Winery
“The 15,000-square-foot winery is on the southeastern slope of a 60-million-year-old dormant volcano, Boucherie Mountain, which inspired the name Volcanic Hills. The vineyards are located on volcanic soils, clay, ash, and silt, that are rich, fertile, and impart a distinct minerality to our wines. Continuing with volcano lingo is our medium-bodied red blend called “Magma”, and “Eruption”. The names were spawned with help from customers filling out an in-house ballot. A wonderful array of wines for your collection. Ask for "Bobby", he's simply the best!”
