bigger than I think they show. Molly leaves a lot of helpful post-it notes all over the apartment to help you out. A few things to note- The oven is VERY touchy and will easily set the smoke alarm off. There are also three sets of stairs to go up so make sure you're up for that. I felt it actually wasn't too bad at all.

    Laura2017-09-16T00:00:00Z
  • Molly's place is wonderful! It's in Albany Park - a cool neighborhood that maintains its charm. It's perfectly situated for those who spend a lot of time uptown, north central chicago, as well as Evanston - and still has easy access to the Loop and everything in between. It's simply and tastefully decorated. The furniture is comfy and stylish. And, if you read the reviews, Molly leaves a bottle of wine for her guests - the perfect way to top off everything that awaits. Top notch.

    David2017-08-01T00:00:00Z
  • Molly's space was absolutely perfect for our long weekend. Having never been to Chicago I didn't know what to expect when I was picking a neighborhood to stay in. Molly's space in Albany Park was a wonderful introduction. The building was welcoming, the apartment very comfortable and everything was accurately labeled. After dropping our bags and getting settled, the venture out had everything we needed. Groceries, coffee, drinks and most importantly; public transportation. I fell in love with Chicago on the trains; and getting to them and getting everywhere else was so easy and enjoyable. Thank you Molly for providing the home base for my love of Chicago!

This is a 1300 square foot 2 bedroom condo inside of a quiet 3 flat building located in West Rogers Park. The property is located within 2 miles of Target, Starbucks, Lincolnwood Mall, Forest Preserve walking park, diverse food plazas, and quick access to Lakeshore Drive. • Roshaun was a great host!! The condo was very cozy, quiet, and in a nice area. He did very well with communicating and helping me figure out the area. I would love to stay at this place again, thank you

    Laura2017-07-10T00:00:00Z
  • Roshaun's place was so spacious and warm. It's a little outside the Chicago proper, but the surrounding neighborhood is amazing! Not too far from cool places we could explore. Also, whenever I had a question, he was always quick to reply.

  • It was exactly same as the description. It was easy to find a parking place.

    Ramin2017-07-16T00:00:00Z
  • Roshaun's place was walkable to restaurants, immaculately clean, and a short Uber to Wrigley. It was exactly what we were hoping for when we booked. Roshaun responds promptly to messages, and is a fantastic host. We would easily look to book here again.

  • Nice quiet neighborhood with easy to find free street parking. We found a spot right in front of the place. It is out of downtown, but was only a $10 uber ride to Wrigley. Roshuan is great at communicating and willing to answer questions. The place is pretty large and spotless, I would definitely stay here again.

  • Excellent communications and a really good size walk up apartment. We wished to have more sufficient kitchen eqipments since we needed to cook for the family with kids. The bath tub was okay but can also be updated as well. Overall, very good!!

  • There was plenty of space and all the amenities you need are there. The free parking is also great. You can walk to a lot of restaurants, bars, and shops from the location. Ramiro was a great host who gave detailed information and was always available for questions or concerns. I highly recommend him!

  • If you'e looking for an interesting bar nearby definitely check the Mark II Lounge (aka the Deuce)!

    Robert2017-07-09T00:00:00Z
  • I'll start out by saying Ramiro seems to be a nice guy, though my only contact with him was via phone and email. We did not meet him in person (not really a complaint, just a fact). We stayed in the apartment the first week of July. Our stay started out on a bad note, as Ramiro had not provided the security codes necessary to check in, and I couldn't reach him for over two hours after we arrived at the apartment. (We were wondering where we would stay that night.) When we got in, we found that the bathtub and bathroom sink were not clean, and the kitchen was lacking a sharp knife and measuring cups and measuring spoons, which we needed when cooking. (I went to the dollar store nearby and bought some knives.) There are window A/C units in the living and dining rooms, but none in the bedrooms, so we had to keep the dining room uncomfortably cool at night and keep the bedroom doors open (and the ceiling fans on) in order for the bedrooms to be reasonably comfortable. The parking is on the street, not on the premises as the listing claims; and we had difficulty finding a parking space when we returned late one night. I'm glad there was wi-fi; the connection was fairly slow, but at least I was able to check my e-mail. (But don't plan on streaming any content from the web!)

    Darrel2017-07-05T00:00:00Z
  • Great value for the money. The neighborhood was much better than expected and we felt very safe during our whole stay. Also, the place was bigger than we thought which was great since we had a big group and it fit everyone just fine. Everything is just as pictured. The unit is on the 3rd floor and there are only stairs, but we were fine with it.

  • Ramiro is a good host. I got into the city ahead of schedule and he did his best to accommodate me by meeting me earlier than planned. The house is accurately portrayed. It's within walking distance to a grocery store and a mile and a half from a nice park by the lake. It's a good deal for the money.

  • Nice place that has lots of space. And reasonable price. There are several shops just next to it. Would recommend this place to anyone.

  • The place was great. Not far of a drive from the airport. The rooms had good space inside. The apartment did not feel cramped in any way.

  • Had such a good stay at this apartment in Skokie; it was clean and tidy, and exactly as described. Ralph is a great host, always responding quickly to messages, and offering help wherever it is needed. Check-in and check-out were seamless and really easy. If you are in town, call by to Libertard, just a few minutes walk away - great food! Lots of other good places nearby too! So the apartment is comfortable, with everything you need, and plenty of space to chill out and enjoy staying in, and it is well placed for all that Skokie has to offer.

  • Great value in a convenient location. Ralph was a great host!

  • Truly a five-star experience. I loved the place and felt very comfortable. Ralph was an excellent host, absolutely top notch. If every AirBNB stay was this great I would be much more likely to continually use the platform. He and his wife Julie were very hospitable and kind to me. In many details both large and small, it was a wonderful place to stay. Unique and charming. Kitchen was quite decent. Bed was comfortable. Laundry washer and dryer worked well. If you want to stay in Skokie for a while I think this is a great place to stay.

The condo is located in Albany Park neighborhood. The apartment itself is very spacious with big windows and natural (URL HIDDEN) offers two bedrooms, an open concept living room, and kitchen. Nearby is the Brown Line and Blue Line just a 5 minutes drive, a few minutes walk to Aldi, dollar store, Jewel Osco, Walgreens, Starbucks, banks, bar, and restaurants. 25- 30 min drive to O'hare Airport and Old Orchard Mall.
  • The place was great! Was bright in the morning so make sure to close the blinds at night. Over all a comfortable stay! Clean and spacious.

  • Very clean and cozy place in general!!! I would like to recommend it to a small family with 4~5 people. We really had a good rest in Chicago after Ed Sheeran's awesome concert night. Thanks Daniel :) Even though we could not open the lock box according to the instruction, we contacted the owner quickly and they sent a guy to help us open the door. Comfortable experience and efficient communication, in short!

  • We had a great stay at Daniel's place! It was nicely renovated and larger than expected. We ended up having more guests than we anticipated, and the host was kind enough to leave an air mattress. The rooms are spacey so there was plenty of room for all of us. The neighborhood was safe and we were able to get around easily using Uber. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels and dishes for us to use. I definitely recommend this property!!

    Kayla2017-09-04T00:00:00Z
  • The place was great. Honestly, the only thing that mattered to me was the cleanliness, and it was very clean. The beds were comfortable, but they were twin sized. So just take that into consideration. The place is north of the city, so be prepared for a 25 minute train ride into the city. Which isn't too bad. Lastly, the host was very flexible and accommodating to my wants and needs. I would definitely stay here again.

    Cozy and Remodeled Condo
    11 reviews
Beautifully furnished two bedroom-two bathroom apartment in the heart of Chicago's Little India neighborhood. The apartment is next to Warren Park, The Robert Black Golf Course, and down the street from the West Ridge Nature Preserve. Close to public transportation, Target, banks, grocery stores, Loyola University and Northwestern University.
A fully furnished guest bedroom and bathroom with a large closet, and window overlooking the courtyard, filling the rooms with natural light. The bedroom has a gorgeous exposed brick wall, crown molding, wood floors, and a desk for workspace. It is full furnished with a full sized bed, dresser, and nightstand. Towels and toiletries are provided; the tub has jacuzzi jets. Along with those amenities, the apartment itself is fully furnished. It has wood floors throughout, exposed brick accent walls, crown molding, a balcony off of my room (which you can have access to, should you desire). The apartment is air conditioned, has wifi, in-unit laundry, and a dishwasher. There is street parking, and public transportation is right outside of the building.
The apartment in the heart of Chicago's "Little India" neighborhood, filled with cultural diversity, international marketplaces, Bollywood video rentals, dozens of inexpensive Indian and Pakistani restaurants Loyola & Northwestern Universities are both a 15 minute drive, the beach and Lake Michigan are a 10 minute drive. It is located within walking distance to various grocery stores, restaurants, banks, as well a Target, Home Depot, and plenty of gyms. There is also a city park, Warren Park, right next the apartment which has a multitude of walking trails, baseball fields, basketball 7 tennis courts, playgrounds, a ice skating rink, and picnic spots.
  • Very well decorated room with a separate private bathroom in a well maintained apartment with modern decor - Although the apartment is up 3 flights of stairs and there is no elevator, this was not a problem for me, although people with mobility issues (or heavy luggage!) may find this cumbersome. The place is in a cosmopolitan residential area with Warren park on one side and Devon Avenue on the other where there are great ethnic eating places (at reasonable prices!). Good connection by bus eastbound and within 10 minutes you are at the Red Line and/or Broadway with its numerous shops & restaurants etc. Easy to get Uber, too (did not have to wait more than 5 mins on the half dozen times i requested one). Divya is a easy going host who is erudite and was thoughtful and engaging in the conversations we had. I stayed a week but could have happily stayed much longer if duty did not call ! Maybe next time :-)

    Amin2017-04-06T00:00:00Z
  • I'm a young professional who travels for work and this was a great set up. Divya was kind enough to offer more than enough amenities that made the stay enjoyable (I forgot my toothpaste and she had a new one ready to go!). Everything was exactly what I expected it to be - except for the available parking around the neighborhood (which isn't to the fault of Divya of course). Additionally, in a city as busy as Chicago I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the area was with it being near a main street and all. I would come by for another stay any day!

    Vivianna2017-03-23T00:00:00Z
  • Great stay, great host just a little far to get into the city!

  • IMMACULATE. Comfortable. Warm, friendly host. She even has a hospitality box in case you have forgotten something. There is wifi avaiable, ask I forgot to, my bad.

    Roger2017-03-20T00:00:00Z
  • This is an excellent and lovely space that I got to spend a little over a month. The room is so charming and so is her apartment. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is perfect and good water pressure. Divya is very easy going and always willing to engage in conversation. She knows a lot about the area which is abundant in South Indian, Pakistani, and Nepalese restaurants. Good grocery stores in the area, you'd ditch whole foods. I'm not kidding.
