A 1937 farmhouse completely renovated and updated in 2020 provides a great get-a-way to the country. Spend some time watching the cows that call this 10-acre farm home. The house has 2 bedrooms with walk-in closets, 2 bathrooms, laundry area, kitchen, dining area, large living room, enclosed porch, and attic space with two twin beds. There is a carport with plenty of room for parking. The property is conveniently located near Mitchell River, hiking trails, wineries and only 3 miles from I-77.
