“This distillery and bar produces our favourite local gins. Located on the beautiful (but quite steep) St Michaels Hill in central Bristol, this small but perfectly formed bar produces great G&Ts and martinis. We love their unique seasonal gins too which have a limited run. Come here before dinner at Pasta Loco (just round the corner) and you’re all set for a perfect Bristol night. You can also have your favourite bottle delivered home via their website. Seriously, it’s great gin!”

“Magical cosy volunteer-run venue, recently bought for posterity with the help of those nice people at the Lottery, the Cube is a cinema, theatre and music/performance venue, famed for its archetypally Bristol subversive streak and generally pushing boundaries. The warm acoustic is possibly the best in town for intimate music performances. They even make their own Cola.”
