Jeff & Lindsay's are very nice, and their place is super close to Lucas Stadium. We actually walked to the Patriots-Colts game. The house is exactly as it is advertised. We had the whole upstairs to ourselves. Would def. stay there again.

We had a fantastic experience staying at Jeff and Lindsay's beautiful house. The house is in a great location that is easy to get in and out of and there is plenty that is walkable, bikeable, and drivable from their location. Jeff and Lindsay were fantastic hosts and I would absolutely recommend them to others. Everything was nice and clean as pictured and bedding was comfortable.

Cute house in the best neighborhood, few blocks to Fountain Square. Did not meet Jeff in person, but he was so very helpful in helping me with some reservation glitches- extremely responsive! Lindsay was so super friendly and helpful. Great hosts.

Jeff and Lindsay's (and Evie's) beautiful home is in a great location for anyone visiting Indy. I had a conference downtown at The Westin and walked the 25mins along the Cultural Trail every day with a stop for coffee at Calvin Fletcher's on the way. It's right beside Bluebeard gastro pub which was fabulous, but there is also Amelia's bakery, Pure (great vegan/veggie food) and a little market shop too. Fountain Square is great to walk around. The bedroom is spacious, sunny, and incredibly quiet - I slept so well I almost missed an early morning meeting. The bathroom is massive, very clean, and has everything you need. Evie (their little dog) is a treat. Lindsay and Jeff are very friendly and great communicators, I really couldn't have asked better hosts nor a better introduction to Indy.

Takkeem was an amazing host! He provided everything we could have possibly needed and the place is even nicer than what is depicted in the pictures. We were able to spend some time with Takkeem and he is really a great guy!

Great location for night life and downtown fun!

The apartment is very safe with a buzz in system down stairs. It is a perfect location for events downtown.

Great location and it's close to everything. 10$ will get you anywhere in an Uber. Didn't meet the host personally but everything was fine. Very modern place with your basic needs. Would stay again! Parking could be an issue but there is a garage accord the road, 12$ for 24 hours.

Location is the only positive about this listing. Over priced in my opinion for what is given, offered, and experienced. Host communicated well but did do anything to improve the situation or experience.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment right in the middle of downtown near the circle on the square. It was within a walkable distance to the convention center. You will have to pay for parking but it's reasonable and you can download an app for street side parking.

What a perfect spot in a great location! The pictures do not do this home Justice. Bright, clean & beautiful! Not to mention a great host in Takkeem. Book this place! You'll thank me later!

Great place! Metered parking that is free after 6 pm down the street but it ends pretty early. There was some parking across the street that wasn't metered. Marcus was a great host. He gave us a lot of options for things to do. He even walked with us to the Pacers game. Would definitely recommend!

Marcus is a personal host and has a wonderful location if you need to be down town Indy. There is a private room with two twin beds and shared bathroom. We were there for a weekend conference and we made it down town to our meeting 5 minutes. Parking can be difficult if shows are scheduled at the theater next door but other than that pretty easy. Local area seemed safe at night with several clubs and restaurants with in walking distance.

This place is very convinient within walking diatance to everything. Marcus is very nice and warm. He made sure that everything went smooth during my stay there. He recommended me nice places to eat and visit and introduced how the neighhood was formed in the early days. Will definitely stay at Marcus's place again if I were to visit Indy in Future.

Lots of fun. Really close to downtown.

The key was available when we arrived, though George didn't meet us, which was fine. We loved the central location and neighborhood and being able to walk to restaurants. We had trouble getting the TV to work, and George made a special trip to check it out, then returned to replace the battery in the remote. The bacon was delicious (I didn't realize that curing meats was George's specialty until I read the newspaper article on the wall.) However, if one wishes to cook and eat in, the kitchen could be better supplied: a teakettle, simple set of stainless silverware, and a microwave would help a great deal. The entry steps and small porch seemed a little shabby and need paint. This is not George's responsibility. It's a shame the landlord doesn't maintain the entries better on this building.

Great place! George made everything really easy for check in and check out, and there was easy access to downtown and the convention center.

Small appartment but had most of the basics. The house didnt come with an iron or ironing boards so i had to purchase my own. The fire alarm was low on battery and kept beeping for 2 nightss straight even after telling George of the issue it never got resolved. Not a bad place but overall i would not stay there again.

I would like to start off by saying that Derek's place was very clean and close to downtown. He was also very accommodating and had great communication. On down side, I wouldn't recommend for anyone who is traveling with many valuable items, since the nabe is a little rough. Although Derek assured me that he's been living there for 5 years without incident, my uber driver confirmed it's not the safest of areas. So for ladies, a major heads up :)

Derek's place was clean and a great value for the night that we stayed. The neighborhood wasn't the greatest, and the exterior of the home made me nervous when we pulled up, but the inside was nice enough. I would stay here again.

Matthew was very friendly and there to help make for an easy and helpful check-in. He also nicely accommodated a check-out that was a little later than normal based on our travel needs. The place was very close to downtown, less than a 10 minute drive.

Overall it is nice and clean. For the price $85 /night , the location is not good enough. And amenity needs some improvement.

Matthew's space was perfect for our one night stay in Indianapolis! Residential area 5 minutes from Mass ave and Bankers Life feildhouse. All the amenities, towels, wifi, full kitchen. We will be staying here in the future!

Kevin and Lauren are very helpful and friendly. They are also sensitive to the privacy of the guests and will generally give you a lot of space. The room is comfortable and clean and the location is great. Value for money.

Great place for the price

Great place to stay during my conference! Kevin & Lauren's place was comfortable, homey, and thoughtfully set up. They were excellent with communication and had many nice touches like bottled water, a message board, a mint on the pillow, etc. They were also very helpful with any questions I had about local resources like parking, restaurants, and interesting Indianapolis sights to check out. Also, the bed was incredibly comfortable and their pets are so sweet. Short Uber ride from the conference center. Thanks you guys, and all the best!

Mandy and her husband, Brad, were great hosts! The space: The rooms were exactly as pictured and described, and were very clean and comfortable. There was a little basket in the bathroom that had an assortment of toiletries, including floss, mouthwash, makeup remover and cotton swabs, which I thought was really thoughtful. The hosts: Communication before we arrived was a breeze; Mandy was great about promptly responding to my questions/messages, and made things very easy for this first time Airbnb'er. Mandy and Brad were super hospitable. They offered us something to drink when we arrived, and asked if the ambient temperature was comfortable for us (it was). For parking, Mandy offered to give us her parking spot, so we were parked only a few steps from their front door. Mandy and Brad invited us to eat breakfast with them (breakfast burritos!), which we enjoyed very much. They also provided a nice selection of fruits, breakfast bars, and hardboiled eggs for my mom, who had to leave before breakfast time. In summary: Mandy and Brad were great hosts and we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay near downtown Indy! PS- ask them about their garden if you enjoy gardening ;)

Mandy and her husband Brad were wonderful hosts! My friend and I felt very welcome. The house was very clean and in a great location, easily walkable to restaurants and shops or to the bicycle garage indy bike rental place if you want to go a bit further. I'll definitely be booking with Mandy for my future Indy trips.

Cozy and private room not far from a huge park for running or walking. Fountain Square and other downtown areas are just a short Uber or Lyft away. The hosts were very nice, helpful, and flexible. They even left a print out with "the week's weather" in the space. Oh, and I didn't hear a peep from the cat.
