  • We stayed here for one night to break up our drive from the Isle of Skye to Glasgow, and it was exactly what we were looking for! Easy check-in and check-out, in a great location for hopping onto the A82 and driving through the Glencoe Valley area, and overall a very cozy place to relax after a long day of travel.

  • Fantastic location for anyone doing the West Highland Way (WHW) with a co-op right across the road for stocking up you supplies. A couple of pubs and a chip shop all within 50 yards. I’m staying again this year when I walk the WHW again with my Dad. 10/10

  • John has a bolt hole surrounded by mountains rivers and beauty. He showed us routes and engaged with our passion for the area because he shares it too. After you come back from all that walking and your legs have turned to jelly an open fire awaits. Clean house with enough privacy and separation if you need it and great breakfast options. Happy Christmas John! (and thanks). Local pubs fine for food and locals friendly.

  • We loved staying at John’s during our west highland way walk. John is super friendly and hospitable. Introduced us to some great bagpipe bands (thanks!) and we enjoyed great conversations with him. His place is very clean and tidy, warm, has great views and has the most cosy fireplace. 10/10 would stay again.

  • The Wee Hut felt more like a Wee Home. Rob & Denise really are super hosts. They provided a breakfast basket for the morning, logs for the amazingly efficient wood stove in the hut, and are both extremely friendly. Their dog Is also super adorable. For a small space, the hut has everything you need, and it’s custom designed for efficiency and coziness. The space includes a warm bathroom with a shower, a microwave, a hob/stove top, a mini fridge, a sink, a sofa/sofa bed, an amazing wood stove, a TV, a comfortable bed, and more. 100% would recommend to anyone travelling to Scotland.

Great value for the price we stayed and would definitely stay again.

This Old Police station, is situated in the middle of Kinlochleven. The West Highland passes right in front of the house, making it the ideal stop for walkers or climbers and other adventurers. Fort William and Oban are a short drive away. We are currently building an extension to our house on the other side, this doesn't affect the room at all, but the first impression when approaching the house isn't great at the moment. Sorry for the inconvenience
Our ensuite bedroom has its own entrance and a small hallway to leave your outdoor gear out of the room.
Kinlochleven is a small and friendly village in the Scottish Highlands. It has a small supermarket and local pubs/restaurants

  • These hosts go over and above to make their guests not only feel welcome, but also to provide extra special touches. I was worn out and soaking wet and cold from a 20 mile hike on the west highland way and the hosts welcomed we warmly, showed me everything I needed and also there was all I needed to make a cup of hot tea, take a hot shower and get under the covers of the cozy bed. thank you!!

  • I had a great night at Julie's home when I arrived at the end of the West Highland Way. Julie and her husband are very hospitable, caring, very friendly and really put me at ease, I was delighted to meet them. They gave me the right addresses and my room was immaculate. The breakfast and lunch pack was excellent. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast: one of my best Airbnb stays.

    Alice2019-10-21T00:00:00Z
  • Julie is extremely warm and helpful - especially her husband. I never felt like bothering with my questions for too long, as was the case with other hosts. My room was very nicely decorated and cozy. My highlights were the provided bathrobe, drinks and on request daily new super soft towels - I do not need it, but Julie offers it. The breakfast is varied and delicious; Upon request, Julie also packs food on the go. It was really perfect for my accommodation at the WHW. The bathroom is huge and everything was super clean.

  • Spent a night at Julie and Robert’s lovely home this past week during my hiking trip along the West Highland Way. Could not have dreamt of a better stay. As other reviewers have emphasized, these are the two warmest and most hospitable people you will ever meet. Breakfast was phenomenal, as was the accompanying conversation and local tips. If you’re looking for a bed and breakfast in the Kinlochleven area, stop your search right here; you won’t be disappointed! And be sure to check out the stunning nearby Grey Mare’s waterfall before departing.

  • The accommodation is located in a beautiful small town, near by car from Glencoe. Jenny and Bob were great hosts. Everything was clear for the use of housing, even with a fragile English. The great breakfast is a real plus, especially before a day of hiking = PAP OF GLENCOE, check !!! thank you again for the "sticks" that helped me a lot. You were by far the most warm and welcoming people of our stay Without a doubt, we will return home on a future trip to Scotland, because we had a real crush for the region which is MAGNIFICENT Elodie and Xavier.

He was always on hand to offer local knowledge and to check if we were okay or needed anything. We both really enjoyed our conversations with him. As we had never tried haggis Dave also kindly served us a meal of this which was a great experience. The location is also great and it was easy to travel to other places to visit. My tariff is £40per person per night (£80 room) and £50 single occupancy including full Scottish breakfast or pre-agreed breakfast (gluten free, Continental, etc). There are 2 bedrooms; 1 twin and 1 double. Kinlochleven is on the WHW, a lovely village with several places to stay. Surrounded by mountains and beautiful scenery many people return year after year. Kinlochleven also hosts the pre 65's motor bike competition every year on the last weekend in April.
  • Excellent hospitality, considering we booked at such short notice , well looked after and amazing breakfasts

  • Heather is an amazing and wonderful host, full of warmth, humor and help of all kinds. She is very welcoming and allowed us full use of the kitchen for making sandwiches for our next-day’s walk. She also did our laundry. Unbelievably generous and warm hearted. Also, her cats are delightful and totally unobtrusive so no worries if you’re not into fluffies. If you ARE into fluffies, though, you’re in for a treat. Cannot recommend Heather’s place more.

  • Julie and Robert are the warmest, kindest and down to earth hosts I've ever had the pleasure of staying with. From the moment I stepped in to their home I honestly felt like they were welcoming a family member. I was incredibly touched by their generosity - they even went out of their way to make sure I had suitable food (I'm vegan, so it can be pretty difficult in the highlands and they 100% catered to all my needs). If that wasn't enough, they offered that I help myself to the books on their bookshelf as I was admiring their collection. We chatted for a while and after 6 days of hiking on my own, it felt great to laugh and be so at ease and comfortable around such amazing folks. Their home itself is sparkling clean and beautiful and they made sure I had everything I needed. I LOVED staying with them and hope to be back to visit soon :)

This 3 bedroomed home is set in glorious Highland scenery on the edge of a busy village. Comfortable with full kitchen, and sitting room with multifuel stove. Under 2 1/2 hours from Glasgow, or 3 from Edinburgh. A great base for exploring the area.
The house has three bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed in the sitting room. It is a ten minute stroll from the centre of the village, which has a post office, library, co-op open until 10pm, a chip shop and four pubs doing food. The area is great for walking, climbing, views and wilderness. It's about a 40 minute drive to Fort William, and Oban about an hour and a quarter down the coast.
Kinlochleven is a friendly village set in awesome scenery, between Glen Coe and Fort William.
  • A great location for hiking, indoor ice climbing and taking the the beauty of the local area. Graham's place is a snug and beautiful place to rest after taking in all that the area has to offer.

    Sheridan2020-01-01T00:00:00Z
  • Graham's place is perfect for families. The location is perfect for walks and nearby ice factor is a bonus. Comms were very good and Graham we had no problems with a late checkin.

    Debsona2019-09-05T00:00:00Z
  • Graham is a great host and has stayed in touch with us prior, as well as during our stay. The house accommodates six people comfortably and it is a very cosy place. It takes very little time for the house to be warmed up and we also enjoyed the comforts of a lovely fireplace while playing games. The location is ideal and we could reach all the points the we wanted to reach in the Highlands. A few dreams have come true such as climbing Ben Nevis, having a very scenic walk around Glenfinnan, eating spectacular food at the MacDonald Hotel and exploring Fort William and Oban. Graham was also great at giving us recommendations with regards to things we didn't know about such as local castles, beautiful walks and local amenities. We will be going back soon. Thank you, Graham!

    Bogdan2019-06-19T00:00:00Z
  • Graham’s place is very well suited for walkers, adventurers and people with dogs. The kitchen has plenty of equipment for cooking, the beds are comfy and the social areas work great for couples staying together. Additionally, the multi-fuel burner in the living room makes the house really nice and cosy. And there’s plenty of space for muddy boots, outdoor coats and clothing. The house is also ideally situated for exploring Fort William and the surrounding areas. Kinlochleven it’s self is absolutely beautiful, the local coop is really handy and we found the pub at The MacDonald hotel brilliant!Graham provided us with plenty of fuel for the fire and some lovely biscuits! He is also extremely knowledgeable about the surrounding area and very friendly. There’s also plenty of information provided at the house regarding the local area, maps and walks. 100% would return to Graham’s place.

    Abbi2019-05-12T00:00:00Z
  • You can't really beat opening the curtains in the morning to the picturesque view over Loch Leven, even if it is cloudy and raining. We were up there walking for a few days, and Graham's house had everything we needed, and more. Good size rooms, nice and clean, and a great location - 5 minute walk to the shops and pubs of Kinlochleven, 10 minute drive to Glencoe, and not too long up to Fort William. Graham met us and showed us around, told us how everything worked, gave us plenty of local tips, then left us to it. We couldn't have asked for much more, and would happily stay there again.

Six miles from historic Glencoe and sitting above Loch Leven with views onto the Mamore mountains, the Byre is a traditional highland dwelling built in the mid 19th century. It used to be the stable for the pony of the deer stalker on the Mamore estate, which hosted many famous guests including King Edward VII. The cottage is perfect as a romantic hideaway, retreat space or base for outdoor sports and sight seeing.
From the bedroom, you can look out over the mountains on two sides and enjoy the wonderful panoramic views for miles around. At dawn and dusk, wild deer can sometimes be seen grazing on the grassy hillside in front of the cottage. The stable door leading into the Byre opens onto a living room and dining area with exposed beams and a vaulted ceiling. The room is equipped with a TV and DVD player, a selection of DVDs and a music player which connects to other devices so you can play your own music. There is also a fast internet connection. Off the living room there is a newly refurbished, well-equipped kitchen with an oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and a good selection of pots, dishes, plates, glasses, cutlery and other utensils. On your arrival, you will find complimentary organic ground coffee, tea, milk and Scottish shortbread. We also provide oil, salt, pepper and sugar. The tiled bathroom finishes off the lovely space with a luxurious double shower, a full rainfall showerhead and a skylight Velux window that floods the room with light. There is gas central heating throughout the cottage and a combination boiler which provides instant hot water. One dog is welcome by prior arrangement - please get in touch before booking.
Kinlochleven village is only a half mile away and has a number of pubs that do excellent bar food. There is a well stocked Co-op supermarket and, for a bigger shop, there is Morrisons supermarket in Fort William which is about 40 minutes away by car. Kinlochleven is also home to 'The Ice Factor', the worlds largest indoor ice-climbing wall, which has a number of other indoor and outdoor climbing activities for all ages. It's a wonderful place, well worth a visit, whether active or not! As the Outdoor Capital of the UK, the region of Lochaber is fantastic for all kinds of outdoor activities including hiking, sailing, skiing, ice-climbing and cycling. The ski resort of Glencoe is about 25 minutes' drive away, the Nevis ranges are about 45 minutes and both ski centres are open all year round for skiers and hikers. Boat trips to visit the islands and spot wildlife depart from Loch Leven and Loch Linnhe. A thirty mile radius from the cottage takes in Ben Nevis, the mountains of Glencoe, the Seal Sanctuary near Oban, Glenfinnan where Bonnie Prince Charlie gathered the clans in 1745 and the famous Harry Potter viaduct .... to name but a few.
  • Chris and Sarah were fantastic hosts. The cottage is beautiful and in a great location. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We will definitely be back to stay!

  • The Byre is a charming cosy cottage, and its location on the mountainside just past a spectacular waterfall, made it the perfect location for our wee escape. Chris and Sarah were so helpful with their instructions on how to find them and the local area. They even sweetly set up a wee Christmas tree and left mince pies for our arrival. I would highly recommend a stay at The Byre, as its the perfect base to discover the beautiful loch's and mountains of the west coast.

  • The perfect getaway 'cabin' for our Highland trek! We loved the place. Much larger and with far more amenities than expected (or needed!), this place was amazing for us. We were lucky to star gaze one night, and made a lovely short trip to Glencoe for dinner. The whole experience was perfect but waking up to the view is worth it on its own. Can't wait to return.

    George2019-10-27T00:00:00Z
  • We had an amazing stay in The Byre, wish we could have stayed longer. Very quiet, cosy and away from civilization, with fresh air and wildlife galore. Just waking up to a view of the mountains and nothing else was the best feeling ever. Chris and Sarah were wonderful hosts and we can't recommend staying here enough.

    Del2019-10-23T00:00:00Z

Kinlochleven is a beautiful highland location situated roughly 7 miles from glencoe and 25 miles from fort william . It has many different pubs and a village shop open from 7am to 10pm . Not to mention the ice factor which boasts and indoor ice and dry climbing wall. There are endless walks and beautiful scenery to take in. The property itself is in a secluded neighbourhood , however very close to all central locations mentioned previously.
  • Great house in a beautiful location. Just behind the house is a spectacular hidden waterfall. Great rooms, comfortable beds and very nice living room. We would certainly come again.

  • We had really great stay, the location was stunning and the house was light, warm and inviting as well as being very clean. Met William very briefly outside the house and he seem like a nice bloke. Check-in couldn't have been easier which really helps to get you settled in after an 8 hour journey. Would happily stay here again. P.s. - Nice touch of a bottle of wine on arrival :) P.p.s - Didn't have any internet issues whatsoever (as I noticed in a few recent reviews). Appears to be a brand new router?

  • Great location for outdoors, with walks right on the doorstep. Also a good base for visiting the wider Glencoe area. William was always polite and very quick to respond. Would recommend to others looking in this area.

Would love to visit again and would definitely stay at this accomodation if possible

Sheri’s communication was very good and the pub across the road meant no cooking! Pleasantly surprised that clothes drier was in shed...make sure you read instruction manual! Will recommend to our fellow Australian travellers.

Six miles from historic Glencoe and sitting above Loch Leven with views onto the Mamore mountains, Garbhein Cottage is a traditional highland cottage built in the 19th century. It used to be the house of the deer stalker on the Mamore estate, which hosted many famous guests including King Edward VII. The cottage is perfect as a romantic hideaway, retreat space or base for outdoor sports and sight seeing, offering flexible accommodation to suit solo travelers, couples, families and friends.
Garbhein Cottage combines traditional charm with modern luxury. The house has recently been renovated and has a high level of insulation to provide warmth and comfort. The decor is light and bright and the views surrounding the cottage are beautiful. Wild deer can sometimes be seen grazing on the hillside at the front, especially during winter when they come down the mountain to sleep. The cottage has two bedrooms, each with a king size bed, and two bathrooms, one on each floor. The cottage comfortably accommodates 4 people. By prior arrangement a single bed can be brought in to the downstairs bedroom to add flexibility to the sleeping arrangements. There is a log burning stove, gas central heating and a combination boiler that provides instant hot water. The brand new and well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine (but there is no tumble dryer). The internet connection is excellent and there is a TV, DVD player and Bluetooth music system, which you can connect to other devices to play your own music. We also provide a selection of DVDs and CDs for your use. We love this cottage and hope that you will enjoy staying here. This is a place to come if you are looking for a peaceful holiday in a snug retreat amid the spectacular beauty of the Highlands.
  • If you are looking for the perfect Scottish Highland getaway, look no further. We were only able to stay three nights but I wish it could have been three months. The cottage was perfect for my son and I, with room to spare. The location was great. We were able to travel to Fort William daily and take day trips to Glen Nevis (Steall Waterfall is a must for nature lovers) and Glen Etive. Chris and Sarah were wonderful hosts. They were always quick to respond to my messages and had great suggestions. I make a point not to travel to the same place twice, but I am definitely making the exception here and look forward to our return.

    Valerie2020-01-15T00:00:00Z
  • Garbhein cottage in Kinlochleven is situated opposite the mountains and the views are stunning. It is ideally situated for anyone wanting to come and explore surrounding areas such as Glencoe, Fort William, Oban etc. The cottage is thoroughly modern throughout, with everything you need, but it also retains its charm and character of its former use, as a Deerstalkers cottage. There is a small village nearby if you run out of anything, there's a chip shop, a pub, a couple of restaurants etc. It is lovely and peaceful staying at the cottage, but it has various places of interest nearby too. The hosts Chris and Sarah were very kind and thoughtful. Nothing was too much trouble and they are only a phone call away if needed. The cottage was very clean and tidy upon our arrival and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Warm and cosy, a real home from home. We will certainly go back to Garbhein cottage and I would highly recommend this holiday accommodation. We would give it 10 out of 10 in all areas of hospitality. Well done Chris and Sarah. Cheryl and Marky.

    Adrian2019-11-01T00:00:00Z
  • We loved everything about this beautiful cottage, but if we were forced to pick our favourite thing it would be the views. They are breath taking. The kitchen has floor to ceiling windows which you could stare out all day. The cottage itself felt very luxurious and incredibly comfortable. Everything was easy and user friendly and sparkling clean. We especially loved the sky light above the bed upstairs as you could watch the stars! In fact, the stars were also an incredible feature; with a clear night the stars were amazing. I have no doubt we will be back again. If you're looking for a gorgeous and comfortable stay in the west Highlands, this is the place to go. Thank you so much, we loved it.

    Sinéad2019-10-25T00:00:00Z
  • The house is cosy, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed looking out at the view from the big kitchen windows each evening, and the surroundings are spectacular. The house comes with everything you’d need to stay in and cook, although we found plenty of nice places to eat out too... Chris & Sarah were easy to communicate with and very welcoming - I’d definitely come back!

    Esther2019-10-13T00:00:00Z
  • Chris and Sarah's cottage is lovely! Home from home. Has everything you need. It's cosy, very comfortable, clean and in the most spectacular location! Chris and Sarah very very prompt to reply to enquiries and questions and made check in super easy. I loved staying here and would love to come back one day. Thank you both.

  • This cottage in the highlands is the most wonderful place to stay. It’s hard to know where to begin in describing how much we love this cottage. Location: perfect for day trips to Oban, Mull and Iona. Traveling through Glen Coe to get there was spectacular. Day trip to Culloden, and Inverness. The village of Kinlochleven is a short walk away. Convenient for groceries and great dining. The locals are so friendly. The cottage is set back off the road which makes for privacy and comfort. Chris and Sarah have thought of everything you could possibly need. Lovely well stocked kitchen. Cozy and warm, heated towel racks. It’s got all the charm and character you would want from a Highland Scottish home and all the modern conveniences to make it incredibly comfortable. Spotlessly clean, restored to the highest standard. First class, 5 star all the way. We got to spend five days four nights and loved every minute of it. Hope to return again. Thanks to Chris and Sarah for their kind and attentive care. Greg and Celine Bowman

  • This is a wonderfully cosy and clean cottage with a spectacular view of the Mamore range across the Loch. We especially enjoyed the peace, excellent facilities and comfortable layout. We would highly recommend this cottage for anyone who likes walking and exploring this special and unique part of the world, and anyone who enjoys spectacular views and tranquility. The information provided by Chris & Sarah was very timely and helpful. Many thanks once again!

  • Even though it was only for one night, THIS was an absolutely wonderful and heart-touching stay with a true host! I literally will never forget Jenni's kindness, good humour, and incredibly sharp and funny wit. Oh, and the house and rooms were awesome too. ;-) We were up form Edinburgh for a 26-mile race the next morning, and Jenni was so incredibly accommodating, gave us great tips about the area, left us a massive plate of breakfast goodies in the fridge for early the next morning, and made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. The place is truly a home, and I recommend it for anyone even close to the area. The Highland Way (hugely popular multi-day hiking trail) is right near her place and we had a chance to meet two other guests who were hiking the trail over the course of a week. Jenni also recommended a great pub within walking distance where we had a very good dinner and a beer overlooking the lake, and told us about a little-known trail up to the waterfalls. This place is great, book it and then just relax and enjoy Jenni's amazing hospitality.

  • Great spot tucked up the hill but a 3 minute walk to the center of town. The room is stylish and clean, and super cute!

  • Very nice room. Friendly living space to chat with the people who rented the room next door. We recommend.

  • We had a very professional welcome from Lewis. The bedroom and bathroom are very nice, and access to a shared lounge / kitchen is a real plus. Possibility to take advantage of the services of the hotel (laundry, access to a room to dry clothes).

  • Lewis's place is in the most beautiful location. It is surrounded by mountains, what more could you want in Scotland! The room was decorated wonderfully and the bathroom had a wonderfully big shower. I will note that the ceilings are sloped in some areas, including partially over the bed. It adds to the quirky look but may be a nuisance to some. The kitchen and living room is shared. We didn't use these much but both looked really clean and tidy. As described there is parking on premises. There is a large space as you turn in but there are no lines to mark spaces which makes it more difficult if you check in later than others and have to fit your car around other peoples parking. We managed to park on both days but it took a fair bit of manoeuvring. Everyone who worked at the guesthouse was super friendly and welcoming and we both really enjoyed our stay here.

My place is close to great views and just off the West Highland Way.. You’ll love my place because of the comfy beds, the views, and a warm Highland welcome.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets).
Quiet neighbourhood, 5 minute walk to village centre. There are many beautiful walks in and around Kinlochleven with unsurpassed views in all directions.
  • Heather is of great hospitality, the breakfast is rich and hearty. Perfect for a stay in Kinlochleven

    Baptiste2019-09-21T00:00:00Z
  • We had a lovely stay at Heather‘s place. We hiked the West Highland Way and the bed was the most comfortable we had all week. Breakfast was great and freshly made to order. The fruit salad was amazing. Would definitely stay here again!

  • Heathers B&B is in a great location as a stopover on the West Highland Way, or to stay in Kinlochleven. My friend and I shared a twin room which was spotlessly clean and slept well on comfortable beds with fresh clean bedding. Heather provided breakfast early for us to let us get on our way. The breakfast was excellent, full Scottish and so much it kept us going the whole day. Best porridge I’ve had in years!

  • We had a lovely night’s stay at Danca B&B. Everything was comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was in a great location for a quick walk into the village and the breakfast provided was delicious. Heather was a kind and welcoming host - we really enjoyed meeting her.

  • Really enjoyed our stay here. The pods were great, warm and dry! The toilet/shower block was in great condition. Caroline was very responsive to our messages and helpful in letting us self check-in. Wish we could have stayed longer, as it seems like a good base to go exploring from.

  • Fantastic spot! I camped here the first night and then stayed in one of the camping cabins the second night. The cabin and facilities are impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable, the showers were hot and had fantastic water pressure, and the location was perfect. Right near the West Highland Way and close to town, but still gorgeous views of the river and surrounding mountains. I will definitely stay here again when I come back.

Kinlochleven is a small Highland village of less than 1000 inhabitants located at the head of Loch Leven. Close to Glencoe, Fort William and Ben Nevis it is set in stunning Highland landscape surrounded by mountain, munro, loch, river, moor and forest. The village was home to the North British Aluminium company which built a hyrdo electric scheme and aluminium smelter in the 1900’s. This allowed Kinlochleven to be the first village in the world to have electricity provided to every house. The smelter has now closed but the hyrdo electric scheme still operates. Part of the old smelter now houses the Ice Factor. The worlds largest indoor ice wall and climbing centre. The village has a small local Co-Operative supermarket which sells foods, drinks and essentials. This is open 7 days a week, 7am until 10pm. There are also some local pubs to eat at and a local seafood restaurant. On a Tuesday a fishman delivers fresh fish to the street. We have a local post office with a cash machine. The famous West Highland Way, a 96 mile walk from Milgavie North Glasgow to Fort William passes right through the village. The area has many stunning walks and the village is a perfect base to explore the West Highland Vistas. Other activities available locally including mountain biking, golf, trials biking, kayaking, canoeing, river fishing, salt water fishing, cycling, motorbiking, Segway and power boating.
  • Loved the house, the amenities, and especially the sunroom for social gatherings. Alex went above and beyond as a host and takes pride in his AirBnB. If you come to Kinlochleven, STAY HERE. We most certainly will on our next trip.

  • Alex's house is amazing, everything is as described. The view from the windows is just outstanding, mountains everywhere. The village has a shop open until late, pubs, fish n chip so everything you need. The village is close to fort william on one side and Glencoe on the other. We really enjoyed our stay in this house and really recommend it.

    Thomas2018-07-23T00:00:00Z
  • Alex was very communicative, and had great ideas for things to do nearby. The house was cozy, with everything we needed and lots of games and movies to keep us occupied when we were not going out.

  • Alex was by far the best Airbnb host I’ve ever had. He was amazingly welcoming and helpful. The house is lovely. Clean with a well equipped kitchen. Great location. Could not have asked for better. Highly recommend!

  • Great location for Glencoe & Nevis Range. Plenty of space for snowboarding gear and a big car. Friendly host, good pubs, great stay. Thanks Alex.

  • A quite, secluded, home from home from which we explored the natural beauty of the region. We loved our visit.

    Andrew2017-08-03T00:00:00Z
  • Kinlochleven is a beautiful town and the house we rent is perfect. Thanks to Alex and his family.

    Annelies2017-07-29T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great stay. The house was clean and lovely. We enjoyed the sun room and garden especially. The location was great for exploring the village and nearby trails. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was great for cooking. We felt the air freshener was unnecessary -- the house was clean and didn't need extra fragrance. We hope to come back soon! Note to future renters: Most restaurants in Scottish villages require reservations. If you forget and end up without a place to eat, the co-op (grocery store) in town has good hours, and the kitchen at this cottage is great for cooking.
