Our vacation home is completely tailored to vacations with children and is located in the small village of Groß Schwansee. For use are 3 bedrooms and shower room, kitchen, living and dining room, utility room and toilet. Amenities include washing machine, changing table, children's dinnerware, stair gates and wheelbarrow. The large garden with beach chair and the walking distance to the Baltic Sea beach ensure a unique vacation atmosphere. Free Wi-Fi. Unless booking is preferred.

The apartment on the first floor we rent as a spacious apartment with a total of 8 beds. The lower apartment is used by ourselves on weekends or during the holidays. Our apartment is individually and tastefully furnished and fully equipped in Scandinavian style. Our house is especially suitable for families with children who want to vacation near the Baltic Sea.

This lovingly, country-style apartment, is part of the former village school of Welzin. The building has been around for more than 100 years, far from media and city noise. Anyone who simply wants to "get out" and can do without the TV will find the best starting point for a great Baltic Sea holiday here. Sunbathing on the Baltic Sea, fishing, biking, kitesurfing and much more. Only 3 Baltic Sea beaches can be reached in 15 minutes. A fireplace ensures a cozy indoor climate.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher. Bedding can be booked on request against a refreshment - then the beds are made the same on arrival. In our lovingly furnished apartment you can relax wonderfully - everything is available to feel comfortable - music, fresh bed linen, space to tell, a spacious balcony for breakfast in the sun, sun set in a beach chair, books and games, internet access ..... The bathroom and toilet has just been redesigned with floor level access to the shower and glass partition. Everything is freshly painted light grey and a new design floor has been laid throughout the apartment.

Our vacation home Unter Reet is 800 m from the beach and is within walking distance. If you are looking for peace and recreation in nature, you will find your place here. The house is surrounded by a large garden with fruit trees and meadow, trees provide shade in the heat. If you are looking for variety, you can reach Lübeck, Schwerin, Rostock in 1 hour and via the A20 Hamburg in 1,5 hours. Travemünde or Boltenhagen can be reached via the Baltic Sea Cycle Path.

"Jules Hus" is located on a large plot in a field edge location. The house is within walking distance of the beach. On the ground floor there is the cloakroom, a spacious shower room with rain shower, a sauna and a central living area. From the living/dining area you have direct access to the terrace/garden. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms. The cozy house has about 117 m² of space for 7 people and 1 baby. Beds are designed for 4 adults and 3 children.

Welcome to Feldhusen, an idyllic and very quiet village, 2 km away from the Baltic Sea coast. The newly renovated apartment on the 1st floor consists of a living-dining area with kitchenette (incl. Dishwasher and washing machine), a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a bedroom in the attic with large double bed (1.8m). The apartment has a large private roof terrace.
