Splendida casita in area rurale,x chi ama la vera ibiza ruspante del nord. Isolata ma sicura con la casa della famiglia vicino. Susana e il marito gentilissimi!!!!

Ha sido un verdadero placer alojarnos en la casita de campo de Susana. Si os gusta la naturaleza y la tranquilidad y queréis conocer la isla de esta manera, deberíais elegir la casita de Susana . Perfecta para disfrutar en pareja de la belleza de la isla. Ojalá pueda repetir mi viaje a Ibiza , en el cual sin duda volveré a elegir esta preciosa casa. Su magia os envolverá .

Muy tranquilo y limpio, en plena naturaleza. El apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas y la terraza privada con vistas al campo es una gozada. Los dueños muy atentos y simpáticos.

La casetta era corrispondente alle mie aspettative , silenziosa appartata e in mezzo ad una bella campagna. Si sentivano solo i galli cantare... Era ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Ottimo anche se un pó isolata L ubicazione per fare le escursioni nella parte nord di Ibiza. Tony è stato molto gentile e ci ha spettato sll arrivo per accompagnarci . La casa carina con un delizioso portico fiorito, ci ha fatto compagnia un gattino che però non é mai entrato in casa, ci aspettava fuori. È stata una bella esperienza

Lugar perfecto para disfrutar la isla y relajarse, la casa en el campo, sin ruidos y un perfecto manto de estrellas. A 10 min de la cala benirras. Susana fue a recogernos al pueblo y nos ayudó con todo. Si pudiéramos, volveríamos mañana

Sam is a very friendly, polite, nice and responsible host, who gave me all information I needed. The place is very clean and calm, so that's perfect to stay there - and you can even swim in the pool! Thank you, Sam! The area is fantastic - beautiful nature around it and only 10 minutes to the very nice bay of Cala Llonga. There you can go swimming or take the ferry to Formentera or other places. Great spot!

Sam is very nice and kind host. We made our stay complicated but he always tried to help as much as he could. He also allowed us to check in earlier which was very helpful for us. His villa is amazing and has the best terrace ever. There is a plenty of space where you can chill out and it is fun to cook in the outdoor kitchen. Everything is clean and organised. I also loved the area, Cala Llonga is very quiet area with beautiful little beach and nice bars, restaurants and small shops. Everything reachable by couple of minutes walk. I definitely recommend.

Our stay at Sam's place was really great, location is perfect if you want to enjoy the chilled Ibiza. The pool area is very nice and will even get better as they are adding a terrasse. Sam was really nice as a host, always happy to help and is very accomodating. I would definitely come back again

The villa Sam is wonderful, immarsa in the green of the island allows you to have your own peace of mind and at the same time be near the nightlife of Ibiza. Comfortable accommodation, well furnished and guarantees you freedom. I was in April and the pool water was still too fresh, but I'm sure that in the warm months, is an optimal alternative if you want to avoid the crowded beach. Sam and Sonia were very kind, but secluded present needs, by real host. I recommend it so much !!

Sam's place is great for those who like a quiet location but still in walking distance to the local beach and amenities. We hired road bikes for our stay and cycled throughout the island. Sam's place was a perfect base to start our rides from. Sam and his partner were very accommodating to allow us to check in very late, and they were still happy to welcome us! Sam was also more than happy to book us a return transfer to the airport to save us ringing and pronouncing the address wrong ! If we return to Ibiza we will be back with Sam, and as far away from Ibiza Town and San Antoni as possible!

I had a wonderfull stay! I've slept amazing. The bathroom is convenient. But what I enjoyed most was the opportunity to make my own breakfast in the outdoor kitchen.

A very clean and friendly place. Ideally you need a car, especially in the winter months. However, I would not hesitate to stay here again as Sam is extremely hospitable, kind and helpful.

The cabin was perfect. The place was ideal for a private retreat away from the big nights and amazing to have our own private pool that you would pay a fortune elsewhere for. The town Siesta is about 15mins walk and has everything you need and a lovely place to spend some days. We got taxi's to bigger areas which was very easy. We would recommend Amante Beach club...Stunning. Sam and Rory were very friendly and made our stay great. They were very helpful with directions, places and taxis.

We had a great time in Ibiza and the wooden cabin is perfect. It's a beautiful stay. Samantha and Roy are very hospitable. We felt very free and welcome at their place! We would defenitely recommend this place to everybody.

Nice place, very tranquil and relaxing. Exactly what we wanted after a week full of friends and parties. Nothing negative actually. Your little house for the week/weekend has everything you will need. But: if you're a couple who really wants privacy I wouldn't recommend it. Not that Sam and Roy ever where intrusive or whatsoever, but they are just home quit often, as well as the neighbors who have window view on the little cabin. As I said: nothing negative, but just a "warning" for young couples who wants to do "crazy" stuff :)

We very much enjoyed our stay in the cabin of Sam. The garden is like an oasis with the sun beds that our super comfortable and the fantastic pool. The cabin is clean, has a little fridge big enough to keep some drinks and foods. The bed was very comfortable. It's a cozy place to sleep. The cabin is of course a little small so it really is a place to use to sleep and not so much to stay the whole day, although we did spend a lot of time just reading on the sun beds and taking a swim as there also is enough privacy to do so. The area is well connected to the main roads. Siesta itself is not too busy, but it's right next to Santa Eularia that is quite touristic. The house is located in a quiet area where you don't have any noise. Dinner tip: We went to restaurant Seventeen 3 days of the 4 that we were staying here. It's walking distance and we highly recommend it.

Really enjoyed the stay and the host is very friendly and relaxed. All we needed to have a relaxed holiday!

It is a nicely decorated little Airbnb. Not very suitable for cold days/rainy days.

House small but charming, accessible only by taxi but we purposely chose to stay away from the chaos of the city

The beautifully decorated apartment, had made some changes that did not match photos, just measures, and roosters wake you up and not go to sleep, but cool

The Marta accommodation in the advantage of being in a quiet area despite the nearby barn. Located in a residential area in the countryside but very close to ibizienne excitement! It is very nicely decorated, very pleasant.

Stay at Marta's been great, the house was very nice, and the wifi worked perfectly. Marta has been charming at all times and very welcoming. Strongly recommended!

I had an overwhelming cordially and friendly welcome by Montse and by Leica, her lovely and funny dog :) Despite my last minute booking the communication was perfect, even though I couldn't be online and was only available by cellphone/text-message. Montse gave me also advice for the public transport (a busstation is right around the corner by the apartment, and the harbour only a few stations from there.) The room and the apartment are as described, and even better because of a big HD-Flatscreen in the room. Very clean overall, so was the bathroom, nothing to complain about. I never had the feeling to disturb someone, not even in the late evening when I arrived. Although I spent only one night at Montse's place, she made it unforgettable, muchas gracias, Montse and Leica.

Montse was a gracious host. Very accommodating despite my last minute booking and very late arrival (flight delays). She was a huge help in sorting out taxis and I believe went well beyond what could be expected. Her dog is very friendly once she warms up to you. I think this is a excellent value despite the 6/7 Euro cab into the city center. I would definitely recommend to others.

Montse's House is the best place to be in Ibiza. The area its near of Pacha Ibiza, Talamanca Beach And old town. With Very good communications with all the big roads around to visit de island. She's always nice and helpful with everything. The House has very good look And clean! Thank you Montse I will come back soon!! :)

The estance in Montse's home was really nice. She very kind and helpful, and the house and the room is big enough and with all services available. TV at the bedroom is a good point. It only has a handicap, she has a dog and a cat and, very early in the morning another dog starts barking, so its a bit noisy. La estancia en casa Montse fue genial. Ella es encantadora y dispuesta a ayudarnos en las dudas que teniamos. La casa es grande, limpia y con todos los servicios. La tele en la habitacion es un punto a favor. Como nota negativa pondria el ruido mañanero, ya que tiene un perro que a veces le da por ladrar y el perro del vecino també te da los buenos dias bien temprano. Unos tapones para los oidos haria descansar mejor.

Montse has made us feel at home and has always offered when we needed something both material and information about the island. The location is perfect because it is drive across town and parked great. It is a very quiet area, the house is very spacious and clean. We have been delighted.
