We stay with 2 small kids during 1 week. This is a cozy apartment with amazing view to the mountains from the balcony. Ability to use sauna and swimming pool after hiking is additional very pleasant bonus. One of funiculars is located very close to location. Several restaurants are located close to the location. We recommend this apartment for short and long stay.

Very clean appartment with a modern interior and a great swimmingpool downstairs. Everything you need is available in the appartment. Besides, it has a nice view at the surrounding mountains. In the region of Maria Alm you won't annoy yourself because there are many things to do and see.

The apartment is nice for two persons, but would probably be a little too small for 3 or 4 persons. The kitchen is well equiped, there are lots of tools and accessories. Check-In and Check-Out were perfectly organized. The only negative aspect is that there is no supermarket within walking distance. Apart from that, we would recommend the apartment without limitation.

We stayed in March for a week in Maria Alm. Oliver and his family are very nice and gracious hosts. The apartment keeps all its promises. We were two adults and two children there and it was a perfect match. We are happy to come back.

It was a great stay. The apartment is very comfortable. For our stay we got the Hochkönigkarte, with which we could use the swimming pool, the gondolas and the Roddelbahn for free. A great thing. The area is very nice. Everything was very centrally located.

I had a wonderful time in Heikes apartment! It is spacious, clean and very well equipped and incredibly comfortable! Fantastic the surrounding balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains! The parking lot is right in front of the house. A great starting point for hiking in the mountains, as well as to explore the surrounding attractions and localities. The contact worked very well. Schöne Wohnung in sehr gutem Zustand. Alles war sauber, so wie es sein soll. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet wie angegeben und was im Alltag benötigt wird. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Einziger Kritikpunkt der vor der Buchung nicht klar war ist, dass der Schlüssel per Einschreiben mit der Post zugeschickt wird und nach der Reise wieder zurück geschickt werden muss. Dies hat aber funktioniert.

Monica seems to be very nice, but we didn't saw her, only spoken via phone. Flat is very nice and located in amazing nature only cca 20 km from Zell am see. It's a pity that the view from the balcony is not oriented to the mountains otherweis it would be excelent. Be careful if you go there between seasons there is no posibility to go even for beer. During winter it could be magical. Don't forget to read houserules in detail, as the rent price is not final.

We had a very pleasent stay in this beautiful appartment. It was very clean and everything we needed was there. The appartment is beautiful decorated and perfect to relax after a day of hiking or skiing. The communication with the owner was quick and kind. Hintermoos is a perfect place for hiking. The nearest lift is 300 metres away and takes jou straight up to the mountain. Nice villages like Zell am See or Saalfeldeb are within 30 minutes of driving and there is a supermarket within 10 minuten. We had a perfect week!

Excellent communication with Monika. Apartment is very nice, we "fall in love" to it. Additional cost for linen and towels are per person so for short term stay with cleaning it is significant. That is why I would recommend to stay longer and you can enjoy all the beauty around :-)

Monika's flat was perfect! Besides being amazingly decorated and clean, it had everything you needed to cook, relax, and enjoy! Communication was easy and smooth check-in and out! Fun little restaurant roundly 150 meters up the road with great service and food! Zell am See was about a 15 minute drive. Will definitely be visiting again!! Thanks Monika!

We had a very pleasant stay, good heating, location and views. Strongly recommended !!

The place is really nice, ultra clean and very cosy. Owners are kind and friendly. The hillside view is relaxing and provides all that you can imagine from a house on the hill. We were interested in the many family attractions in the greater area so we had to drive around quite a lot. There's a new park rope and slide attraction quite close by and you can reach from the village of Maria Alm which is less than 10 min. away by car.

Everything worked beautifully. The children and we were totally satisfied. The settlement was perfect and very flexible. The view is to die. The climate in the house very comfortable and cozy - you can feel comfortable.

Great place to stay; the place was spotless; nice fireplace and stunning views on the mountains. Just a few steps from the slopes, (ski-in ski-out with Schwarzeckalm lift) nice sauna to relax after a day on the slopes. Contact with the host was great, very friendly and helpful. Great house, very comfortable and well equipped. Everything was in good condition and clean. The location is really nice situated on a mountain and he road to the house already gives a nice view. It is close to Maria alm, hiking trails, shops and restaurants. We would come back to this place.Temporary downside during our visit was the building project opposite the house. The construction work started at around 7 AM and continued till around 1700. IF you don’t like this, good to check if the construction work is still ongoing. We were not aware or informed about this when we booked.

The studio was really nice. We were there with a small baby and there was enough place for three of us. Studio was clean and kitchen was well equipped. The location is amazing. Pool and sauna were also very nice. Highly recommend this accommodation.

This place is tiny and perfect for two people. The flat has everything you need for cooking and is walking distance from the restaraunts across the street. It has a beautiful view of the mountains. I met Florian briefly and he seems very nice and accommodating.

I stayed in Florians apartment for over a month - the apartment is small, however perfectly equipped with everything you need. I loved how light, welcoming and modern the apartment was. Florian was a great host too - he was always quick to respond to any queries I had. Plus he was kind enough to organise a tuning bench is one of his locker rooms for me to use. The apartment is also very close (within walking distance) to Maria Alm, and only a short drive to Saalfelden. I would most certainly return and stay here again :)

It's been a great experiencie. In the begining, the apartment was a little bit simple with not much facilities. The wifi doesn't run very well, even sometimes there is no wifi. But, despite all this things, Florian was very friendly and he was always worried about all we could need. The town (Maria Alm) is lovely and the views from the apartment, marvellous. Florian was very communicative. He wasn't there to greet us which was no problem because he gave a very descriptive instruction to find the key to his place. Really no issues in that regard. Could of used a few more photos of the flat. It's cozy but very small. No bedroom, just a Murphy pullout bed. Nice view and very clean. Overall I'd say it was a positive experience.

The apartment is bright, modern and functional. Was perfectly adequate for us as a couple from the square. Everything was super clean and Florian is quite a nice, likable host.

We have just returned from a week's stay in Florian's apartment. The apartment was extremely clean, bright and well equipped. There are great views of the neighbouring ski slopes in Maria Alm and is within close walking distance to the village and shops. Florian was incredibly helpful and was always on hand to answer any queries we had. We spent the week skiing and it was great having our home so close to the slopes, etc. I would highly recommend Florian's apartment to anyone wishing to stay in Maria Alm or the surrounding areas!

This was a phenomenal experience... Birgit was gracious in spite of our late arrival an dalso upgraded us to a jacuzzi chalet with heated floors and a walk-in sauna. The views were beyond stunning. The hospitality, fantastic. We will never forget our stay there and would like to come back. You won't be disappointed.

Die Wohnung war sauber, es gab eine großzügig ausgestattete Küche, vom Balkon hatten wir einen herrlichen Blick auf das Hochkönigmassiv. Es gab die Möglichkeit, Brötchen und Milch unkompliziert bei der Hausmeisterin zu bestellen. Die Nutzung des hauseigenen Schwimmbades war an Regentagen, aber auch für ein paar entspannende Züge nach langen Wanderungen ein wunderbares Angebot. Wir und vor allem die Kinder haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben mit unseren drei Kindern (11, 16, 20) zehn sehr schöne Tage in Holgers Appartement verbracht. Tolle Küchenausstattung, neues Bad, superbequemes Sofa, großer Balkon mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge. Besonders genossen wir alle das Hallenbad im Erdgeschoss - Panoramablick inklusive. An Regentagen spielten wir Tischtennis - einfach ein tolles Quartier für die ganze Familie!

Our stay in Maria Alm was really great. The apartment is located in a quiet area near one of the lifts (to use this one you need to have ski pass, because there is no cash desk). But not far away from there, there are main Maria Alm ski lifts plus shops, bars and restaurants. Maria Alm itself is a very nice village. The apartment is spacious, nicely equipped, bright and warm. It is on the 4th floor without the lift, so take it into consideration, if you need. Parking places are available next to the building. Ski storage, washing/drying room are also in the building. Kate was available in case of any questions, she was very helpful during the whole stay. The only thing that disturbed us were the double beds. They creaked by every move, so we didn't have good quality sleep :( We recommend this apartment and Maria Alm for family/friends holidays and we would like to come there one more time. But please fix or change the beds! Then it will be great! Until then thank you and take care!

The apartment has a great view and the host was always in communication with me, but we got in late at night, so to get into the house was quite a problem, we had to knock on neighbors door to open it.
