  • Absolutely amazing! The lack of A/C is only noticeable on the warmest summer nights - the roof top is awesome - the outdoor kitchen and shower are exceptional. Be sure to grab a pizza from the gal's by the pool!

  • Had a great time

    Paul2017-08-09T00:00:00Z
  • It was a great location! Awesome for surfing however the beach was dirty after the storm. Any other time would be Great! The pizza place by the pool was very yummy. Less than a 5 min drive to beach or convenience store, but you can walk to both as Well. I would recommend renting a car for this location, and to explore surrounding areas.

  • Tracy's place is beyond beautiful. The location is incredible. The space is immaculate and private, cozy and luxurious.

    Rhianna2017-04-27T00:00:00Z
  • I loved my stay at Tracy's place in Cerritos! It's quiet, very private, and so easy. Ideal for travelers looking to tranquility and nature. The beach is just a ~7 minute walk away. The studio has an outdoors shower and an outdoors kitchenette, which is such a treat. Jump out of shower in a towel, grab a Pacifico from the fridge, and sit at the high table and sip your beer while looking at the beach. ♡ When I was visiting, the jacuzzi on the apartment complex didn't work, but I was visiting during off-season, so hopefully they fixed it now. One other note: the room doesn't have an AC, but it has a fan on the ceiling, which does the job, since the space is not too big. Overall, I loved my stay and recommend it to anyone!

    Ksenia2017-08-26T00:00:00Z
  • Had a great time at Tracy's house! the top room, porch with outside shower and little kitchen ware cozy and beautifuly designed! the place was clean, near the pool and hot tub and a resurant. The beach was no more than 7 minutes walk, and is amazing. If you're not renting a car definetly arrange a taxi for the room as the only access is through a long bumpy dirt road from Pacadero.

This is a surfer's paradise palapa located a short walk from Cerritos Beach and a short drive from Todos Santos. It has recently been updated with new furniture and includes a king bed on the main floor, queen bed in the loft, and a futon pull out couch in the living room. The palapa is located within the Villas de Cerritos Beach community which provides 24 hr security, a reception desk, Wi-Fi, a pool and hot tub, and a restaurant serving delicious pizza.
  • Christina's place was amazing! I spent a week here with my girlfriend and we loved exploring the surrounding area. The Palapa was exactly as described if not even better. It came equipped with all the essentials for hanging out at the beach which is only a short walk down the road. Everyone we met in the area was extremely nice and welcoming and Christina was quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend Cerritos and Todos Santos and would 100% stay at Christina's place again!

Overlooking the whole bay of Los Cerritos Beach surf break and only 20 minutes walking to the only swimmable beach in the Baja's south pacific you will be staying at this unique rustic but elegant experience place.
The bedroom is in a separated cozy little cabaña with a queen size bed and a private flag stoned terrace. The shared outdoor/indoor living room and kitchen it's a 850 ft2 / 79 mt2 loft with a palapa roof, woven wall wood sticks that can be opened all the way. The bathroom is shared with the other cabañita but there is an outdoor shower as well with hot water. There is fully equipped kitchen with a 4 burner stove and sink. All of this is in a 2,000 mt2 / 1/2 acre lot size only for the guests.
Cerritos Beach is a surfing and swimming beach and Pescadero is a cool town with a skatepark, local restaurants, Baja Beans coffee shop, gas station and grocery shopping. Todos Santos is only 10 minutes driving away which is a cute colonial Mexican town. Also, be aware that there is a bar on the highway opening Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays nights and sometimes they could be loud and it can be heard.
  • This place is simply magical, if you love the desert & the ocean this what you are looking for (you must rent a car in order to enjoy your time in this part of Baja). The property has a large circular palapa with 180 view overlooking the Pacific, enjoy the fresh ocean breeze while dazing over the everything and nothing... Juan Carlos & Diane (and the awesome, friendly pets) were part of what makes the place so very cool, they are friendly, helpful & full of good vibes.

    Susana2017-06-01T00:00:00Z
  • Juan Carlos and Diane are the best, hands down. We arrived late at night without a map and they drove up to rescue us off the highway, and that was only the beginning of an awesome stay. Juan Carlos is super knowledgable, friendly, laid back, and dgenerous. Happy to hang out, share tips for the area, and seems to know something about everything. The cabanas are great. Clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable beds. Main kitchen and living-room style for cooking and eating. Always a few people around to hang out and talk. A great vibe. The only thing that was a little imperfect: the music on the weekends from a local bar can be really loud and go until dawn (and sometimes other folks on the property can be loud too). Bring earplugs and use the fan provided in the room and you'll be set. A 20 minute walk or 5 min drive to the beach, and about 10-15m to Todos Santos/El Pescadero. Todos Santos is a great town, with cool galleries, great food, and even a singletrack for mountain biking. This place is a hidden jewel. We will absolutely be back here again, and felt so lucky to have found it!

    Isaak2015-12-23T00:00:00Z
  • The directions to the house were good and Juan Carlos and Diane made us feel at home right away.

    Larry2016-10-11T00:00:00Z
  • This place is amazing! Exactly what I needed. An absolutely gorgeous view, made all the more amazing by how welcoming and helpful Juan-Carlos and Diane are. They couldn't have made me feel more welcome. Will definitely be back here. And the dogs are beautiful too!

    Kendall2016-05-17T00:00:00Z
  • Same Same but Different is a beautifully designed oasis. Highly recommend hitting this gem up if you're in the area or want to get away!

    Desiree2017-03-13T00:00:00Z
  • Juan Carlos and Diane are lovely people, incredibly welcoming and super chill, the place is beautiful and so easy to relax and feel immediately at home. Cerritos is definitely worth a trip, the area and beach is unique and special!

    Georgia2017-05-16T00:00:00Z
  • This place is amazing! The casita was just perfect , and the main palapa was awesome for cooking breakfast, and looking out over the desert to see the ocean below. My mom and I were on a 10 day trip around the baja, and the 3 nights we stayed here were the best accomodations. Just a few minute drive down the road to the Cerritos beach, and some cool restaraunts. The little town was just a couple ,inure drive as well. The dogs and cat were a great bonus, since I had to leave my own behind

    Ashley2016-05-10T00:00:00Z
  • We enjoyed our time at Same Same But Different. Close enough to the beach and to town. The shared living space is beautiful and the host's are extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of fun to be had here!

  • Excellent location and property overall, and lovely hosts. A few kinks being worked out (we were the 3rd guests) but still a very pleasant stay overall. The roof deck is sublime. Beach is fantastic for boogie boarding, surfing, etc. Be sure to check out Freesouls next door for dinner! Not a lot of other options unless you go to Todos Santos. Still, I'd prefer to stay at Cerritos over that for the tranquil location beaches, smaller crowds, etc.

  • We absolutely loved staying here! Waking up in the comfortable master bed looking across the bird filled saguaros out toward the surf was amazing~ being able to cook so easily for our family w/ everything at our finger tips or step out to many choices w/in walking distance was also great. The pool out front was wonderful and the rooftop star watching really hit it home for us. You can see the milky way from up there while catching glimpses of bats flying by~ amazed! The local flare throughout the home really was wonderful. The distance to beach and restaurants near by was also w/in an easy walk. Our son especially loved the neighborhood black cat that came by for pets on our porch too- added bonus! Loved everything about our stay here

    Lauren 2017-07-22T00:00:00Z
  • This was one of the best vacations ever. We only had five nights for a quick getaway and wished that we could have stayed much longer. Everything was just perfect. The villa was clean and new, had all of the amenities we could have hoped for and we used all of them! We loved the pool, the rooftop deck and the easy access to the beach. If you are a surfer and traveling with others of mixed abilities, this is the best compromise possible. The nearby restaurants are great and the drive to Todos Santos is easy. What a great spot!

    Jonah2017-06-14T00:00:00Z
  • My boyfriend and I stayed in Lauren & Alex's condo for four nights and couldn't be happier. Their place was so comfortable and furnished + decorated perfectly – minimalist costal aesthetic with local rustic touches, it was lovely. The condo is part of a small development that is very private and quiet, with a beautiful very clean pool. We loved listening to the waves and rooster neighbor in the AM as we awoke with sunrise, and enjoyed coffee from the comfortable bed (we liked their pillows so much we just ordered them!) Most nights, we grilled fish tacos and ate under the stars on the rooftop deck – muy romantico! Netfix and chilling on the couch before bed was an unexpected enjoyment as well : ) The kitchen was fantastic, as we are a couple that loves to cook – we had everything we needed and more (utensils and condiment wise) to make simple fresh meals after a run to the produce market in el pescadero. Alex & Lauren were the best of hosts, providing plenty of towels & beach supplies, ample fresh water, the most delicious flour tortillas, and some avocados & fresh made chips upon our welcome. Alex even brought us an additional bag of chips one day after I mentioned how much we enjoyed them! Their list of recommended restaurants & markets was really detailed, which I appreciated – we visited six of the places they recommended and were blown away with the food/drinks at each spot! We were not really familiar with the location, Cerritos was a bit more rural than I expected but we were totally fine with that – it was quiet and close to one of the few beaches with smaller(ish) waves ok to swim in! You are only a 10 minute drive to El Pescadaro and 20 minute drive to Todos Santos, both of which we visited multiple times. Make sure you find Playa Las Palmas for the BEST private beach experience!

    Jessica2017-04-20T00:00:00Z
  • The apartment is clean, modern and the private rooftop terrace a wonderful spot for sunset meals. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach (2min walking distance) as well as the pool belonging to the apartments. The whole complex is very tidy and well maintained. There are one or two restaurants near by, but there are not a lot of options and we drove for groceries mostly to Todos Santos (20min by car). We really enjoyed our vacation, it was great to surf at the beach and our daughter (3yrs old) was in love with the pool. In general the location was not overcrowded with tourists, but well enough developed to be able to rent surfboards and feel safe. The hosts Alex and Lauren were fantastic to communicate with and they provided some tips on where to go and what to do. The only downside were the neighbors fenced in pack of dogs and chickens which slept during the day and made a racket in the mornings at sunrise. Our advise would be to come with ear plugs if sleeping in is desired.

    Constanze2017-07-06T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great time staying at Alex and Lauren's place. The condo is a beautifully designed and very comfortable space, and the private rooftop is absolutely the best for morning coffee ocean-views and late night star-gazing! Playa Cerritos is quite rural (which we loved) yet there are restaurants and bars within easy walking distance, not to mention the BEACH! We also enjoyed this location because we could make easy day trips to La Paz and the surf in San Jose del Cabo. Can't wait to visit again soon!

    Lori2017-06-25T00:00:00Z
  • Everuthing couldn't be better. The place is perfectly located. Clean and neat and all the stuff you need in terms of kitchen ware, towels, everything worked well. The terrace is an amazing place including the barbecue. The pool is wonderful and spacious. The staff was nice and helpful. Thanks and we would all love to return!

    santiago2017-08-12T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay here was everything we wanted. Upon first arrival (on a Saturday at 6pm), Cerritos seemed quiet and a bit deserted, but it quickly grew on us (it is also the beginning of off-season.) Prior to arriving, Alex (great guy!) emailed us detailed information, directions, and an awesome list of restaurants and activities in both Cerritos and Todos Santos. When we arrived, he was there to greet us and get us all situated, complete with some yummy snacks too. The condo is exactly as pictured. It's relaxing and lovely. The complex as a whole is totally safe, very quiet (again...off season so not many people around) and walking distance to the beach, one of the few swimmable beaches in the area. It's a big surf beach, which was fun to watch, but it also gets a handful of locals and day-trippers from Cabo. In the mornings we'd hike the hills nearby and check out all the neat homes being built...this also led us to a few private beaches that were beautiful! Currently there are about 4 restaurants that are within walking distance, all of which have something good to offer. We recommend the shrimp nachos at Riptide and great food/cocktails at Free Souls right next door. Or walk South along the beach 20 mins and grab a burger at Cerritos Beach Inn. There is also a pizza place nearby that is supposedly great but we didn't check it out. The grocery stores are all driving distance, but there is a little convenient store you could walk to if desperate for beer, sunscreen etc. Todos Santos is 15 mins away and a must see. Cutest little town, nicest people, and so many delicious restaurants. Definitely make that a part of your stay! Las Palmas beach (driving distance) is also worth checking out. Lastly, if you see Señor Marvin Guzmon (black cat that lives in the complex, is taken care of but not owned by anyone in particular)...give him lots of love and attention. He is the coolest kitty we've ever met! We can't wait to go back. Enjoy!

Enjoy a relaxing getaway at this popular, comfy studio beach apartment. PRIVATE WiFi, flat screen TV and DVD player, AC, palapa covered front porch with small private yard and garden with hot water outdoor shower and second covered porch, small kitchen, roof access with stellar views and star gazing, shared pool, jacuzzi and seasonal restaurant. All within a short walk (and ear shot) of the surf! Check out my deeply discounted fall rates!
Enter your exact dates to see the correct rate. Let the sounds of the surf lull you to sleep at night in this newly expanded and renovated one room studio apartment. Located in a quiet and secure community of small homes and condos a half a mile from the apartment to the water, it takes most folks five to ten minutes to walk to the beach or like two minutes to drive (nice if you want to carry a bunch of stuff). Todos Santos is less than 10 miles away or a 15 minute drive and Pescadero is right next door so it will take you about 5 mins by car to reach Baja Beans or the Pemex/Oxxo. Enjoy the communal pool, jacuzzi and seasonal restaurant on site. This one room first story studio apartment has a relaxing urban vibe with Mexican touches and is the best value in Cerritos! It's the bottom floor of a 2 story duplex. To see the upper unit check out "Sea and Stars Cerritos Surf Retreat" here on airbnb. Ask me about a discounted price if you'd like to rent both apartments. This bottom unit is larger than the upstairs studio with approximately 375 sq feet of interior space and 350 sq feet of covered exterior space between the front and back patios. It also has a small private fenced in yard with a simple garden and access to the roof (via 2 spiral staircases) with incredible views of the beach and mountains, great for a surf check! Groups of 4, families with kids, and folks with long boards often prefer this unit bc it's larger, has an outdoor shower and hose, and there is a fence to put your boards behind so you don't have to lug them up the spiral stairs. This apartment has PRIVATE HIGH SPEED WiFi internet! Most of the other rentals (and homes) here in the Villas De Cerrritos Beach all share one pretty unreliable and slow communal hotspot with very limited bandwidth that can only be accessed outside by the pool, not in the home like mine. Please be aware that when other rentals here in the Villas say they have WiFi they are most likely talking about this one shared outside hotspot. The apartment features a kitchenette with a large refrigerator with freezer, cabinets, drawers, sink, 2 burner gas stove top and a toaster over. It's stocked with pots and pans, dishes, utensils, a coffee maker (possibly a french press) , salt and pepper, ice trays, etc. There is a brand new double bed with 4 pillows, extra blankets, curtains, a love seat (which is a full size sleep sofa) and a table with 2 chairs, a dresser, a nightstand, a bookcase, coffee table and a side table. The apartment also has a brand new flat screen TV (no cable or satellite but has a DVD player with many discs), clock radio with ipod dock, 2 ceiling fans and a brand new ac unit. The bathroom has a large vanity with a built in cabinet and drawers, a sink and mirror, some shelves and a nice shower and lots of wall hooks. A couple of folks have said they find the fridge noisy, so if you are a light sleeper please bring ear plugs. The front porch has 2 comfy chairs and a cafe table with 2 chairs and a small gate (help keep your kids and dogs contained!). Included with your rental are beach/pool towels, cooler, beach umbrella, beach chairs and the use of my charcoal bbq grill (kept on the porch). The back porch has 2 chairs and a small table, and extra seating is provided by a built in banquette. This porch offers more privacy then the front one and looks out onto the desert in the back. It sits next to my small fenced in yard with a simple garden that has a hose and open outdoor shower with hot water. The back porch is shaded in the morning and the front porch is shaded in the afternoon. The 2 spiral staircases lead to the roof where there are amazing 360° views of the beach and mountains! It's the perfect spot for a surf check, sunset and sunrise viewing or star gazing. It's also a great place for doing yoga. Roof access is shared by both units. Please keep in mind while looking at all the places for rent in the community that each is individually owned and therefore they are not the same. Here's why I think my places are special!- I've expanded and renovated my units and they contain many amenities that the other places probably don't have like- private WiFi in the apartments, enclosed bathrooms, new ac units, curtains, extra pillows, TVs with DVD players, kitchen cabinets, sleep sofas, etc. This bungalow has more spacious grounds than most of the other rentals here. It's in a small house on a small piece of land, whereas the newer units here (called palapas and casitas) are all side by side with no land separating them and are accessed by a narrow pathway enclosed with a tall fence. My place has no neighbors on the backside.
I suggest you look at the "Baja Western Onion" (online) for their weekly calendar of events (gallery openings, plays, bands, excursions, etc) and specials happening in the area during your trip. Trip Advisor is also useful for the area restaurants etc. Places come and go so I can't guarantee that this info is up to date. There are miles and miles of beautiful pacific coast beaches to explore around Todos Santos, but equally beautiful Cerritos is unusual for several reasons. It's considered safe for swimming, has surfing for all levels, has surfboard, SUP and boogie board rentals and lessons, restaurants, and bars. That being said, this is a small rural area so if you want more options for walking to bars and restaurants and also shopping, then you'd probably be happier staying in the town of Todos Santos. Also, being just south of the tropic of cancer, sub tropical Cerritos enjoys a unique micro climate that makes it much cooler and less humid than Los Cabos or La Paz (typically 5-10 degrees Fahrenheit cooler). This is where folks from those nearby cities (and Todos Santos) come to cool off, relax, swim, surf and have a beach day with their families. The apartment is a only a five to ten minute walk (half a mile or 800 meters) from the beach or a 15 min drive (9 miles) to Todos Santos. You can surf check the waves from the porch or roof and hear the sounds of the surf! Within 15 mins you can also walk to nearby Pescadero beach and two small pretty private beaches that are usually free or almost free of people (only swim at Cerritos though). It's pretty rural here, so if you want to walk to shopping, restaurants and nightlife (but not a swimming beach) then you'd probably be happier staying in the town of Todos Santos. Miguel in the office is happy to help you find more info on local things to do, like fishing, snorkeling, surfing, seeing whales and whale sharks, etc. Also, The Journal Del Pacifico (free, all over town) has very useful local maps that show all the restaurants, shops, services etc in the area. Destino Los Cabos magazine (also free and all over town) has great maps of Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo (including Costco, Wall mart, the airport) and also useful phone numbers and information like how to call a US toll free number, where the US and Canadian consulates are, etc. I always leave copies of both of these magazines n the units but if you see that there is a newer version, I would really appreciate it if you'd pick up a copy and leave it in the apartment : ) Bank and ATMs- Todos Santos has the closest ATM and bank. You have your pick of Bancommer or Bannorte. Both have ATMs but I am pretty sure that only banknorte will exchange your dollars for pesos. Note- you can basically pay with dollars anywhere but you will not get a good rate of exchange. So if you have to pay with dollars, use smaller bills so you don't lose as much money. Here's what you might enjoy in Cerritos and Pescadero. Most of these businesses are seasonal. I didn't include much from Todos Santos as that info is much easier to come by on trip advisor and also in the journal del pacifico and on the web. Local Beach Access- When you head to the beach from here, straight ahead on the beach you see a fenced parking lot and gate. If you are walking, walk through the gate and cut across the parking lot to the beach. If you are driving, they either want you to pay, or buy something in their restaurant (Cerritos Beach Club) to park there (they do have the only bathroom on the beach). But, if you look to your right (you're facing the beach), you will see a small road right there at the end of the beach under the rocks. That's public access and you can park there for free. There are some break ins there so be sure to lock your car and just don't leave stuff in sight inside and you should be fine. To access the smaller almost private beaches, go towards the beach and use the road that heads up the hill to the hacienda, but go right at the top (instead of left to the hotel/bar) and follow that north along the coast. Twice you will see a 4wd road that heads down the hill to the beach. If you go past those and down the other side you will be on the beach in Pescadero. Alternatively to walk to the beach in Peacadero, leave my place like you are heading to the beach but take the 1st road to your right (to the left it goes to Free Souls and straight ahead it goes up the hill to the hacienda). Follow that and go left at the T and then you will see the beach right in front of you (and you will pass Baja Zen on the right). If you walk up that beach you will reach the surf break San Pedrito near the end, before the big hills that hit the beach. Beach Services- There are several places on the beach that rent surf, SUP and boogie boards. Coastal Azul Surf Shop is the original Cerritos surf rental business and they now have a shop off the beach, in front of Hotel Olas de Cerritos. Mario Surf School is a reputable place to take lessons, rent equipment, get repairs or sign up for a surfari! Look for their blue shade structure and instructors with blue rash guards on the beach. Todos Santos also has 2 surf shops where you can buy clothes, wax, etc. Convenience Stores- I suggest you stop by Brody's mini mart and pizza restaurant (you pass right by it on the way in) for beer, tortillas, paper towels, ice, sodas, and Mexican souvenirs. They also have great wood oven pizzas and will often deliver to your room!!!! They are great, honest people and very sweet! The OXXO at the Pemex gas station (all over including Pescadero and Todos) is like 711. Everyone shops here, locals and gringos alike. They have a telephone that can call overseas for reasonable rates. Cerritos and Pescadero Restaurants/Bars- In addition to Brody's pizza, I highly recommend Pizza Napoli. It is our seasonal on site restaurant with great pizza and simple Italian food at very reasonable prices. The Free Souls club is a restaurant and bar that just opened nearby (look to your left as you walk to the beach, white building). It has a chic and modern vibe, a mini heated infinity pool (!) and cool music. I've heard the food is great, but I haven't eaten there. There prices are pretty high. The Hacienda is the beautiful orange building on the rocks above the beach. It's a boutique hotel that has a bar that's open to the public with incredible views especially at sunset. Great for whale watching. Also pricey. On the beach, both the Surf Colony and the Beach Club have restaurants and bars and live music on weekend days. For something more upscale, head to Pescadero where folks rave about Carlitos Place and Hierbabuena. My favorite bar is The Little Lebowski Lounge in Pescadero. It usually opens at 6pm, has cool music and no sports on tv! For inexpensive tacos and Mexican food, right before the sign for Baja Beans on the highway in Pescadero going towards Todos on the left is Tacos Emmanuel. They have great fish and shrimp tacos for about 20 pesos each, it's clean, they speak English and I love their condiments/salsa bar too! For breakfast my favorite place is Las Palmas restaurant, in the parking lot of Baja Beans. My picks are the shrimp omelet and the Las Palmas seafood quesadilla. They have WiFi. Coffee- Baja Beans, a 5 min drive away in Pescadero (see their sign on your left as you head towards Todos), has excellent coffee and pastries and a wonderful (seasonal) community market with live music on Sundays. They also have WiFi. Fruits and Veggies- Just past the Pemex in Pesacdero (as you head towards Todos), on the right is Fruiteria Ortiz = outdoor stand under a palapa. They have the best selection and prices on fruits and vegetables in the area. A bit further on the highway towards Todos Santos, on the left, is Agrycole. They also have fruits and vegetables and bread and pastries. They are known for their strawberries in season and often carry fruits and veggies that Ortiz does not carry. In Todos Santos you can go to Lazargas. They have the largest selection around, but tend to be the most expensive. Groceries- El Sol in Todos Santos has staples and gringo stuff like jack cheese and their pries are high. I suggest that folks stop by Wallmart, Soriana or Mega on their way from the airport in San Jose (you'll pass all 3) to buy groceries and supplies. They have a much larger selection and better prices than around here. Que Rico in Todos is a wonderful little shop that has better (and often organic) meats like steak, sausage and bacon, and wonderful locally made/prepared foods like hummus, spanish tortilla, carrot cake, yogurt, asian noodle salad, etc. Yoga- Baja Zen is an awesome yoga studio overlooking the ocean and is an easy 5-10 min walk away in Pescadero. Check out their website for photos and seasonal schedules. Healthcare and Emergencies- Go to the office for advice, help and emergencies. Todos Santos has St Judes Medical Cent(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) and the very inexpensive government health center. Other Local Beaches- Playa Los Cerritos: This is the safest swimming beach (usually) for miles in either direction, it's also the beach with the most development going on. There are usually lifeguards on duty here. Playa Los Cerritos has a very nice beach club, with full restaurant and drink service, that makes this the beach of choice for many locals and visitors alike. You can even get a beach side massage at the beach club. The beach is good for surfing (beginners to intermediates) with surfboard rentals available with great skim boarding thrown in for good measure. There is some good fishing here, the rocks at the north end of the beach seem to produce the most fish. Easy access from highway 19, at the Km. 64 marker. Playa La Pastora: Playa La Pastora is located about 5 miles north of Todos Santos. It is a favorite with surfers, as the waves are sometimes good here when no others spots are producing. When it does get big, this is the place to go for experienced surfers as it can get pretty big and retain its shape. When that is the case you will likely find that Playa La Pastora will become pretty crowded with surfers. Novices should not enter the water here, especially alone. Access is by way of Topete street which turns into Horizonte which turns into the coastal road, going north. Playa La Cachora: This beach is popular with whale watchers, beachcombers, skim boarders, exercise aficionados and the local turtle conservation group, as it is one of the many nesting places, along the Pacific, for several species of sea turtles. The surf fishing can be excellent here with the best time being early morning. No Swimming Please! Access from town is by way of Topete street (go west) to La Cachora road that also takes you to El Hotelito. Playa La Poza: One of the more popular and out of the ordinary beaches in Todos Santos, mainly because of the freshwater lagoon. Playa La Poza is a bird watchers paradise as the lagoon attracts an amazing number of birds. This beach is good for surf fishing, especially in the early hours of the morning. In late December through March gray whales, humpback whales (and others) swim along the coastline sometimes very close to the shore. If the ocean is very calm experienced swimmers can enjoy a refreshing dip in the Pacific. Not an experienced swimmer, then - No Swimming Please! Stay out of the lagoon, as it too can be dangerous and it's deeper than you might imagine. Access from Vidal street in town, then follow the signs to Hotel Posada La Poza. Punta Lobos: This is the beach where the local fishermen ply their trade. They launch their pangas, through the waves, early in the morning and spend up to eight hours (or more) fishing on the Pacific. This is where you can most likely buy fish (the freshest you can possibly get) in the early afternoon. You may also be able to arrange a fishing trip from Punta Lobos, but you had better brush up on your Spanish, as very few of the fishermen speak any English. If the whales are present and the fishing is slow, it is possible to get the fishermen to take you whale watching. This is a great place to take the kids to let them see some locals who are really hard workers and very dedicated fishermen. There is a colony of Sea Lions that hang out just around the south point. No swimming please! Access from Vidal street in town, (head south) or from highway 19 at Km. market 54. Playa Las Palmas - aka - Playa San Pedro: Playa Las Palmas is a smaller, rather secluded beach, maybe one half mile long, that is usually void of any crowds. The beach is gated, and the walk in is significant, but easy enough, through a pleasant palm grove. There are ruins of an old ranch house by the gate. The beach has a small lagoon that can be a good area for bird watching. Playa Las Palmas is protected by rocky points at both ends of the beach. This is a great area to spend a day hiking, swimming (use the middle stretch of the beach), body surfing, skim boarding, and sometimes surfing or just plain relaxing. Take all necessities (food, drink etc.) as there are no concessions at all. Driving south, toward Pescadero, there is a small (almost invisible) turnoff at Km. 57 maker - just across the highway from the research station, then follow the dirt road to the gate. They sometimes close the gate at 6 PM, so be prepared to drive out by 5:30 PM. Pack your trash out - leave only footprints, please! Playa San Pedrito: Located at the north end of Playa Pescadero, this beach is popular with surfers, body boarders and fishermen. The rocky point at the north end of the beach produces some pretty decent waves given the right conditions. The same rocky area, close to the north point, also produces the best fishing. There used to be a pretty popular campground here though it's been closed for quite a while, although there are usually some folks camped on the beach here. There are several beachfront accommodations just a little south of the point. Access is by way of entrance road just south of the Pescadero Pemex station. Playa Pescadero: Playa Pescadero is a beautiful long stretch of sand with great waves when the conditions are right. The beach is named after the small town of Pescadero, which is very close. The whales come in close to the beach here from December to April and surf fishing can be very good all along this beach. There is plenty of new development along here including the new high end resort of Rancho Pescadero. The beach is backed up by many new homes mixed among the chile fields and mango orchards that come very close to touching the Pacific. Access is by way of several entrance roads near the Pescadero Pemex station.
  • We had a great stay here! The bungalow was incredibly well equipped, comfortable, and tidy. Squash, the owner of the unit, came to visit us on our second day just to see if we needed anything. She's super friendly and chill, and we really appreciated some of the tips she gave us on the local area. Although we came to spend most of our time on Cerritos beach, we loved exploring a few spots that we never would have found without her local knowledge. There were a number of units sharing a beautiful communal pool and lounge area, which we used frequently. We were there during the off-season, so at times it felt like we had the place to ourselves-just us and a few of the friendly property doggies that we would hang out with whenever we were poolside, or on our private lanai. The laidback atmosphere of the place could not be beat.

  • This place was great and Margaret was super communicative both before and during our stay. The personal wi-fi was an added bonus, as was the full size refrigerator and couch that many of the units at the Villas don't have. We will definitely stay with Margaret when we return to Cerritos.

    beth2016-03-17T00:00:00Z
  • Incredible place with great location. Margaret aka Calabacita is meticulous and very detailed. We were in high heaven for our week there, including our 1 and half year old daughter.

  • Great location, near El Cerritos. It's walkable, but if you are going down with gear like a surfboard, it's easier to do a short drive. El Cerritos is an awesome surf spot, at least in winter.

    Winslow2017-01-04T00:00:00Z
  • Really enjoyed my stay at Margaret's place. Very comfortable and a relaxed setting with all amenities to have an enjoyable visit to this special place in Baja. Very clean, nice to have a pool, Jacuzzi, and restaurant in the complex. Easy walk to the beach. I'm planning another visit soon.

    Deborah2017-01-31T00:00:00Z
  • We adored the bungalow. The studio is comfortable, modern and cute. Squash met us on the first day and got our water cooler filled for our stay. She was friendly and helpful. The neighbors were cool, the pool was great, cerritos beach is only a few minutes away. We enjoyed sunset cocktails at La Hacienda, trips to Todos Santos, el Pescadero, and La Paz in our rented car. We used the AC, every night before bed. Highly recommended! We stayed 4 nights in hot July, 2014.

    Belle2014-07-08T00:00:00Z
  • Margaret was a really great host. I made the mistake of not booking a place before we got there and it was almost impossible to get any service in rural mexico. She was so helpful and really got us out of our bind. The location is great, less than five minutes from the beach. There is also beautiful hotel( but way too expensive) on the cliffs above the water that allows non guests to drink at their bar. I would highly recommend going to have a drink as the sun sets. Nice clean room with a kitchen which is convenient since there aren't really restaurants on the beach. Great stay overall and we really appreciated the help of everyone there.

    Tessa2015-05-24T00:00:00Z
  • Had a wonderful stay in Cerritos. The apartment was very roomy and comfortable. I loved the area. Margaret was very accommodating when I requested to stay another day. I was enjoying my stay so much I just couldn't leave. :)

The area's best beaches, restaurants, and a yoga studio are all walking distance from Casita Once, which is situated in a small and friendly resort.
  • We absolutely loved staying at Dave & Kate's place. We were lucky to get there right as the season started, so we got to experience the amazing salads and wood-fired pizzas a few steps from our front door. Billy greeted us and was helpful without being overbearing. He was there to help us with anything we needed, although we didn't need much. The beach is a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive. It was gorgeous and we fully intend on coming back. Stay out of Cabo and stay in Cerritos!

    Heather2016-09-30T00:00:00Z
  • There are a lot of neat places to stay in the Todos Santos area, but we loved our time at Dave and Kate's villa. It was very clean, bright, and the perfect distance from the ocean. The bed is insanely comfortable and the rooftop was the perfect place to have a drink and watch the sunset. Corresponding with Kate was a pleasure and I recommend their home to anyone heading down to the Cabo area!

    Katherine2016-02-28T00:00:00Z
  • Everything was perfect from arrival to departure. We have stayed in this complex before and loved it. Staying at Kate and Dave's was even better than our previous visits (which were still great!).

    Michael2017-01-05T00:00:00Z
  • Great, relaxing stay! The beach is the best part. The umbrella and body board were both semi broken and not usable :(

    Lauren2017-08-26T00:00:00Z
  • What a lovely place to stay! Very short walk from the beach. Spacious layout and well stocked kitchen. Exactly like in the pictures.

    Grant2017-01-15T00:00:00Z
  • Dave and Kate's place was so cozy and wonderful! Great location in Cerritos Beach! The bed was so comfortable and it is so quiet in the neighborhood it makes you truly feel like you are getting away from it all! Thank you Kate!

  • Great spot!

  • Great house in a wonderful, quiet location right near the beach. The casita is super comfortable and well-stocked. There's a nice pool and plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. It's a very short drive to El Pescadero and Todos Santos, which we enjoyed visiting every day. We'd be very happy to stay again!

This is the second cabañita in the property, super cozy bedroom with a queen bed and flag stoned patio overlooking Los Cerritos surf break. The location is pretty good between Pescadero and Los Cerritos.
There is two cabañitas like this one, the location and the views are wonderful. There is space for parking and a shared kitchen and bathroom
  • Different Cabaña, is a wonderful place to relax and take it easy and it's just a short drive to the fantastic beach at Cerritos. The large palapa on the property is a beautiful place to hangout, take in the view and enjoy a meal. The casitas itself is cozy, with a comfy bed and a great little porch with a hammock to chill in. Diane & Juan Carlos are warm and welcoming hosts and their dogs are so very friendly. I really appreciated their guest book with useful tips on the area and suggestions on places to eat. If you are looking for a place to stay while taking in this beautiful area and maybe catching some waves at Cerritos, you can't go wrong with Different Cabaña

    Marty2016-12-29T00:00:00Z
  • Very nice stay at a very nice couple's place. The palapa is absolutely amazing for a coffee in the morning. This place is perfect if you want to enjoy some surf, some rest, and the city of Todos Santos. Highly recommended!

  • Same Same but Different was the perfect start to our trip! Located in Pescadero close to the beach and the best tacos we have ever had. We stayed over Christmas and our hosts were nothing but gracious and kind and even put up a Christmas tree in the main area. They immediately made us feel at home and shared they're favorite spots for eating and relaxing. Our casita was cozy and had everything we needed. In the main area there was a shared kitchen and couches for hanging out and watching the waves. This gave us a chance to meet our hosts more as well as other guests and was a great area to chill out. We would stay here again and again.

It is approximately 500 sq ft total, 250 sq ft inside and 250 sq ft outside. Guests really love the outdoor kitchen/dining/hang out area under the palapa with views of the beach and mountains. Groups of 4, families with kids, and folks with long boards often prefer the lower unit bc it's larger, has an outdoor shower and hose, and there is a fence to put your boards behind so you don't have to lug them up the spiral stairs. Ask me about a discounted price if you'd like to rent both apartments. This apartment has PRIVATE HIGH SPEED WiFi internet! Most of the other rentals (and homes) here in the Villas De Cerrritos Beach all share one pretty unreliable and slow communal hotspot with very limited bandwidth that can only be accessed outside by the pool, not in the apartment like mine. Please be aware that when other rentals here in the Villas say they have WiFi they are most likely talking about this one shared outside hotspot. Inside you’ll find- a brand new queen sized bed, brand new love seat (that's a double sized sleep sofa), a coffee table, 2 ceiling fans, a new ac unit, 4 bed pillows, extra blankets, curtains, 2 night stands with reading lamps, a large dresser, dimable in ceiling halogen lights, brand new flat screen TV (only for DVDs), DVD player, private DVD library (more movies to borrow in office), cool art, books, playing cards, and a music player for ipods ( apparently it's made for older ipods, has the metal plate that you place into the bottom of the ipod and unfortunately I don't have a line in there at the moment but if you bring one you can use that), etc. The bathroom has a shower, large vanity, large mirror, a nightlight, lots of hooks and a window with desert views. Outside you'll find a 250 sq ft palapa covered terrace with a small kitchen that includes a small gas range and oven with four burners, mini fridge (with very small freezer), a sink, a cabinet and drawers. It's stocked with pots and pans, dishes, utensils, a french press or coffee maker, salt and pepper, ice trays, etc. It also has a table with 2 chairs, a hammock chair and extra seating is provided by a long wrap around built in banquette. Great views of the beach and mountains! Included with your rental are beach/pool towels (in the apartment, not in the office). And I try to provide a cooler, beach umbrella, beach chairs and the use of my charcoal bbq grill (it's kept on ground level) but can't guarantee these things. The spiral staircase leads to the roof where there are amazing 360 views of the beach and mountains. It's the perfect spot for a surf check, sunset and sunrise viewing and star gazing. It's also great for doing yoga. The roof access is shared with the downstairs apartment.
Miguel in the office is happy to help you find more info on local things to do, like fishing, snorkeling, seeing whales and whale sharks, etc.
  • Glad we decided to stay at Cerritos beach. Many of the beaches in this area are un-swimmable, especially for kids. My son was 11 at the time and although the waves were big he had a blast body surfing and playing in the waves. Lots of surfers, fun beach bar, even spotted a whale! Margaret (she goes by Squash) welcomed us when we arrived. Great place, brand new (finished a month before). Very clean, nice linens, comfortable bed and fold out. Lovely outdoor kitchen/dining area and porch with hammock. Well-equipped with everything we needed. 10 minute walk to the beach (you can see it easily from the front porch and the roof, which we also had access to). Nice development, although pretty isolated so recommend shopping in Cabo for most of your groceries. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Squash for everything!

  • Sea and Stars was the perfect place for me to spend my first Cerritos/Pescadaro weekend. I was looking for somewhere relaxing and it fit the bill perfectly. Highlights: 1) Clean 2) Comfortable 3) Great 2nd & 3rd story views 4) Killer hammock to take post surf naps in 5) 5 minute walk to the beach Margaret was a pleasure to talk with, answered all my questions on the area and even served me up some of the locally roasted coffee. Would recommend Sea and Stars to anyone, the hammock and views can't be overstated!

  • We felt right at home, very welcome and inviting staff and neighborhood. Our condo was clean, neat and tidy, and a great value! Incredible views and star gazing from the roof deck! We would definitely stay here again and refer our friends and family! What a great value too :). Thanks Margaret!

  • Amazing little apartment with a great view! There aren't a lot of great breakfast places closeby (that we could find, anyway), so the kitchen is great for cooking up something quick before heading to the water. A truly beautiful place.

    Ruben2015-05-28T00:00:00Z
  • The surf condo was the PERFECT! The location was great, an easy 5 minute walk to the beach, beautiful views from the rooftop sitting area, and charming living space. There were 3 of us that stayed there and it was cozy but exactly what we were looking for. The grounds of Villas de Los Cerritos are well maintained and staff are gracious and helpful. The pizza at the restraint is DELICIOUS! Definitely stay here, you will be so happy :)

  • This upper floor bungalow was absolutely perfect for our 4-day stay at Los Cerritos for surfing and touring around Pescadero and Todos Santos. As described - super clean and comfortable accommodation, loved the outdoor kitchen and deck. Located close to the beach, but away from the main thoroughfare. Margaret was an exceptional host. Communication was efficient and she was super helpful in guiding us through our first airbnb experience. Muchas Gracias!

  • I truly enjoyed my stay at the Sea and Stars. It was just as portrayed if not better. Very comfortable Apartment, Very comfortable bed. Nicely decorated with good WiFi and excellent A/C. Beautiful second story, brand-new 1 bedroom unit has one of the best views in the complex. You can see the ocean from everywhere in the unit including your king-sized bed. Our unit is at the front of the property and faces the Pacific Ocean - steps to the beach. Private rooftop deck that has 360 degree views of the ocean and mountains. We are beach front and have great ocean views.
We are a true luxury condo complex. You don't get this level of luxury with this proximity to the beach anywhere else in the area. As we are a condo complex and not a resort, the unit will be fully cleaned prior to your arrival, but we do not offer cleaning services as standard throughout your stay. The unit will have fresh sheets and bath, pool and kitchen towels for use during your stay. Please use the clothes line on the rooftop to hang up any wet towels. Additionally, we provide standard cleaning supplies for use during your stay. If you desire to have an additional cleaning, please contact us and we can discuss.
  • The views were spectacular, the ocean in front, mountains in back, we cooked more dinners in then out and dined on the upper level. The courtyard and pool area were lovely and immaculate, wonderful to hang out after returning from the beach. Well equipped, had everything and more that we needed... hosts very thoughtful, thank you. One thing, maybe more rugs, especially in bathroom, otherwise perfect!

    Michelle2017-04-05T00:00:00Z
  • What a fantastic place! The view is gorgeous and we enjoyed meals on the deck and playing at the beach. We've been traveling for two months and this was by far the most perfect pool for young children. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped, despite having a teeny tiny sink. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! It was lovely.

    Sonja 2017-08-03T00:00:00Z
  • Very nice studio, great views, clean, good communication! Fully stocked kitchen.would stay there again.

  • The complex is located in a great spot with a 5 min walk to Cerritos main beach area. It is not beach front, but is very close to it, and has an unobstructed view of the beach. The complex's pool is great for young kids, and has a wonderful lounge area with lots of sun or shade. The common area around the pool is also great, with washrooms for public use, a bbq. The condo was a good size for us, (2 adults, 2 small kids) but we don't need a lot of space. The bedroom is open concept with king bed. It has a nice small kitchen, which was perfect for making meals to eat on the fabulous rooftop deck! This was our favourite part of the condo, and used it every day. It has a nice semi shaded eating area, lots of chairs, and a stellar view of the beach and sunset, as well as the sunrise on the back side off the desert. Great for morning yoga. We would stay here again, and enjoyed the central location for day trips to other beaches, as well as Todo Santos for groceries and restaurants. Our host Alex was also very friendly and helpful for our many questions about the area.

    Ulla2017-04-27T00:00:00Z
  • We absolutely loved this spot! Could watched the whales jumping from the bed and enjoyed the sunshine on the roof. Has a community feel and is close to great restaurants in pescadero and todos. Would love to return again one day.

  • This little shack was very cool and laid back. Erica did her best to make us welcome from (I think) the US and we could have done with some local greetings. The thing that any visitor needs to know about this accommodation is that while it looks remote and rustic, the front door is only 20 mtrs from a two story brick wall from neighbouring buildings. There is also a pretty significant caravan/trailer parked between the shack and the beach. For many that might be totally ok because of the vicinity of the beach and because it is such good value.

    renee2015-06-27T00:00:00Z
  • The place is in a fantastic spot, literally next to the beach. If you want to sleep to the sound of crashing waves, you've found your home. Erika in particular is also very kind, took the time to talk to me before and after my stay. She is a joy to work with. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a relaxed vacation.

    Brian2015-11-02T00:00:00Z
  • The place was terrific. Very comfortable, right on the beach. It was a pleasure to fall asleep to the sound of the waves at night. Very friendly local community. Great waves, uncrowded beach. Our host was available by phone when we had difficulty with the directions in.

    Rosemary2016-04-02T00:00:00Z
  • Awesome beachfront hideaway!

    Wendy2017-08-06T00:00:00Z
  • What a great place! Erika is super responsive and was in touch with us whenever we needed even though it was holiday time. The bed was amongst the most comfortable we've ever slept in. The location was fabulous and the place was exactly as described. There's a great little market nearby and baby turtle releases right on the beach about 1/2 mile down the road. We wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you Erika!

    Aneesa2016-12-31T00:00:00Z
  • Very excited to arrive here. Erika's place was very comfortable and clean. The left side of the unit faces the beach which makes whale watching fun. If you haven't had the Baja experience, you should go.

    Richard2016-01-05T00:00:00Z
  • Great bungalow beach side. Wonderful ocean view to watch the sunset and the beautiful stars. Perfect for 4 people. Would definitely come back again!

    Ja Eun2017-03-27T00:00:00Z
  • Having stayed at Erika's place 2 years ago, we knew what to expect. It is a nice place to escape and unwind, (no tv or internet). The weather was cooler than normal which made our stay even better. The bed was as comfy as it was on our last stay. Her manager, Juan, is a very good host, having stopped by to see how our stay was going and if we needed anything. Erica's place can't be beat when it comes to comfort, peace and quiet and value.

Small, secure community with both guests and homeowners staying on the premises.
  • Much better than the pictures, has all the essentials . Great cozy place .

  • Well-kept little bungalow with a kitchenette perfect for preparing snacks and making coffee. There were clean bath towels and beach towels to use. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and silverware, coffee maker, blender, a brand new sponge, dish soap, and trash bags. There is also a shaded front porch with hammocks and table and chairs. A very quiet area. The pool was beautiful and warm and the jacuzzi was a nice bonus. The reception was professional and friendly.

    Diane2017-04-17T00:00:00Z
  • This place is perfect! If you're looking for a paradise to forget about everything and be as far as posible of crowded tourist beaches try this option! The bungalow is really beautiful, with all you may need, kitchenette , private terrace with hamaca where you can have your own made breakfasts or dinners, a roof to watch the stars at night, walking distance beach, swimming pool, even a friendly cat eventually comes to visit you! I wish to come back soon!

  • Sybil's place is exactly what you're looking for if you want a quiet relaxing place. It's an easy walk to the beach where you can be waited on like royality. It's a 5 minute drive to Carlitos Place restaurant which if you're in the area is a mandatory stop. Check in was the easiest I have ever experienced and the onsite pizza kitchen is legit.

    Sean 2015-09-09T00:00:00Z
  • Sybil's place was a great stop for us. It is close to Cerritos beach and is a quite, cute place. The kitchenette was stocked with everything you would need to cook basic or complex meals. There was even tequila!!!! The bungalows are a part of a greater resort but it feels more personal. The staff at the resort were super helpful for any needs that we had. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks!

  • Great expirience at cerritos village. Everything was exactly as it's explained on the description. Take into account that summer is low season, so dont expect to find a lot of people!

    Albert2015-08-09T00:00:00Z
  • The accommodations were adequate and it was very easy to check in and out. Kitchen had everything needed, great 2 burner gas stove, mini fridge, blender, french press and mini coffee maker, along with glass wear and utensils. It was cozy for two people but totally do able especially with the beaches so close by. The roof access was great for stargazing at night and the community pool had a great pizza restaurant that we took full advantage of.

The Lower Unit has a hammock large shaded veranda, private bathroom, small kitche nand double bed. The resort itself has a restaurant, jacuzzi, pool, etc. Included in the room price is FREE access to all of the resort facilities, FREE unlimited drinking water, a FREE boogie board for use, & easy access to the safest beach in Baja is a 5-10 minute walk! Anything else please just ask :-)
The views from the Top unit of these two bungalows is the best view around. You can see in every direction, however the Botrom unit is nice as well, woth a fully stocked kitchen, complimentary boogieboard, etc.
It's so peaceful and quiet at night, and the days are relaxing too. The beach is close by, where you can swim and surf (it's the safest beach in the area for sure), there are a few good restaurants in the area, and Cabo San Lucas is only 30 minutes away by car if you want to party in the big city.
  • As with many of our Airbnb experiences when the host isn't on site things are not as easy as they could be. - had trouble checking in, it took the front desk a while to figure things out - water wasn't on when we arrived - no in room wifi, only at restaurant - pool bar appears to be closed up for good - high cleaning fee considering the size of unit, and it was a bit dirty on arrival + Good location walking distance to beach + Decent value (looks like you can book direct with resort for less $) + Nice pool and hot tub Overall a decent place if you want to walk to the swimming/surfing beach.

  • Great place! Low key spot central to excellent surf. Aaron was super responsive and helpful

    Gregory2017-07-25T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay could've not been better! Los Cerrritos is an off the beaten spot, away from the Cabo craziness and a short drive to Todos Santos...Just what we wanted. Aaron's place is great - small studio, perfect for a couple, friendly neighbors... The pool is huge and the hot tub is perfect for stargazing. Highly recommend!

  • Hi Aaron! We had an amazing trip to Cerritos! Its such a unique and beautiful part of the world, and you're place was just as described. We're already talking about a return trip :)

  • Great place. Clean, comfortable, nice folks at the office. I felt comfortable and at the right location for being close to the Cerritos surf break. The pool and oven fired pizza restaurant on site were awesome also. I loved it here.

  • The bungalow was (URL HIDDEN) was very clean, we cooked several times, you have a nice little terrace and the walking distance to the beach is only 7 minutes.you can go surfing, swim in the sea or the pool or visit the nearby villages. It is really good and cheap to rent a car at the airport. If you have questions there is always someone at the reception and last but not least the italian food at the cerritos beach camp was delicious.thanks for the nice stay, aaron.

  • Nice location, clean place, good for a couple. I'd book it again, if it wasn't for the wifi issue. The bungalow DOES NOT HAVE WIFI. The wifi is only in the pool area. I don't think they should announce it as they have wifi, because it is not true.

  • Our stay was fantastic! The place was exactly as listed -- simple, comfortable and in a great complex of other little places with a beautiful pool/hot tub, friendly staff, and nice neighbors. The beach was a short walk with surfing, nice swimming, and really friendly locals to rent surfboards from or get a massage. Lots of yummy eats nearby in Pescadero and Todos Santos. We wanted a place to really be mellow and enjoy our family and this was perfect. Thanks so much!

Small and Quiet gated compound with 16 other units.
  • What a great experience! We wanted to go to Mexico and experience the culture, spend some time getting some sun, and enjoy the ocean. This was the ticket! As first-timers in Mexico, we wanted to find somewhere clean, quiet and relaxing (as this was also our honeymoon!). This place is one of a handful of clean, family friendly units inside a wall-enclosed, beautifully landscaped property. The wonderful pool is like an oasis in the desert. Everything we needed, from kitchen gadgets to a printed area guide, was there waiting for us to make our stay enjoyable. All we needed to do was buy groceries and some basic toiletries and we were set. The unit was comfortable and had a welcoming, casual style with good quality amenities. The area is great! You're just a few steps from Free Souls (amazing Italian food in Mexico of all places). You're just a short walk from a great beach! We walked the rocks on the north side, got some couple massages, and enjoyed some great local food from the restaurant right on the beach. The beach has great waves for surfing and surf lessons and boards (for a fee) to help you with the experience. We experienced warm sun and cool breezes for our entire trip. If you're looking for a bustling, people-filled, resort destination... this is NOT it. This is closer to the culture, closer to the people, more personal and tangible than the touristy places you might find elsewhere. Just a short drive away is central Pescadero and Todos Santos where we got to mingle with the locals a bit, bargain with merchants, eat AMAZING food, and enjoy some great ice cream on a warm day. Oh, and if you're looking for a little excitement, it's not far away. We took a 3 hour ATV tour through the Baja desert, hills and beach-side. It was a thrilling, but dusty, experience I'd like to do again. We also met up with a local fisherman that took us deep sea fishing... we enjoyed fresh Yellow Fin tuna that night. Looking forward to my next trip!

  • This place exceeded expectations by a lot. It is charming and comfortable with an excellent pool and sitting area outside. The place is only a couple of minutes walk to the beach and the surf is great! This is an ideal location if you want to get out of the chaos of cabo and enjoy time on the beach with family or significant other. It is nicely decorated with a modern kitchen and appliances and great island. My 11 year old son said it was the best vacation he's ever had!

    Tim2017-08-04T00:00:00Z
  • David's place was an absolute dream! We were in awe of the pool, the place, the location. The pool at the condo was beautiful. Every morning we started with a cup of coffee outside, planning out our day. Sometime we would drive into town and head to a local farm to table restaurant or head to Todos Santos, a short drive from the condo. Cerritos Beach is an incredible location for surfing and playing in the water. The waves were perfect for both beginners and advanced surfers. If needed, there are lots of locals teaching surfing lessons. This was the perfect location or relax and have fun, or take in the local nightlife, as this is close to several restaurants within walking distance. I loved my vacation and will come back many many times!!! It felt safe, secure, relaxing and fun! Thanks David!!!!!

  • Nice place, clean rooms, beautiful sunrise/ocean views, great to have a kitchenette, friendly staff. Food wasn't that great at the restaurant but nice view, prices were the same as nicer restaurants closeby like Free Souls. Pretty disappointed that it wasn't clear Airbnb prices didn't include a 20% tax to be paid at the time of arrival (maybe my fault for not reading the fine print), would be nice if there was a note about that at checkout. All in all a good experience though!

  • The only way to get the hot water in your shower to work is if you heat up the sink first.

  • Basic room but a great place for the price. Quick, 30 second walk to the beach. Super friendly staff. Expensive food and drinks (same as everything in the area apparently) but everything they made we loved.

    Jayce2017-07-05T00:00:00Z
  • Great views from all the rooms I think. The beach was exactly what we like. When the tide goes out it is extra safe for the kiddos. We were there for New Years so that may change throughout the year (I don't know) surf was excellent for beginners or advanced. Drinks and bar area are awesome (food looked good too). We are plotting our return to this part of Mexico! It seemed like this area is just getting built up now so hopefully we get there again soon...

  • This is the perfect hotel if you want to spend some time at the beach. It is down a long dirt road but a great beach once you arrive. The staff was friendly and available to get anything we needed. It has nice modern decor. We enjoyed falling asleep to the waves crashing every night.

  • Fantastic place. Very friendly neighbors and a short walk to the beach. Kris is a great host and was responsive and fair when we ran into a couple issues with our flights being delayed. Would definitely recommend Cerritos over todos santos if you are looking for a beach vacation where you can surf and swim. It's only a 10 min drive to todos santos for good food options.

  • Great place to stay! Very cute accommodations. Exactly how I picture a place in Mexico to look. Bathroom is adorable half inside half out. Perfect for cooking for guest outside in the patio area that also has a huge private rooftop deck, accessible by spiral staircase. You won't be disappointed.

    ashley2016-10-19T00:00:00Z
  • We love Kris' casita! It was a five-star AirBnB for us! It's comfortable, charming, and beautifully decorated. Wait until you see the bathroom with the thatched roof in the shower; my favorite room in the house! Both beds have firm mattresses. There's plenty of closet space and drawers. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. We spent much of our time on the rooftop patio and ate our meals at the outdoor table. We loved hanging out here! The casita is, at most, a 10-minute walk to the beach. And what a beach! We could hear the surf all night long, which further helped us relax. The complex has a great pool and hot tub. The swim-up bar has been closed since the 2014 hurricane — but we were able to bring our own beer to enjoy. The complex also has a pizza/Italian restaurant, which we enjoyed several times; very friendly staff. The casita is a 10- to 15-minute drive to Todos Santos. We had a rental car part of the time; it's an easy drive. After we turned in our car, Chavas at the mini-mart outside the complex found us a cab driver and would arrange our pickups and deliveries. (Chavas was a great resource for us — he speaks excellent English — so I recommend you frequent his market.) As a host, Kris was very responsive. We had a couple of questions during our stay, and he responded promptly. We'll definitely be back.

    Beth2016-01-25T00:00:00Z
  • We truly enjoyed our stay at Kris' casita. We appreciated the simplicity of the decor and the indoor-outdoor living. A great experience!

    Emily2016-02-14T00:00:00Z
  • Quiet, well-equipped little casita just a 5-10 minute walk from Cerritos surf beach. My 6-year-old loved the community pool, and I loved the surfing. There's lots there for a beach trip that is available for guests' use, including beach umbrellas, beach chairs, sand castle stuff, and even a few board games. The rooftop deck is also gorgeous during the sunset. Great kitchen inside, plus an outdoor grill, but be careful about the ants - they'll find you and congregate if you're not diligent about cleanup.

    Russell & Stana2017-07-06T00:00:00Z
  • Great place and location! I would stay again.

    Samantha2017-05-21T00:00:00Z
  • Kris was very communicative and accommodating--and we were admittedly a bit unorganized prior to arrival, so that was much appreciated. The casita is beautiful with many lovely decorative details. It is an easy house to manage, and Kris has supplied high quality linens. It is well set-up for cooking onsite (although the fire alarm is VERY sensitive). The casita is part of an ex-pat community of Villas--many of whom were friendly but mostly kept to themselves. Although there is a pool, bar and pizza oven onsite, I appreciated that Villas Cerritos didn't feel too resort-like. We felt a car is necessary to get around--one could walk to the beach during the day, but night time was a bit sketchy on dirt roads, especially with kids. Plus you'll want to make many trips to Pescadero and Todos Santos. Wifi works well. Nice to have AC but rarely needed. The one drawback--beyond Kris' control--is that the Villas Cerritos is still under construction, so there are workers onsite pretty early.

    Jennifer2015-04-05T00:00:00Z
  • We had an amazing week at Kris's place! The villa was spacious and clean. It was nice to have two beds and we enjoyed the unique outdoor bathroom and the wood fire oven. The beach chairs and towels came in handy. We walked to yoga classes at Baja Zen and practiced on the open roof top patio with bautiful views and we could even check the surf from the roof. We cooked many meals in the villa and purchased beautiful organic veggies from HerbaBuena and the other little veggie stand on the highway. The neighbors are all very nice and laid back. It's a tight little community and we made some new friends. Favorite restaurants were Napoli Pizza (the on site restaurant), Free Souls (within walking distance) and the taco stands on the highway in Pescadero. Baja Beans on Sunday morning was interesting and we picked up some fresh beans for our daily cup of joe. Make sure you buy ground beans because the villa doesn't have a coffee grinder. The bed linens were very comfortable. Bring an eye mask if you like to sleep in because there aren't any curtains or window coverings in the villa. Thank you Kris ...we will be back soon!!

The location here is really special. You are close enough to Todos Santos and Cabo San Lucas that you can drive in for the day, but far enough away where you'll have total peace and quiet at night. The stars sparkle SO much from this place, and the beach is really pleasant.
Quiet little community. There is a few good wood oven pizza places and small taco shops with amazing Baja fish tacos.
  • Perfectly simple place with the perfect amount of luxury with high-quality sheets & towels. Watch the surf break from your deck; couldn't be a more perfect spot.

  • The place was clean and as described. Although Aaron wasn't around during our arrival, the unit is managed by a front office and it was super easy to get set up in the bungalow. He was also very prompt in responding to emails and ensuring we had everything we needed to get settled in. Cheers :)

  • This bungalow made for a cozy stay at Cerritos beach for two. The view from this top level unit was beautiful - the mountains and the beach! The location was perfect- an easy stroll to the beach and an easy drive to Todos Santos, La Paz or Cabo. But being right at Cerritos beach was perfect for us. The unit was supplied with enough kitchen stuff to make simple meals. The double bed was comfortable. The restaurant had fabulous thin crust pizzas and salads. Everyone we met around Cerritos and really everywhere we travelled were so welcoming! We will be back for another visit for sure!

  • Aaron was a great host. We booked at the last minute and Aaron got everything ready for our arrival. He is very personable and easy to deal with. Aaron's cozy place is the perfect spot to be to enjoy the beauty of Los Cerritos. It's got a great view and has everything you need to relax including a kitchen, refrigerator and boogie board! The pool and pizza restaurant were nice ammenties to have as well. If you love to surf this is the spot for you.

  • Cerritos beach is an absolutely amazing place to relax and unwind! It's quiet and breathtaking beautiful!! I enjoyed staying at Villas De Cerritos a LOT! Managers were exceptionally friendly and helpful - it felt like visiting a family on Christmas :) The Italian restaurant on the property was so good that I ended up using it every night! Plus there is a great (newly opened) coffee shop with seriously good espresso (!!!) in just 3 minutes walk from the property! What else can you ask for??!! Many thanks, Aaron!

    Elena2016-12-30T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great 3 day stay. It was easy to find, easy to go to the beach each day, and easy to explore. Surf lessons right on the beach! Great hot tub and nice neighbors! Short drive to Todos Santos. It was an easy drive to Pescadero where we ate roadside tacos, farm to table dinners at Hierbabuena and Rancho. We highly recommend!

  • This place is really cute and quiet but a couple things to be aware of: it's about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The roads in Cerritos are dirt and fairly torn up from storms so a 4 wheel drive car is needed. There is no AC in the place, which is a huge downfall if your there September to October when it's 90-100 degrees everyday. The bed is actually a pull out couch and it's fairly comfortable but feels like a pull out couch, not a bed. Todos Santos is the nearest town with more restaurants and places to get groceries, which is about 15 minutes away. The Hammock and grill is shared with the upstairs neighbor, which isn't a huge issue. I wouldn't stay here with kids but for two people it's great. Overall a good place.

  • We loved our stay at Cerritos! Your place offered such a nice variety of outdoor sitting areas allowing for sun or shade depending on the time of day. My husband and I love to cook and found that the kitchen had everything we needed. We utilized the grill on most evenings. The wifi was fantastic. It allowed us to keep in touch with family and also to watch Netflix some evenings. The community was very welcoming, and I spent many hours at the relaxing pool and Jacuzzi. We found lots of road and trails to explore on and best of all my husband could access the beach to surf quickly. Overall, we would recommend your place to anyone wanting to enjoy Baja away from the hustle and bustle of Cabo. Thanks again, Kristin and Neil

There are amazing restaurants within a few minutes drive as well as in Pescadero and Todos Santos. Whales are booming and turtles are hatching during the season.
  • If you want to be relax and enjoy with your family this the best spot ever ... 3km of beach with no one , surf and nature all around the house . you must go there

Olas de Cerritos Hotel is located in Los Cerritos Beach, one of the best places for surfing all year. We are a small hotel with 8 rooms, a comun kitchen area and a salty warm water pool. We are 30 minutes from Cabo San Lucas and 15 minutes from the magical town Todos Santos.
  • Hotel Olas de Cerritos is a Gem! The rooms are very clean, the salt water pool is perfect for children with a separate shallow section, the community kitchen has everything you need including a BBQ. There is also a nice hammock areas in the shade to chill after a day of surfing. The hotel is a quick walk to the really nice beach of Cerritos. Breakfast is also included. We will come back for sure!

  • Would really recommend this place. We were 3 couples with an apartment each - we basically had the place to ourselves. The breakfast we were served was the best food we had the entire trip!! It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach, you would need a car for sure to get to restaurants and shops from here. LOVED that the hotel offered free use of bikes, chairs, body boards, umbrellas. Would stay here again.

  • Olas de Cerritos is the most wonderful place in the world! I can't say enough good things about it. The hotel is clean and well maintained, and it had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Surf boards, chairs, and umbrellas were available to borrow. It's a short walk from a beautiful beach and surf break. The hostess was helpful and generous. The cat is delightful! It is also quiet and serene. We enjoyed reading a book in the hammocks almost as much as surfing the waves! The hotel is also a short drive from some very delicious food. (Make sure you visit Hierbabuena!) Five stars all day. :) We will be back!

My place is close to Cerritos surf break , Pescadero BCS , Todos Santos. art and culture, great views, restaurants and dining. You’ll love my place because its quiet with a secluded little beach in front , short walk to surf break, My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
Measures 22ft x16 ft plus 16 x 16 deck Plus bathroom . Larger than most Rooms. Only two suites , and Dave the Proprietor / maintenance lives on site. Place is new . King size bed , leather couch, Full kitchen.
Cerritos is in a rural area , my closest neighbour is a block away. The Hacienda Hotel/ castle. The walking or biking trails in back go for miles , with exotic desert plants abundant. Beach stretches for miles in both directions. 7 restaurants walking distance. 3 or 4 yoga studios nearby. Groceries , Beer. 1km. Whales are plentiful nov. to march. Both decks are high for ocean veiws, fishing, diving are world class. Not to mention the mountain range behind Us. The sun and moon rise over the mountains. The sky is so clear here you won't believe the stars. I forgot about the weather ,maybe because Its always the same. Perfect!! The surrounding countryside has 3 or more eco systems. Sea birds, shore birds, desert birds, marsh birds. I have seen without leaving my property. Osprey, frigates, pelicans, road runners, owls, blue birds, Doves, humming birds, finches, mocking birds, oriels, and many I don't know the names of.
  • It was an amazing experience staying at Dave's. The place is very clean and fresh. And, it is the only dwelling with easy access to a public cove that hardly anybody uses. We watched whales, regularly pass by with our morning coffee on the lanai, looking over a cove. And, It is incredibly close to the surf break of Cerritos beach. It is a quick walk, or drive, down the hill to the beach. Dave even had a beach umbrella and chairs for us to take to the beach for the week we were there.

    Judy2016-12-25T00:00:00Z
  • Loved our stay at Cerritos Beach. This house has beautiful views of the beach and mountains and is a short walk to a nearly private beach right in front of the house. Just a few minutes drive to restaurants and grocery. Dave knows the area well and was very helpful with recommendations for sight seeing and restaurants . We did a little exploring, but honestly, our favorite spot was the beach right in front of our house!! Would definitely stay here again.

    Robin2017-01-04T00:00:00Z
  • This is the easiest place to recommend. The location can't be beat: the house sits steps away from its own secluded beach and only 15 minutes drive to the idyllic surf town of Todos Santos. The spacious studio has a full kitchen, roomy bath, king-size bed, and large covered deck facing the Pacific ~ from which whales can be seen frolicking along the coast-line while you have your morning coffee. Let's not forget Dave (the host) himself, and his side-kick Moola. Easy to find, yet never intrusive, this "man and his best friend" provide local knowledge & a personal touch. Though our intent was to pass through this town, we were reluctant to leave. No other stop in Baja compared. Highly recommend!

    Kevin2017-01-21T00:00:00Z
  • I couldn't imagine a better place to stay in all of southern Baja than Dave's house. The views were breathtaking from the moment you arrive. His incredibly sweet dog would greet us every morning and give us all the love. Just an incredibly relaxing and wonderful place to stay. We are definitely coming back and soon!

Relax and unwind in this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath beachfront apartment. Enjoy preparing your meals in our spacious, fully equipped kitchens. Unparalleled stunning views. Step outside your door onto the soft sand of San Pedrito Beach and be transported... you will want to return again and again.
Located on the highest point on San Pedrito Beach, our beautiful Mexican home was built to maximize the astonishing views from our living rooms, bedrooms and decks.
  • The setting of the house is magical. It sits on top of a little hill overlooking a beach where you barely see anyone. The area has a few houses to either side, all residing on large lots, and you feel a tremendous amount of privacy. The beach is wide and the sand is soft, so it is great for walks. The house is extremely comfortable, clean and well equipped with fantastic views from most of the rooms, especially the master and living room, and of course the palapa where you will be spending most of your time. The other two bedrooms are to the back. There is also a separate upstairs apartment with great decks and an additional roof deck. The house is located close to a small village called Pescadero, which is about 15 minutes south of Todos Santos. There are a couple of great restaurants close by, and stores for food, etc. We recommend getting there in the daylight the first day, as the dirt roads can get a bit tricky to distinguish at night. There is a surf break very close to the house which is recommended for intermediate to proficient surfers. For beginners it's better to go to Los Cerritos beach, about 10-15 min to the south. I read that the break (San Pedrito) can get busy but we only saw one person there once. I'm sure it depends much on the season. During low season you can expect very few people around here. And the temperatures even in summer aren't as high as you may expect. Plus, there is always a refreshing ocean breeze. Russell is an extraordinary host who went way out of his way to make our stay at his beautiful house comfortable. His level of patience to our many questions was very much appreciated. We would highly recommend this house if you are looking for a relaxing beach vacation with a house right on the sand, far from the hustle and bustle of any city yet close enough to town (Todos Santos) that you can get your restaurant and culture fix any time you want it. This is a beach without any development more than two stories in height and the houses are spread far apart. It is one of those few strips of beauty that hasn't been destroyed by big hotel development.

  • THIS PROPERTY is FANTASTIC. Not only was the view to die for, the place was clean, easy to check into and the guys at the bar were awesome with flexible check-out, recommendations about the area and the suggestion to paint a rock and glue it to the wall to leave our mark and have a great memory. Marcelo was very responsive as we contacted him several days prior and then did not end up booking until the day of arrival while we were actually driving there. He even set up a ride for us from the property to Todoas Santos for our departure. Great place to stay, highly recommend and AMAZING VIEW of the beach. Don't pass this one up!!

  • This was a fantastic place to stay to surf and enjoy the chill Baja vibe. It's an easy walk to the beach and an easy drive to Pescador or Todos Santos. The bed was super comfortable and the AC worked great. There was a lot of storage available in the condo. The shower was great and there was always hot water. The kitchennete was stocked with the cookware we needed and the full size fridge was handy. The friendly staff lent us a boogie board.

My place, Cerritos Tesoro, is located within the Cerritos Puesta del Sol Community and walking distance to the beach! You'll love its luxurious finishes and family friendly amenities. This gated community is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. Prices do not include 19% tax. Wifi is provided. AC is rarely needed, a precious resource and easily made accessible for an additional fee.
Welcome to the Puesta del Sol Community, where you can relax in a clean, modern, and brand-new 2 bedroom condo with your friends or family before taking a dip in the pool or walking the short distance to Cerritos Beach. Enjoy a beer at the Cerritos Beach Club or a Pińa Colada at the Whale Bar while watching whales breaching during season. Take a stroll along the peaceful, uncrowded ocean front. Rent a boogie or surfboard and hit the waves, or take a surf lesson (all available right there). When you're ready to relax, get a $30/hour massage right on the beach. When you've had your fill of sun, head next door to Freesouls Restaurant for happy hour and dinner, or walk to any other delicious restaurants nearby (Pizza after a day of surfing? Yes, Please!) . You can also head to Pescadero for more delicious choices, just 5 minutes away, or take the 10 minute drive to Todos Santos, which not only boasts amazing restaurants, but also great shopping and beautiful art galleries. The next morning, head to my favorite place, Baja Beans, for divine coffee and quick eats, and if it is a Sunday, stay for their delightful farmer's market. Our condo has a fully equipped kitchen so that you can pick up fresh fruits and vegatables at the stand in Pescadero and enjoy eating on our patio, or sip coffee on our lounge chairs. The master bedroom has one large and cozy king bed, and the 2nd bedroom has 2 full beds, so that 6 people can comfortably sleep. This is a very family-friendly place that works great for small children (we have a toddler) since it is all on one level. A highchair, baby bathtub, and sand toys can be made available to you upon request. If its a rejuvenating get away that you're after, this is the place to come!
  • This place was better than the photos portrayed. We stayed here in lower season so it was nice and quiet in the complex the whole week. Only 2 minor things: There's a Mexican tax that gets added to the final cost. Also, there was noise from the above apartment (awesome family, just poor sound barriers), which wouldn't deter me from staying there, but is good to know if you are traveling with light sleepers or infants. There was also a bit of construction next door but it didn't bother us much. Location couldn't be sweeter with FreeSouls right next door, and the pool was so perfect for our toddler. Alex and Lauren took care of us at short notice and were really lovely. We would definitely stay again!

This unit at the Villas is a charming, authentically built palapa, surrounded by beautiful desert landscape. There is a double futon in the living space, a dining area, private bathroom and 2 ceiling fans which keep the palapa cool. The kitchen is located outside with additional living and dining space to enjoy the cool mornings and warm evenings of Baja.  The outdoor shower is great for rinsing off when you return from the beach, which is only a 5 minute walk away.  This palapa is an end unit, adjacent to a flourishing garden space. There is WiFi in the common area by the pool and restaurant. While you may be spending most of your time at the beach, the available amenities at the Villas de Cerritos Beach  include: a pool and hot tub, restaurant (open during winter months) with fantastic wood-oven pizza, friendly front desk staff and 24 hour security. Additionally, there are many local activities, including surfing, snorkeling, fishing, whale watching, horseback riding, yoga, massages, shopping, dining and several other beaches you may want to explore.  A vehicle is a must for getting around the area.  The quaint town of Todos Santos is a 15 minute drive away, full of art galleries, shopping and great dining experiences.  The town of Pescadero is only minutes away, Cabo is 45 minutes and the airport in San Jose is 1 hour, 15 minutes on the new bypass. This unit does not currently have AC.
The quaint boutique community of Villas De Cerritos Beach is a 2012 & 2013 Trip Advisor award winner and when you get here, you`ll know why. Were not only a short 10 minute stroll to one of the most magical beaches in Baja, but we`re surrounded by miles of hiking, walking and bike riding trails. Our owners here are some of the warmest and most hospitable people you`ll meet and you may find your best Baja tips sitting by the pool, conversing with many of our Canadian and American snowbirds. We`re not Cabo! This is a rustic, laid back community and if you embrace a casual lifestyle, you will never want to leave. Todos Santos, Cerritos and Pescadero are bohemian, historical, spiritual and full of life. Most people who visit, explore purchasing property here because it really is that special. With all the exploring there is to do and because of the proximity to town and restaurants, you will want to rent a vehicle while staying with us.

We are located in a half hour drive from Cabo San Lucas, along the Pacific Coast and near the artist community of Todos Santos, lies the eco resort, The Mayan Village. The Mayan Village is off the grid, all natural beach front village with minimal foot print. Imagine laying in your artfully crafted private cabaña, enjoying full view of the ocean and sand, and the sound of the rolling waves. That alone is an experience in itself.
Each Cabaña is a simple palapa made of local Palo De Aero that grows naturally in the local Sierra de la Laguna mountains. Each is woven with locally harvested palm fronds from Washingtonia palm trees. The artesanias remove the dead leaves from the trees and weave them into a work of art. The palm trees are not harmed and continue to create a renewable source of building materials. This unique structure is totally water tight, but still breathes with the environment.
Pescadero is a small ejido in the municipality of La Paz in the Mexican state of Baja California Sur. It is located at kilometer 64 of Federal Highway 19 in the Pacific Ocean about 8 miles south of the Todos Santos Magic Town. In the Mexican census of 2010 reported a population of 2,569 habitants. The weather in Pescadero is one of the best of all Baja California Sur. Influenced by the Pacific Ocean, it moderates temperatures throughout the year. In the summer, ocean breezes keep heat at bearable levels. In winter, in general, the months of March to May, it is characterized by mildly warm days and lower temperatures at night. Pescadero is like an oasis in the desert. The village borders the Sierra de la Laguna mountains to the east and the Pacific Ocean to the west. In the growing area of Pescadero, we find palm plantations that surround roads and farms where they coexist with a low density of private residences. In sight we find cherry, tomato and basil sowing. Most of these products are grown for export and end up in markets and gourmet food stores in the United States.
  • This place is really a gem. And Abraham was wonderful. I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel and the people who run it.

  • Very beautiful and well equipped house! All you need when near the beach. It even has an outdoor shower and awesome flooring where you don't have to worry if your feet are a little wet! Nice roof for star gazing. The owner worried about many of the details. Quiet and nice, nice pool too, 5 minutes walk to cerritos beach. I would go back there :)

  • The three of us had a great time staying here. The pool and hot tub were a great asset after a day of surfing. Pizza napoli, located by the pool, makes great pizzas, and everyone was very friendly. The house itself was a good size for three men. Beds were comfortable. Great outdoor seating on the ground floor patio but we would have liked a better seating arrangement on the rooftop deck to enjoy the sunsets over drinks. It's a bit of a walk to the beach if you plan on carrying boards, chairs, umbrellas etc. Having a car was definitely a necessity for getting in to todos santos and pescadero. Overall, it was a great trip and I wouldn't hesitate to come back to this area. Surf was top notch on two days of our trip! Thanks, Denise!

The facilities in the Villas -- pool and hot tub-- are a fun retreat from the beach. The proximity to Cerritos Beach is the best part of Casa 20. A 10 minute walk and you are in one of the prettiest beaches, with great surfing, people, and we even saw whales! Thank you for a great trip and we are looking forward to visiting Baja again!
