“Take a drive to the Golden Lion and see how Florida's coast would look if it were untouched by humans. Its about 15 miles up A1A north, and the last 5 miles are an untouched nature preserve along the beach and sand dunes! The restaurant is indoor/outdoor seating with great food and a killer view!”

“Cool & classic beach shack right on the beach, valet parking only (small lot) or park on one of the side streets. Cold beer & the fish tacos are fantastic, burgers are good too, but the view is beautiful. Ask for Chuck and ask to sit "on the deck"!”

“The perfect spot to catch a sunrise that’s sure to be picture perfect! The onsite bait and tackle shop has the gear or supplies you may have left behind including bait, poles, hooks, saltwater fish bites, buckets, chairs, umbrellas, snacks and drinks. While at the pier, stop by and say hi to one of the DJs playing great beach tunes at Surf 97.3 FM.”

Park
“This 145-acre park is named for Florida folk singer and storyteller Gamble Rogers. Swim and play in the surf of the Atlantic Ocean, build castles in the golden-brown coquina sand or watch pelicans glide along the dunes and ocean waves. Anglers can catch red drum, whiting, flounder and trout from the banks of the river or along the beach, with toes in the sand.”
