Surrounded by farms and lots of forest, you can relax near Salzburg and still be in the center of the action immediately by car. Supermarkets are within easy reach, Lake Wallersee in sight. Ideal as a starting point for swimming and hiking and to explore Salzburg. The Salzkammergut , Hallstatt and Königssee are also within easy reach.

A perfect combination of modern, reduced living in the Tiny House, a beautiful panoramic view of the Salzburg Prealps, 10 minutes by car to 4 different lakes and 20 minutes by car to the Festival City of Salzburg. You will embrace the little house and nature in your heart - I'm sure. PS: For children and pets, the Tiny House is unfortunately not suitable, as the house stands on a slope covered with loose stones.

Roof terraces apartment (70m2) with Gaisberg view - 2022 newly renovated! Perfect outskirts location, 10-15 min drive to Salzburg city center; 15 minutes to the Salzkammergut. Fuschlsee, Mondsee, Wolfgangsee and Attersee very close. Apartment (2nd floor) including roof terrace with private entrance via our house can be used privately. We live separately (ground floor + 1st floor).
