The "Love Shack," (at The Cove) is our latest project. Approximately 400 sq. feet and originally built as a cabin for the fish camp. Completely remodeled the cabin is decorated with vintage furniture, granite countertops, live edge oak shelving, a smart TV and large shower. Nestled under huge live oaks and surrounded by decking is perfect for that morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Dog friendly with 25lb or less weight. NO CATS! $50 fee

Relaxing water view retreat. Our River House is located in a nature's paradise, and is an animal free property due to the owner’s and their families severe allergies. We are just 5 minutes from enjoying everything that Homosassa has to offer. We are off a canal that leads to a nature reserve and is about 3 miles to Monkey Island. Canoes are on property so you can explore the unobserved beauty of the river. Skiffs smaller than 17ft are best to dock in our canal that leads to the river.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Walking distance to Chassahowitzka campgrounds, a bait shop, and a bar/restaurant. Upon arrival read the local information guide I have written and start enjoying the “Nature Coast” of Florida. It is essential to read this to get the most from your trip. Use my kayaks and paddle over the manatees in Crystal River, fish the gulf for saltwater fish or for freshwater fishing at Lake Rousseau, and take a leisurely paddle down the Rainbow River in Dunnellon. Kayaks are on a trailer that has a 1 7/8-inch ball.
