  • This ranch was just lovely! The La Sal mountains were so beautiful! The drive to Arches was beautiful and easy as well, and took less time to get to Arches than expected! Great location and price for the cabins!

  • Teague's place was beautiful... quiet, remote, and private. I had wonderful star-filled nights, snow, and quiet. Plus I met some amazing people. I truly enjoyed this little oasis in-between the two entrances to Canyonlands NP.

  • Cute clean and cozy cabin on the edge of LaSal - an easy drive of 30+ minutes from Moab. Have caution when driving, there are many deer in the area. We will definitely come back when in Moab

    Kristina2019-11-05T00:00:00Z
  • Teague's place was neat, clean and comfortable. Directions were taped to the lodge door allowing for our late arrival.

  • We really enjoyed staying here! It is a very nice and quiet place. Perfect to relax after hiking! Everything is clean, the kitchen has all you need for cooking :)

    Jana2019-10-06T00:00:00Z
  • Very nice place and really cozy! Very calm and in the nature. It was perfectly clean and very well equiped. We didn't meet Teague because we arrived in the evening but we found a "welcoming paper" for us with all the information we needed and Teague was really reactive by message when we asked for something. We totally recommand it!

    Lucile2019-09-30T00:00:00Z
  • If you like to be in the nature, you will be delighted to see doe in front of the door and a starry sky from your room.

  • Although not in the immediate vicinity of the parks, this accommodation is worth seeing. In the middle of nature, there are plenty of domestic and wild animals (deer in front of our door at dusk). The cabin is actually a cottage with three bedrooms and a common area. The room is well equipped and comfortable. The common areas are perfectly clean and there is even a washing machine and a tumble dryer with laundry available. The wifi does not work in the evening (too many people connected surely) but works a little in the morning.

    Donna2019-07-29T00:00:00Z
  • Nice and quiet, with cooler temperatures than Moab. A great base. Spotty wifi didn't matter much.

  • This place is an awesome getaway, to be clear it is off the grid for peace and quiet! Also meeting Chris and Angela was a bonus. The view we had from our room of the snow caped mountains and the horses was amazing! We hope to be back one day.

  • Nice place, near La Sal mountains, and not so far from Moab and the parks (the roads are pretty good ). The room is comfortible with a nice view to the moutains. Large kitchen with full equipment will allow you to cook a dinner. You will find there everything you need and will be kindly welcome

  • This place is simply amazing. Located at the footsteps of La Sal, it's a welcome change from Moab. Hospitality at the lodge was great and we appreciated the thoughtful touches for breakfast! The mountains were refreshing and we would love to stay here again sometime!

  • Great place in a rural location. Clean and quiet. Very laid back ranch experience.

  • A lovely mountain lodge to stay in, with friendly staff and easy access to Arches Natl Park.

    Daniel2019-10-28T00:00:00Z
  • Traveling through to Moab, I only stayed for one night, but it was great!! The Cozy Moose Room was perfect for the single traveler. Having the bathroom right in the room was very nice! I got in kind of late but there was a paper waiting for me with instructions! Communication was very quick & thorough! Thank you :)

    Danielle2019-10-27T00:00:00Z
  • I absolutely loved staying here and will stay again next time I’m in the area. It’s cozy, quiet, and peaceful. There’s lots of common area, a beautiful well equipped kitchen, and free coffee/breakfast in the morning. Thanks for the great stay!

    Alaina2019-10-17T00:00:00Z
  • Nice place to stay, the communication about checkin and the stay was absolutely perfect Wifi was bit slow, but when u r surrounded by mountains who cares about slow Wifi

    Manjit2019-10-14T00:00:00Z
  • THE BEST SUNSET VIEW YOU CAN GET!! I had experienced the most beautiful sunset view on my first night in, and many more other nights. The mountains right in the back was amazing! Very clean place and good for parking if you are renting a car. Just FYI.. this is located about 45-50mins outside of MOAB.. right behind the La Sal MNTs. If I had known I would be passing through moab city everyday I would have booked within the city. But if you are looking for peace and quietness.. this is the place to be! I had a single bed and it was amazingly comfortable! I slept soooo good every night.

    Para2019-09-30T00:00:00Z
  • This place was amazing! It was like a get away cabin in the woods with free breakfast! And having my own bathroom in my room was a major PLUS. Everything said online was very accurate. I loved staying here and wish I could have stayed longer!

    Emily2019-09-24T00:00:00Z
  • Wow!wow!wow! The inn keeper Angie was super sweet and helpful. It’s about a 45 minute drive from Moab but I didn’t mind it one bit. Nice and secluded with amazing views of La Sal mountains from the back patio. Deer everywhere on the property was a nice treat. 10/10 will stay here again next visit to Moab.

Absolutely zero light pollution here, Stunning Night Sky! This cabin is located in the Mountains just 45 miles from Moab. With room for 4 people, this is a great cabin to enjoy everything Moab has to offer while staying away from the crowds.
This cabin sits in the trees on the La Sal Mountains 45 miles Southeast of Moab central to Arches and Canyonlands/Needles, and is perfect for couples or families that love to see the sites but want to be away from it all. There is plenty of space to kick back and relax, or if you want to explore, hiking to the fully stocked trout\steelhead pond in the valley below or on the 4 miles of trails through the canyon along the creek. You will LOVE the amazing Tree House available for your use, 30 feet in the air which offers truly spectacular views!! With downtown Moab a short drive away, you are never going to run out of things to do while staying here. This cabin is situated central to Arches and Canyonlands/Needles National Parks along with many other local attractions. Also, there are ATV and Mountain Biking trails in the area that are accessible from the ranch. There is a full kitchen with all the cookware needed to provide a great meal. The bedroom features a queen bed with two sleeping mats (please bring blankets or sleeping bags for the mats). The bathroom features a full soaking tub with a separate shower. The power for the cabin is provided by solar so please, no curling irons or blow dryers. Electric frying pans and crocks pots won’t be available as well. And please be aware that as part of your off-grid experience at times there might be power outages as weather conditions or other issues might cause problems with the system. These problems are rare and are usually quickly resolved, backup generators are available if necessary. As mentioned, cell phone service is limited in this area, but it might be possible to make calls at various locations on the ranch depending on your carrier. Verizon seems to be the best carrier option and you can usually get a decent signal at the gate to the resort just a short distance from the cabins. Because of our remote location we do not offer WiFi or Cable. Also, be aware that you will need to drive up a gravel road of about 4 miles after turning off the highway and then drive up a dirt road less than a mile to the cabins. Most cars can handle the drive with no problems, 4wd is not necessary however cars with low clearances are not recommended and conditions will vary after rains and snows. During your stay you will likely see our ranch dog Leah who wanders the ranch keeping an eye on things and will be checking in on you periodically and will try her best to wheedle a munchie from you. Additional cabins are available on the same ranch if you have friends or family that would like to join you. If you would like to see a 3-D tour of the property click here: https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=2NXGUdeNG8J
  • Great views off the grid. Quiet, beautiful space.

    Claudia2019-11-11T00:00:00Z
  • Fun off the grid location! Plan ahead as there are no gas stations or grocery stores in the vicinity - load up in Moab. Great location to be able to explore the east side of La Sal - easy access to the biking trail - the whole enchilada.

    Frederick2019-10-20T00:00:00Z
  • This off the grid cabin has amazing solitude in a beautiful location. The cabin was super clean and cozy. The wood stove was a really nice touch for the off grid experience. Communication was fast and very pleasant. This is one of the best locations in Utah!

    Brett2019-10-14T00:00:00Z
  • My girlfriend and I had and off-grid adventure with our pup and we loved it. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy the simple pleasures of life, and disconnect from the nuisances of the modern world, come here and escape. We had a blast star-gazing, cooking, exploring and using and old-school fire place. Well worth the trek. P.S. there absolutely no reception there so plan ahead. There’s a full kitchen with seasoning and oil, but other than that, you should bring food, drinks and games. A telescope would’ve been nice too :)

    Zachary2019-10-13T00:00:00Z
  • Great cabin in a beautiful, peaceful setting with all the modern amenities one might need. The wood burning stove is your heat source and works well but bring a few extra layers and slippers during colder months. This place is worth the drive. Enjoy!

    Jessica2019-10-12T00:00:00Z
  • This place is a hidden gem! If you are searching for privacy, space, and a beautiful cabin with a stunning backdrop, look no further! The only drawback about this place is that we couldn’t stay forever. You can tell Jerry goes to great lengths to make sure guests are comfortable and at home. The kitchen has everything you need-plenty of dishes, cookware, condiments, etc. There was plenty of wood for the wood burning stove (and an axe). The bathroom was stocked with towels and toiletries. The cabin was clean and welcoming and even had a binder with information about anything you’d like to do in the area (national parks, hikes, things to do and see). Even the ranch dog, Leah, was a great host and periodically checked in to make sure we were doing okay (and if we had any snacks :) ) We didn’t have any cell service (as expected) so it was great to disconnect. I hope we can visit again!

    Alaina2019-10-05T00:00:00Z
  • This was my first airbnb experience and it exceeded all expectations. Will definitely be staying again.

    Noam2019-12-01T00:00:00Z
  • The place was great. I got there around 10:00pm, I went straight to my room, which had a back door. Behind it were about a dozen deers which had settled for the night. I was able to step outside and take some amazing astro-photographs. There is no light pollution in the area whatsoever. I was there in late October, I was able to get a great shot of the Milky Way. The place was very clean, and warm. I definitely recommend it.

  • Made a reservation last minute after we arrived in Moab, and the stay was great! direction given on Airbnb was accurate and we had no trouble finding the place even in the dark. Room was clean and tidy and we had a great night sleep. Some basic breakfast items were provided at the communal area (coffee, cereal, toast) if you dont want to go into town for breakfast.Overall a lovely stay!

    Gladys2019-10-20T00:00:00Z
  • Very clean room. The location was relaxing and quiet! We enjoyed the deer right outside our room and watching the horses. Good location to stay for visiting the Needles district of Canyonlands or Arches National Parks.

  • What a special gem! Gorgeous scenery all around really made it a special stay. Loved having access to the kitchen to cook and the provided breakfast items were a lovely touch! Great place to stay if you want to get away from the busy city life in Moab.

    Olivia2019-10-14T00:00:00Z
  • This was an amazing stay. Outside the city of Moab and peaceful, with plenty of starlight at night. We had a quiet nights sleep on a comfy bed, with breakfast in the morning. We were lucky enough to see deer in the back yard, and walked around to see the horses before we left

    Gregory2019-09-28T00:00:00Z
  • My mother and myself had great time staying at Treague's place. It was quite and peacefull and only a short 30 minute drive to Moab. We were able to relax on the porch and watch the sunset with Angela, another host living onsite. Overall the room was very comfortable and our stay was very enjoyable. We would stay here again if in the area.

Pet Friendly budget cabin in our campground. Cabin has a queen bed and a side table, with a small porch with benches. Please keep your dogs either on leash or under voice control. UPDATE for 2019 We are currently renovating the campground. As a result, there is NOT a showerhouse available, and the restroom facilities will be port-a-potties with a hand washing station located close by. Sorry for the inconvenience.
  • Very cozy and clean . Excellent location

    Lin2019-10-19T00:00:00Z
  • Great Value, if you are exploring the Southwest and are on a budget but dont wanna sacrifice vibe, charm and comfort you must visit here.

    Ruben2019-10-18T00:00:00Z
  • Nice and cozy, has a heater for warmth. Fast communication upon booking, friendly. And the porta potties where clean and stocked! Thank you so much!

    Gabriela2019-10-15T00:00:00Z
  • Sweet! We arrived very late night to the cabin while traveling from Colorado to Arizona, Jerrod was quick to respond my messages and gave us very clear directions to arrive. If you follow the mile markers you can't miss it. The cabin was very clean and close to the restrooms. It was cold outside but they left the heater on and also some water (thank you). This cute cabin is "glamping" style, so dont expect double lock to close the door. But despite this, it felt cozy and safe. Did I mention how comfortable the mattress is? My 10 years old and I had a restful night of sleep and took the time to stop by the lodge to have warm breakfast before hitting the road again. We are looking forward to come back and stay longer to explore the area. Thank you Jerrod!

    Paola2019-10-12T00:00:00Z
  • It was exactly what I wanted, a cheap, clean, quiet bed for the night. Very simple, and a great heater (important on the first 16º night of fall). I will definitely stay here again!

    Mitch2019-10-11T00:00:00Z
  • Quick and easy location right off the main road. Price was just right for a quick stop. Comfortable bed and cool little cabin!

    Joe2019-10-10T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing space

    Justin2019-10-08T00:00:00Z
  • Just what I needed -- basic, inexpensive lodging close to Canyonlands Needles district. Directions were good, and I was able to use my car's navigation to locate the turn of the highway. The cabin had two things I needed: lots of outlets to recharge my devices, and a space heater to ward off a chilly night. Bed was comfy too.

  • If you are looking for a cute cabin in the middle of nowhere it is a must stop. This cabin is inviting, clean and very comfortable. Jarrod is very nice and gives guests the ability to check in and out easily. Wonderful area and relaxing. We will be back...

  • We rented a single cabin for night and found a great deal. The bathroom facility was under maintenance, so the toilets were port-a-potties. For one night though and just needing a place to stop on our way from one national park to the other, it was definitely a good experience. The turn off for the campground is around a bend coming down the mountain and can be hard to see, so pay attention! The food at the adjacent hotel was great and the hostess was extremely friendly and hospitable! If you're looking for a short stay that's a good deal, then I would definitely recommend!

  • What a fun place to stay! So cute, great hosts, perfect personal touches. It was a little hard to find at first, but such a convenient location to all the local sites. I wouldn't hesitate to come back here, and will make it a definite stop my next time through the area. Thanks so much!!

  • A great place to stay for people traveling through the area. Easy to find based on the directions given otherwise it is a bit hidden. Close enough to Monticello so you can get any necessities in town. Great deal for the price, but I wouldn't spend more than one night roughing it without bathroom facilities besides a port a potty.

  • Jerrod place is like camping but you have a comfortable bed to sleep in. Recommend

  • Wonderful location with excellent mountain views. The place has everything you need and is very clean. Nice change from the crowds in Moab.

  • Teague has a wonderful place. Our cabin was very comfortable, roomy and we had a wonderful view, especially at night! It was wonderful getting out into the quiet country and still be close enough to Moab to see the sights and enjoy downtown. You can expect to see a lot of animals during your stay. There are horses and cats on the property and we say plenty of deer as well. Weather permitting, you must go outside at night and star gaze, there is practically no light pollution and you might catch a lightning storm in the distance.

  • Beautiful location and views from the cabin. The cabin was spacious and reasonably priced. Lots of privacy.

  • This was a great spot for a quick getaway to Moab. Lovely atmosphere and beautiful space.

    Taylor2019-07-29T00:00:00Z
  • We enjoyed our stay at Teague's place. The place is beautiful. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The girls love helping with the animals.

    Grace2019-07-03T00:00:00Z
  • The location, cleanliness, and accommodation were well above expectations for the cabin. La Sal is a special place and I hope to get back there sooner than later. Teague herself is a very hospitable host and very knowledgeable about the land and its history. If I had run into her sooner, I would've loved to have learn more about it. Gives me a reason to go back again :)

Welcome to our secluded, hillside oasis! Situated outside of town in a peaceful neighborhood, the Aerie Loft offers a hotel-style studio engulfed in absolutely stunning panoramic views. It is located on a south-facing slope above the charming Moab Valley, 3 miles south of town. We're up on a hillside, so sunrises and sunsets are amazing! The 'Aerie Loft' offers a covered carport for relaxing outdoors, tinkering with gear, and BBQing.
The Aerie Loft is cozy and authentic, gorgeous yet eclectic, and filled with natural light. In your 400 sq foot loft you can enjoy the organic tempurpedic-style queen mattress nestled in a beautiful antique bed frame, desk + breakfast nook overlooking the Moab valley rim, stylish red velvet vintage couch for lounging, an open style closet and shelf for unpacking and a roll away floor mattress for an extra guest (just let us know beforehand and we will provide all the fixings). The bathroom features natural light, brand new fixtures, and a stand up shower. Our favorite features are the morning sunrises over the La Sal mountains, the deeply comfortable queen bed adorned with feather down comforters and pillows, the immense natural lighting, and the eclectic arrangement of plants + vintage/locally-crafted furniture. Did we mention that the views are breathtaking? :) You'll access the Haren's Nest B&B via your own entrance and unpack in a covered parking/recreational staging area. This outdoor space is yours to relax, tinker with gear, and/or celebrate with an outdoor barbecue or evening drinks. Throughout your space you will encounter what we like to call a 'living gallery.' From the artwork, coffee mugs and locally roasted coffee, to the soaps in your bathroom-- everything possible is hand-crafted by local artisans. Amongst the breathing sprawl of happy house plants is a window to the true Moab community. We strongly believe in spreading conscious tourism, creating a healthy vibrant experience for local artists and travelers alike. Holding the space for inspiration and exchange between the two is our way of cultivating a symbiotic relationship and a healthy local economy. We just look to our unique landscape for inspiration, and invite you to do the same. Your space is fully private, though it is attached to our home (we share the north facing wall that has no access between the sides). Included is a wonderfully streamlined and simple kitchen corner great for preparing a simple breakfast and fresh brewing our locally roasted coffee and/or local tea (which we provide for free to our guests) before adventuring. It features custom hand-planed historical Moab timber countertops we joyfully found and crafted ourselves. PLEASE note that there is no television in our 'Aerie Loft', and in its place we have a full hook up music player (radio, records, cd, aux, blue tooth and USB), local books, playing cards and games.
The Haren's Nest is located in very quiet neighborhood south of town, nestled into a south facing oasis with breathtaking views. We have lovely neighbors that enjoy a quite and peaceful desert dwelling life. Please no loud ATV's in the neighborhood! It is a completely safe and charming place to reside, great for walking around the quiet streets, walking distance to Old City Park, The Moab Golf Club, and our local frisbee golf course. We have two neighborhood country home style restaurants- one doing cowboys style lunch and dinner, and one featuring weekend South African dinners and fabulous breakfasts/lunches daily if you would prefer to avoid the business of town!
  • Charming space with fantastic views, the most comfortable bed I've slept in in a LONG time, and cute touches everywhere. Highly recommend!

  • What an amazing stay! This is the perfect place to stay in Moab, no need to look for any other spot. The space is decorated so cute and eclectic. And the views are incredible, the best part of the whole stay was watching the sunset over the Moab valley and mountains while eating dinner there. 10/10!!!!

  • This was such a clean and peaceful retreat. It is so cozy and has a wonderful view. Dailey was very prompt and thoughtful to respond, even when I was absent minded and locked the key inside. I would recommend this to friends or return again.

    Diana2020-02-25T00:00:00Z
  • The view is every bit as stunning as the listing photos and more... The facilities were great, Dailey was so warm and friendly, words cannot describe how good our stay was. Looking forward to coming back and staying with her again, she really made it feel like a home from home, except with more picturesque scenery. Definitely recommended

We made breakfast in the shared kitchen and ate outside on the porch area next to our room. The hosts are very friendly too, and have a great operation since this place is an animal sanctuary. Would definitely stay here again, as it is a nice quiet getaway that is just a short drive from Moab.

Rustic Get-Away 35 miles SE of Moab, Utah in the foothills of the La Sal Mountains: Hiking, Biking, 4 Wheeling, Snowmobiling, Fishing and Hunting, or just relaxing....our completely furnished 3 bedroom mobile home in La Sal, Utah sleeps 8.
This is a unique Rustic Get-Away that's located 35 miles SE of Moab, Utah at the base of the La Sal Mountains. It's close enough to Moab to drive in and enjoy the variety of festivities offered in a small town environment, yet far enough away to enjoy the a variety of activities in a Mountain Setting such as hiking, biking, hunting, fishing, 4-wheeling, snowmobiling, or just relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of a city. Our "Rustic Get-Away" is an older 3 bedroom Mobile Home that was our family "cabin" for many years before making La Sal our home. It is Cozy, Clean and Comfortable, and to us, feels like "Home". It's furnishings and decor are eclectic and old fashion, including a few antiques and many original oil and water color paintings by the owner, Larry Christensen. If you're looking for a High End Resort with a swimming pool and tennis courts, this isn't for you! But if you want all the comforts of "Home" in a rural setting with a view that compares to none, wildlife everywhere, and a medicinal quiet that is hard to find, we think you'll love it as much as we do! And...........we don't charge High End Resort prices! This area has numerous National Forest and National Park lands to explore and recreate in. The variety of mountain and desert land is breathtaking, and this Rustic Get-Away with all the comforts of home is the perfect location to see it all!
We love our neighborhood because it is in a rural setting with few just enough neighbors to know you're not alone, but few enough to enjoy the peace and quiet of this rural setting. We wake up every morning to the most beautiful sunrise and view you could ask for, and usually deer roaming around in our front and back yard. It's a 30 minute drive to the nearest lake, and you can 4-wheel from our front door to the mountain roads within 5 minutes.
  • We had a fantastic time at Larry and Kathy's place. It's very homey and has everything you can possibly need. Larry was great with response time. We enjoyed all of his paintings of the local area that hang on the walls of his getaway, and the wood stove was a wonderful touch for the cool nights. If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful spot in a beautiful area I highly recommend!!

    Ann2019-11-30T00:00:00Z
  • Larry's place was fantastic. Very clean and stylish place with everything you needed. In a great location! Larry was very accommodating and helpful letting us check in early. Would definitely stay here again!

  • One of the best Airbnb accommodations. A nice house and very clean, close to nature. I warmly recommend accommodation at Larry!

    Liana2019-10-07T00:00:00Z

    Michael2019-10-05T00:00:00Z
  • Probably the cleanest home we’ve stayed in! Great hosts, awesome amenities, quick responses! Perfect getaway place. Thanks so much!!

    Seth2019-09-22T00:00:00Z
  • Great spot from which to access the La Sal mountains

    Christian2019-08-11T00:00:00Z
  • This home is bursting at the seams with extras and homey charm. Larry's paintings are everywhere, some small, some very large. It felt like I was in a museum! We could have stayed here a very long time and never run out of towels, bedding, dishes, and cookware. They even provided plenty of ice, eggs, and other handy goods in the fridge. We had dinner on the enclosed porch two nights, which were some of my favorite memories on our road trip. It's the most quiet place I have stayed in a long time. We bird watched from the windows and also saw deer all around, daily. The drive to Moab is easy, surrounded by the majestic preface of what you're about to see inside Arches NP. Before check-in, we drove up from the South and learned the hard way there are absolutely no grocery stores this side of the property within an hour's drive (the La Sal Market exists close by but is often closed), so luckily we already had groceries and made a fine dinner with what we had the first night. There are plenty of places to eat, gas up, and shop in Moab. The hospitality of Kathy and Larry is exemplary and I would recommend this home to anyone.

    Sarah2019-08-03T00:00:00Z

  • What an amazingly healing, beautiful setting that I fell in love with!! Teague is a beautiful soul that shares her amazing shaman knowledge so freely. This place is truly healing for your soul, mind and spirit. The animals in the sanctuary are beautiful each in their own way. I recommend volunteering to feed and care for them with Katrina who was so kind and fun to get to know. I will be returning for sure, especially for the woman’s retreat that is held there. My family members that went with me were vert impressed as well. I recommend scheduling a healing session with Teague. She has a connection unlike any I’ve ever experienced. The love she has to share at this amazing get away shines so bright. It is truly a gift she so willing shares and worth every penny and life changing. Thank you Teague for such a memorable experience!!!😻🐶🐮🐴❤️❤️

  • Enjoyed this remote cabin with my husband and kids. Close to Moab and National parks. BEAUTIFUL mountain view. The kids especially enjoyed interacting with Teague's horses. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

  • Serene, peaceful mountain farm. Cozy cabins. Gorgeous views. It was very nice tog et away from the business of Moab and relax up in the mountain where it's cool and quiet. My only complaint is that wifi reception was very poor, but that's no big deal. I'll be staying here again when I go back to Moab.

    Trey2019-06-10T00:00:00Z
  • Nice cabin. I stayed in number 4 which has the added perk of a babbling brook just 20 feet away. Perfect to go to sleep to! The cabin is huge and can sleep a lot of people. Well apportioned kitchen with all the utinsils you need. Nice deck facing great view of what I guess are the la sals mountains.

    Doyle2019-05-06T00:00:00Z
  • The Sanctuary is absolutely lovely! The location is stunning, and the cabin was very comfortable and cute. We loved having the sinks in every room and cooking a big dinner in the kitchen. It's close to many amazing hikes and parks and is a really wonderful place to get away for a long weekend.

New RV! With slide out, Affordable and roomy! Fully self contained! Perfect for up to 2 adults. True solar off grid experience, with fueled generator ready to go as back up if needed! The RV is set up with dishes and linens, Fully self contained with water tanks, bathroom, shower, toilet and sinks, hot water, Everything thing you need to enjoy Moab's many activities at a very attractive price, all while getting some peace and solitude not always available with the lodging options in Moab :)
This rental is located in San Juan County, just outside the Moab city limits. In this new RV you will find everything you need to have an affordable and exciting stay in Moab. The RV is a mini, but it's big on features and gives the guest all Moab has to offer with almost unmatched affordability. I currently have the unit set up on a little over an acre of land right in Spanish valley next to the beautiful Moab rim. It is off grid and mostly solar, with a day's worth of fresh water in the on board holding tanks. I will refill the water daily for the duration of your stay! We also have a back up generator when extra power is required. We have worked hard to create a unique experience. By design, this is absolutely not like a motel room! I manage several condos and rooms in the Moab area, and if you are looking for that type of experience I can help you with that! The campers are an off-grid, tiny home, camping type of experience and designed to be a very cost effective alternative to traditional Moab lodging which will be 2-4 times the cost of a night or few nights here. Views are beautiful, some neighbors have some old cars and things in their yard, this lot is cleared and we take care to keep it clean nice for our guests! It's so quiet compared to the craziness of town! To provide some context there are many rental venues in and around Moab with 50-80 rentals on a property of this size. At most you may be sharing the space with five or six of our other like-minded Adventure seeking, wonderful guests. We love our guests and want to provide the absolute best experience possible!
Moab is an amazing town. There is such a variety of terrain and available activities with stunning backdrops that just make the area world class. Come and see all the area has to offer and save a bundle in your lodging. You will have more to spend on activities and still have all the essentials and some thoughtful extras :)
  • Fun little space in Moab! Very close to the National arches. At nighttime you can really see the milky way galaxy! It’s a sweet little space for sure!

  • Daniel was an amazing host! I was a bit nervous staying in an RV, but the bed was super comfortable with upgraded mattress, pillows and sheets. Daniel was very attentive to all of our needs and responded back to our multiple questions within seconds. He provided us with concierge-level service in our journey around Moab. We appreciated his restaurant and not-to-miss spot recommendations! Thank you for an awesome stay!

You may see a variety of things including backyard projects, old farm equipment, or even the lot of VW Bugs (if you know where to look!) To the North, East, and West you'll be able to view the Redrock Rim, and, because it's so dark at night, you can see so many stars, from right outside the camper door. The camper is situated a little ways from another similar unit in large, natural landscape with wonderful views and a very dark night time sky.
  • Laura's place was great! The RV had everything we needed and was in a convenient location to Moab and the surrounding parks. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

  • Great experience, everything was clean and they provided everything we needed. We highly recommend this place - so close to Moab. We never ran out of water or even power for the three days we stayed there.

    Farheen2019-10-18T00:00:00Z
  • The Summerland mini was perfect for my vacation! The location was south of town and away from busy Main Street. It was quiet and peaceful. It was still close enough to hiking and biking trails which was a real plus for me. The hotels in Moab are so pricey so this was a real value and would totally do it again! Laura and Daniel were very professional and quick to respond to any questions I had. I enjoyed coming to the camper after a long day of biking/hiking. It had everything I needed! Thank you so much and I’ll be back!

    Laura2019-10-07T00:00:00Z
  • This little RV was a very nice place to stay. It was not far from Moab as described, and a super easy and close drive to Arches National Park. Laura checked in on us to make sure everything was okay. Daniel the co-host was super nice, and was always will to help with anything we needed. I would highly recommend this place. Keep in mind, it's simple, but simple is nice. The view was amazing, and we were even able to see the Milky Way with our bare eyes outside of the RV. If I'm ever in Moab again, I will be staying here again for sure.

    Dhon2019-10-04T00:00:00Z
  • Great location if you're looking to stay outside of Moab. No issues with power (from the inverter) or with the water for showers, etc. Only ended up using the generator once to run the AC for a couple hours when it was hot. Would recommend to anyone that doesn't mind glamping it up.

Everything was sparkling clean, and the western style decor of the room and the entire place was spot on and enjoyable. The restaurant was quiet but with great food. • We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin away from the rest of Moab! It was so peaceful and quiet and the stars and nearly full moon were an amazing sight to behold (I’m from LA and consider myself lucky to see 2 stars a night). Come during daylight if possible especially your first night; the cabin is 4.5 miles from the main road (google maps took us to an even longer drive) and it was a bit scary in the dark. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve encountered at any Airbnb. It felt like we were sleeping on clouds that offered excellent support. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed including seasonings and cooking oil! I only have two minor complaints in an otherwise perfect stay: the shower was cramped and there was no shampoo (I usually bring my own but forgot this time). But the readily hot water and hair dryer more than made up for it. We woke 2/3 days with fresh powdered snow on the ground and our little bulldog had such a blast as well. Don’t forget extra socks or slippers because the floor gets very cold at night. 12/10 would highly recommend: quick and clear communication with the hosts, excellent amenities and such a clean space bigger than the pictures suggest!

    Colleen2019-02-18T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely location by snow capped mountains. Very quiet and peaceful. Everything you need to cook or enjoy one of the Moab restaurants. Easy access to the Arches, Dead Horse and so much more. Would love to visit again.

  • A great getaway location for enjoyed the beautiful area of Moab. For being such a busy area for tourism, I was impressed at how serene this rental felt. A great view of the La Sal Mountains as well! Can’t wait to return.

  • Great property just outside of town to relax and enjoy nature. The unit was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed staying here before getting on the road again.

    Arie2018-09-09T00:00:00Z
  • This is a wonderful duplex cabin in a beautiful setting on the outskirts of Moab. It’s in a group of cabins laid out at spacious distances around a lawn area and a few fruit trees, with some goats in a nearby field. A pool, shared among the cabins, is a brief walk from the cabin and provides great relief from the summer heat. The cabin itself had everything we could need or want: 2 comfortable beds, small table to sit down to eat, well-equipped kitchenette, clean bathroom. We would gladly stay here again.

    Lisa2018-07-20T00:00:00Z
  • The house was amazing. The renovations on the unit came out perfect and the AC was a nice touch with the hot summer weekend! I loved being secluded and surrounded by green as well as having such a short drive into the town of Moab. Communication was excellent and the whole thing went extremely smooth. I am definitely going to stay here next time i come to Moab.

  • My husband and I really loved everything about this place! It was clean, so well decorated, and cozy. Absolutely would stay here again!

  • Excellent find. Minutes from shops and restaurants. Comfy bed. We stayed while exploring the Arches National Park.

  • We had a great stay. Very cute and stylishly decorated. Very clean. Walking distance from downtown Moab and any restaurants and cafes you could want. Very quiet- located between a bike shop and insurance agent, across the street from a fancy hotel, and down the road from a hospital. 15 minutes from Arches and 40 minutes from Island in the Sky. Would recommend!

Moab is your gateway to adventure. Our famous national parks, Arches and Canyonlands, are just a short drive away. Hiking, Biking, Rafting, and Off-roading are all accessible from Moab.
  • This place was amazing!! I came with my husband and two small dogs and we had more than enough room and comfortable amenities to feel just like home. The location was perfect, within a quick drive to downtown Moab, and a more than reasonable drive to make day trips to both Canyonlands and Arches. We did not have any cell service at the ranch (which was AMAZING) but the Wifi in the house was strong and worked well so we were able to do some remote work. The hot tub and sauna were a perfect reprieve from the snow and cold, and we loved the bed! It is rare to have a king-sized bed in rentals, and this one was HEAVEN. This would be appropriate for a couple as we had, or a family as there is a ton of area to have meals and hang out in the common rooms. There is a cabin close next door, but there is so much space in the house and yard it was not an issue at all. It was totally quiet each night. We felt like we were in the middle of nowhere with just enough access to downtown Moab. Just what we needed! Highly recommend.

    Kelly2019-02-18T00:00:00Z
  • Loved our stay for couples getaway. The master bedroom was dreamy, comfy bed, wood-burning fireplace, and a little table for meals. We made all our meals on the grill outside, hot tubbed and took lots of beautiful scenic photos. The shower and tub was large enough for two, the kitchen came fully equipped and the location is peaceful and outdoorsy. It was a unique place and we would definitely would go back.

    Britney2018-12-31T00:00:00Z
  • The house is wonderful, part of a group of "cabins" (this one is probably larger than 2000 sq feet!) that are well apart of each other, in the middle of nowhere " check it on Google maps. It is higher than Moab and thus a few welcome degrees less. It is equipped with anything you might be thinking of and is air conditioned. You could spend the whole day there, alternating between the house itself, the two terraces, not forgetting the swimming pool, but there are quite a few things around not to be missed. Highly recommended!

    Jean2018-08-13T00:00:00Z
  • We enjoyed the space very much! The beds are comfy memory foam. The kitchen in the Lodge is amazing! Next time we go we will know that we can do our own cooking. This is a perfect house for couple with young children or for couples who aren’t needing lots of privacy!

    Françoise2018-04-16T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful space outside of the hustle and bustle of town. It had a wonderfully quiet and spacious cabin with a large private outdoor space too... a perfect place to spend time!

    Dena2018-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great time at the Lodge Suite. The place is exactly as described, and is really a lot of room for three people with lot of open space. Very dog-friendly with room for frisbee and such. The location is great, as long as you are looking to be 15-20 minutes outside of town. Very nice setting nestled in the foothills of the La Sals. Very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

    Steven2018-03-11T00:00:00Z
  • Perfect cabin tucked into a quiet corner of Moab. The lodge is much larger than it appeared in the listing. Everything you could ever need for a cozy stay is at your fingertips.

Log cabin conveniently located to Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, Mesa Verde and Bears Ears. Fully stocked kitchen, and pet friendly making this perfect for your family or large group. Escape the heat and congestion of Moab and come experience Roughlock.
This location has an immense amount of history dating back to when wagon teams would stop here to equip their wagons with Roughlocks - a type of braking system to control the speed of downhill wagons. There have been countless westerns filmed here and in the surrounding area, and where the steakhouse now lives was originally an antique shop and trading post. Today we give a respectful nod throughout the property to the men and women who helped settle the West
  • The stay was really great. The perfect ambiance that we were looking for. There is no network coverage in the area. The only concern we had was the wifi service. It was very slow and difficult to get connected. Other than that very good cabin and good stay.

  • This place is like a step back in time! Super cool decor that takes you back in time, while clean and having all the amenities you’ll need! This is a great place!

  • Amazing place and great unexpected value! This place has historic charm and felt too big for just 2 of us (s o many bedrooms!). We were pleasantly surprised! No complaints. Well stocked kitchen and would be perfect to come back with friends if adventuring near Moab/other national parks nearby. Jerrod was super friendly and the fact that they are dog friendly and don’t ask extra for your 4-legged friend is a huge plus! (Just be respectful, obviously). Thank you Jerrod! We’ll be back. Glad we stumbled upon your awesome place :).

  • We absolutely loved staying here! It was so cute and like taking a step back in time! We got engaged the weekend we stayed here and it will forever hold a spot in our hearts. The cabin was clean and there was a lot of space. Jerrod was quick to respond to all of our questions and very helpful. We are already planning on staying here again!

  • Incredible space! Very clean, yet rustic. A great stay!

  • The Lodge was very comfortable and spacious! We had everything we needed. We loved walking the property and that this is a pet friendly stay! We also loved being greeted by the sweet “barn” kitties. So friendly! Jerrod was an exceptional communicator and went above and beyond to accommodate a change in our reservation at the last minute that we appreciated so much!

  • We loved our stay in Moab! The space was exactly as described. It was great to be outside of town where everything is so busy, but close enough that we could be downtown in 15 minutes. As another person commented, the driveway is long, gravel, and very steep! Definitely not for the faint of heart, but when you get to the top you appreciate the view and solitude!

    Lyla2019-10-07T00:00:00Z
  • If you’re going to Moab but don’t want to be down in town with everyone (and, in our case, the heat), this place is perfect. Super quiet, perched at the top of the ridge with great sunset/sunrise views. Gentle breeze and the hummingbird arbor were great! I would say make sure you print your driving directions - GPS will get confused!

    Julie2019-07-19T00:00:00Z
  • A wonderful place to stargaze. Buy your dinner at city market, take it back to Cindy’s, sit outside by the fire, and look up at the stars.

    John2018-11-03T00:00:00Z
  • This is an amazing place! The pictures don’t do it justice...much nicer in person. The host is an amazing lady with a wealth of knowledge about the area.

    Christina2018-07-19T00:00:00Z
  • It was a rare privilege to be surrounded by such a gorgeous panoramic view. This guesthouse defines tranquility! It is a very special place, where one is embraced by authentic Southwest ambience. Though, guests should understand that accessing this heavenly spot requires driving a steep, curvy, one-lane, gravel driveway (something we and our rental car were not accustomed to).

    Kirsten2018-06-15T00:00:00Z
  • We hit the Air BnB gold on this one! The space and the beautiful property made for an incredible week in Moab.

Our home is close to the heart of Moab, Slickrock, Mill Creek and Sand Flats Road. This is a fantastic location for a quiet and peaceful setting as well as family-friendly activities. Our home has two lovely patios, one off the master bedroom as well as off the main living area and opens up to a large grassy open space with Mill Creek burbling by. This is a 30 day only at a time so please contact me directly for monthly pricing.
Our two story townhouse has a great open floor plan with a guest room and full bath downstairs and upstairs boasts the master bedroom with a walk out balcony to watch the sunset over the red cliffs. The second bedroom is larger and has a king size bed and a pull out futon. The kitchen has a bar and small table and the downstairs patio allows for either three chairs or a fold out table for four with a grill. The green space behind the unit creates a lovely green oasis after a long day of adventuring around Moab and a dip in the pool is the perfect way to end the day. We are only allowed via the HOA rules to rent this for 30 days at a time so please contact me directly for pricing.
This lovely complex is filled with trees, quiet neighbors and a gorgeous green space in the back that seems to always be lush and green with a stark contrast of the red cliffs behind. The complex prides itself on a quiet area and so please keep noise to a minimum after 8pm.
  • Loved the location and Tina was very responsive. We would rent it again.

  • Perfectly situated town home in Moab town. Nice very green landscape surrounds the home. Walking distance to town.

  • Tina was very responsive and great to work with. The condo is well stocked, roomy and a great location.

    Annette2017-09-24T00:00:00Z
  • Four adults stayed for five days during the Moab Music Festival. We ate breakfast on the patio before hiking in the am, grabbed lunch, quick swim or spent time reading in the hot afternoon. After dinner and concerts we enjoyed a glass of wine on the patio. Tina's home is comfortable and is in a central location for picking up groceries, getting to hiking trails, and walking to restaurants and in-town events in the evening. The neighbors were friendly, but quiet and unobtrusive. Tina was very responsive to my questions from booking to departure. It was a great place for vacation.

New! RV adventure rental set up for a solar off grid, tiny home experience! Now with 100% solar powered wifi! This brand new Springdale RV is 24 foot is absolutely loaded with upgrades! Fully self contained Adventure Basecamp! Everything is provided! Perfect for up to 3 people. Double over double bunks, upgraded walk around Queen bed, led lighting, off grid with solar. This is a beautiful new RV, priced to help you enjoy all Moab has to offer without hardly putting a strain on the budget! :)
This rental is located in San Juan County, just outside Moab city limits. This is a brand new RV, fully loaded for your lodging needs with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, new clean linens, cooking area, shower, hot water, bathroom! This unit is off grid, partially solar with solar wifi! Air conditioner and Microwave do require use of a generator which is provided full of fuel and ready to go! Water tanks are filled with about 40 gallons and the unit is completely self contained! This is an unbeatable value compared to anything similar. I currently have the unit set up on a bare acre of land right next to the beautiful Moab rim. It is off grid and mostly solar, with back up generator when extra power is required. This is absolutely not designed to be a motel room! I manage several condos and rooms in the Moab area, and if you are looking for that type of experience I can help you with that. The campers are an off-grid, tiny home, camping type of experience and designed to be exactly that! Views are beautiful, it's so quiet compared to the craziness of town! To provide some context there are many rental venues in and around Moab with 50-80 rentals on a property that size. At most you may be sharing the space with four or five of our other like-minded Adventure seeking, wonderful guests. We love our guests and want to provide the absolute best experience possible!
The camper is situated off grid on a large lot. Just a short 7 miles from Moab and 12 miles from arches. There are another 5 similar units in large, natural landscape with wonderful views and a very dark night time sky.
  • We really enjoyed staying at Daniel’s RV. Our only issue was the pilot was out so we couldn’t use the oven, but that didn’t affect our experience. He was very responsive and explained everything very well! The RV was very clean and was exactly what we needed for our stay in Moab. The location was also great for stargazing and was a quick drive to the grocery stores and restaurants.

  • Great place!

    Greg2019-10-26T00:00:00Z
  • It was so easy to communicate with Daniel. We met him in person and he made sure that we know how to use everything , e.g the generator. It was a nice experience to stay in the RV. We had enough space , everything was clean, we could cook our dinner and had chairs to sit outside and enjoyed the sky with so many stars . Would definitely stay again . Cheers

  • This RV was a great place to crash after a long day of hiking in Arches and Canyonlands. It is conveniently located to both parks and downtown Moab. It was clean and rather spacious and had great views of the night sky! Daniel was a wonderful host. He ran through everything about the camper when we checked in and was responsive during our stay. We would most definitely stay again!

Great for social distancing! Set just over the county line, the current ordinances for Moab do not apply to us! New, 100% OFF GRID* camper is the perfect for getting out during this stressful time. Space for vehicles and toys. This new camper has everything you need for your camping experience! Perfect for 3-4 people - Queen bed with an additional 4" mattress topper, and double-over double bunk beds, each with 3" mattress toppers! *not hooked up to power/water/sewer. Supplies refreshed daily.
This camper is 100% off grid*. Meaning, it is NOT hooked up to water, power or sewer. This brand new camper comes fully loaded with all your lodging needs. Pots, pans, utensils, dishes, fresh linens, full kitchen, fridge AND freezer, full bathroom, etc. This unit is 100% off grid, yet still has (solar) WiFi. The AC, and microwave do require the use of a *generator, which is provided full of gas, and ready for use! Propane tanks are used for cooking. Water tanks are filled with about 50 gallons, which are replenished daily.
The camper is situated a little ways, and facing away from another camper, with fantastic views, and a very dark nighttime sky. Update: we recently covered most of the weeds and brush, with gravel. This makes it easy for parking vehicles & toys!
  • Laura's camper trailer is convenient to town and great value. Since there is a kitchen, I cooked my own breakfast and one dinner during my stay and made lunches to take with me on ride. The camper experience is different than a house or hotel. The first night it was windy (around 22 mph) and the camper swayed. It was hard for me to sleep because I wasn't used to it. After telling myself it was like sleeping on a boat, I passed out just fine. The generator situation was interesting. I needed to use it at night to charge my phone, run another electronic device, and I think the heat too (or maybe that used propane) because I was there in October and it got cold at night. The generator is a little loud, but if you have ear plugs or you're used to sleeping with a fan or other background noise, you'll barely notice it. I was by myself so never ventured outside to star gaze. Plus it was cold. I can see this being a nice activity though if you are with friends or a significant other. Perhaps you could even make a fire... All in all, good value for the money. In the right weather conditions (i.e., not really windy) I would stay here again.

  • Perfect base for exploring Arches, Canyonlands, and beautiful Moab.

    Katie2019-10-19T00:00:00Z

  • We had a great time in Laura's RV, which is just a short drive from Moab. It's a brilliant location for trips to Arches and Canyonlands. The RV was spacious, with a good kitchen area for cooking, and a nice shower. Laura responded to messages very promptly.

  • This RV was so much fun to stay in! It has everything you need, is very clean and convenient to everything Moab has to offer at a great price! Co-host Daniel walked us through the RV...we had never stayed in one before...and we had it all figured out quickly. We recommend making sure you have the keys with you every time you step outside...we inadvertently locked ourselves out! I will definitely try to stay here for my next visit!

  • Awesome cabin - clean, away from the city but not too far, great views, lots of room for the dogs to run around, has everything you need. Would definitely recommend!

  • Fantastic location and super clean.

  • I wanted a place out of town where you could see the stars yet close enough to eat in town. The added elevation also made for much cooler temps when it was 100 degrees in Moab. It met all our expectations.

Our cabin is the perfect place to come home to, especially after a long day of driving, hiking or sight seeing. We are 36 miles outside of Moab, and it is well worth the drive to stay with us. Our beautiful mountain property is cozy, quiet and peaceful, a definite contrast to the busy and crowded town of Moab. The mountain views, sunrises and sunsets here are breath taking.
Our place is very cozy, clean and comfortable. This room is perfect for an individual or a couple traveling together. The room is private and has a sink and mirror. The bathroom/shower is shared with other guests staying in the cabin. The common areas, such as kitchen, living and dining rooms are also shared with other guests. We are right next to the beautiful La Sal Mountains. We are a 40-45 minute drive to the National Parks: Arches and Canyonlands, Canyon Rim, Mountain Lakes, a couple hours fromTelluride, Ridgeway and Ouray etc... We are within 2 hrs of all recreational areas in the 4 corner states. About our property: We are a healing center and we do provide healing services such as Shamanic Work, Plant Medicine, Animal Healing, and much more. Not only are we a peaceful and cozy sanctuary for our human friends, we are also a sanctuary and home for special needs animals, such as horses, cats and dogs. We are a non-profit 501c3 rescue. If you are interested, we do accept volunteers for dog walking, feeding and watering horses, cleaning horse stalls and monitoring/playing outside with our special needs cat Bryan Love. Volunteer/tour times are 8AM and 5PM (Winter times may vary).Let us know before hand if you are interested in volunteering with us. You know when you step onto this land that it is special. This land is filled with the energy of spirit, of healing and of service. Here at Mt. Peale, we believe in honoring the totality of life. The plants ,the animals, the land and the humans are inseparable. What befalls one effects the other. The spirit of this land has healed us, and so many others who have been guided here. We have found that this is the perfect place to come when one is at a crossroads. People who are searching, whether consciously or unconsciously, tend to find their answers here. We invite you to come and have sanctuary here among the people and the animals of this land.
  • This place is magical! Horses, cats, dogs, beautiful nature everywhere! Great beds, bedding, kitchen supplies, super clean, quiet space. This was an amazing deal and amazing place to be!

  • These cabins are very nice- good quality construction, well designed, thoughtful amenities, and a clean kitchen. The setting is tranquil, peaceful and quiet. It’s a pleasant place to unwind and unplug (very limited internet). Be sure to bring food as there’s no grocery store nearby. Enjoy the beauty of the area and catch up on your reading!

  • We had a great time at the house, it was clean, easy to find, and it was very relaxing to be there. The sunrise was beautiful, I took great pictures of the sunrise!!

  • Great shared cabin to stay in when visiting the national parks, especially if you want to be outside of Moab. About a 40 min drive to Arches. Host was quick to respond. WiFi is not the best and no cell service, so plan to disconnect when you’re there.

  • When you stay at Mt. Peale, the 30-45 minute drive to Moab will not only seem insignificant, it will feel like a treat. Waking up to a softly glowing sunrise at Mt. Peale and skirting my way down and around the La Sal Mountains was surreal and breathtaking with gorgeous vistas in every direction, and I hope I get the chance to do it again someday. The remoteness and tranquility of Mt. Peale was a very welcome change to my day-to-day life in Denver sitting in traffic and listening to sirens. If you truly want to "get away," this is the place to do it.

  • Great quiet place to stay. We enjoyed the remoteness and tranquillity of the area. 35-40min drive to Moab.

  • People should come to stay this all original wood interior, as wood is used as much as possible. There's a spacious great hall for kitchen (with whatever one needs for cooking), dining and sofa to rest. We didn't have chance to meet both Teaque and Chris as their won't disturb their quests's scheduled life. Very appreciated. Highly recommend to everyone who don't mind to drive 36 miles away from Moab.
