“Counter-serve seafood restaurant known for its lobster rolls & water views. You’ll love their steamers, stuffed clams, clam chowder — acclaimed the best of its kind by food writers and reporters worldwide. Clams and oysters on the half shell, mussels, shrimp, crab, corn on the cob and the great New England seafood feast, are all mouth watering and prepared fresh. Abbott’s offers a full line of soft drinks, but does not serve alcoholic beverages. Feel free to bring your own wine or beer.”

“Unless there is an event, free parking and sandy beach access, shaded grassy picnic area with grills and tables, swimming. Bath house with bathrooms and rinse area. No lifeguard on duty. Recommend water shoes for swimming as there are small rocks not just sand.”

“I think Im remembering correctly that they have over 100 beers and ciders on tap. Im not sure how many exactly but its a LONG wall of taps! They have a good basic food menu of burgers and salads - no complaints but nothing spectacular to write about. Lots of seating options for different sized groups including lounge furniture.”

“The inception of Carson's dates back to 1907! Today at Carson's, guests can experience what the era once was with the added benefit of modern convenience and organic food. One can still pick up a paper, buy local creamery ice cream and hand pick penny candy. Throwback diner with original 1950s interior. Breakfast and lunch served all day. Scratch cooking featuring omelets, pancakes, French toast, a variety of eggs Benedict’s as well as sandwiches, burgers and drinks. This is just a short stroll from The Noank House and we love going there for their decadent breakfast options.”
