“The Tuck Shop is a restaurant/bar right in the heart of Coronado. Known for their fine dining options and modern bar, this place isn't for those looking for food/drinks on a budget. I would also recommend calling in advance for a reservation! The food is amazing and I would recommend this place for a romantic night, a lunch date or just a few drinks at the bar. ”

“Oh my this meal was unforgettable! We went to celebrate our anniversary here and the experience was absolutely lovely. It was hands down the most interesting and delicious meal I've ever had. The atmosphere is so inviting and relaxed and yet feels so luxurious. The kitchen is open and you can walk in when ever you would like to watch and talk to the staff preparing your food. The other guests were friendly and we made conversation with many of the tables around us, as if we were at a dinner party with friends. This is a very special place.”

“Neighborhood wine and pizza bar (actually they are flat breads). I enjoy riding my bike over to Oven and Vine (approx 10 minutes). They have a great patio and lawn with games and ample seating. Oven grilled veggies, lasagna, and flatbreads are my fave.”

“Every time they release a new beer, they do a $10 raclette special, with that kind of high-octane tilting brazier which blisters the cheese and then they scrape that molten, oozing wonderfulness over baby potatoes and cornichons for you. Oh, and the beer's really good, too. ”
