Apartment in Hamburg-Mitte
FabFlat in heart of Hamburg
The apartment consists of a cozy sleeping/living room. The bed with two bedside tables is 180cm x 200cm. The dining area with 3 seats has a small kitchen with good equipment, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine etc. and a selection of standard spices. In the small but nice bathroom, the toilet can be separated from the shower area by a sliding door. Guests have access to all household appliances, a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi (free). However, there is no entitlement to compensation if the WLAN does not work for technical reasons. Towels, hairdryer and iron are available. The best way to reach us is by email or in urgent cases (hidden by Airbnb) /text message/phone call. You will receive the key from me or as an independent check-in in the key safe. The St. Georg district is centrally located at the main station and is known for its versatility. Restaurants, pubs, bars and street cafés characterize the neighborhood, as do the German Schauspielhaus and Ohnsorg Theater. From the main train station it is about 7 minutes on foot. The popular shopping street Mönckebergstraße can also be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Likewise, the Alster is not far away. The connection to public transport (U-Bahn [subway]/S-Bahn [suburban train], bus, taxi) is optimal. From the main train station it is about 7 minutes on foot. Loft in Eimsbüttel
Elegant Brooklyn style loft in the heart of Hamburg
Our loft is located in the backyard of a listed red clinker complex from the 1920s. We have an old light-flooded workshop with great attention to detail with metal and oak of high quality. We offer: - 5m high ceilings - a fully equipped open kitchen - a modern bathroom with rain shower - a spacious living area. On the gallery is the comfortable double bed. Please do not ask about events, filming or anything like that. Guests have access to the entire loft. We live only a few minutes away and are happy to be available to our guests as a contact person. Hoheluft-West is located in the heart of the city, less than two kilometers from the Schanzenviertel, three kilometers from the Alster and four kilometers from the harbor. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. The subway stations Hoheluftbrücke (U3) and Schlump (U2) are only a few minutes away. Bus 181 stops almost directly in front of the building, and buses M4 and M5 stop less than 100m away. In the vicinity can be parked almost anywhere on the street. Smoking is not allowed in the loft. Smoking in front of the door is ok, but from 22:00 please do not talk loudly because of the neighbors. Never use the flower pots as an ashtray (someone has already done that...)!

Apartment in Hamburg-Mitte
Sonniges Apartment mitten in St. Pauli
