Bakery
“Louisville is another cute downtown between Denver and Boulder and Moxie is a bakery/coffee shop to write home about. They make all of their bread and pastries from scratch and also serve delicious sandwiches on their homemade bread (recommend the avocado toast or burrata sandwich). ”

“DISCOUNTS ON QUALITY EGGS If you're work commuting, it's worth taking South Boulder Road past Natural Grocers to pick up eggs before you come back to Erie- but only if you have an N Power Account. You can purchase $7 pasture-raised "gold level" eggs, rich in Omega 3s, for $3.99 per dozen. If that's still too high for you, you can get organic cage free eggs at many different price points that are competitive compared to any other grocery store in the area.”
