It is 200 metres from the new cycle/walk Greenway which goes from Dungarvan to Waterford with a total distance of 46k. The local beach in Abbeyside is 200m and the beautiful beach of Clonea is 5K which can be accessed by a bicycle path. There are 3 golf courses in the area. The childrens playground and shops are a 3 min walk from the house.

This apartment is on the third floor of the apartment block, overlooking Dungarvan bay, and can accommodate up to 5 people. In a very central location, surrounded by award-winning restaurants and bars and only a 2 minute walk from the town square. Guest parking space on site. The famous Waterford Greenway with bike hire is only a short walk away. Tourist attractions such as Dungarvan castle, art galleries and the museum are also extremely close by. Clonea beach is only 5 Km away.
