Shery is very accommodating and super friendly. The condo itself was very clean. There are a couple of reviews saying that the area is not safe I didn't have that vibe at all. There is beach access via vehicle just down the street or you can walk right outside. Walking distance to everything you need. Nightlife, restaurants, shops. I would stay here again, and I would recommend it!

Ricky and Marina's place is perfect. Quiet little neighborhood that's literally a 10 minute walk from the beach. It's super nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. It's behind their actual house and you can come in and out as you please without feeling like you're bothering them. We highly recommend it if you're in the Daytona area!

Although, I did rent a car (which they generously allowed me to park in the driveway), you most definitely can walk to the beach. I would suggest a pair of comfortable shoes to make the trip and if you want to explore the area, a rental car makes that super easy. The room was stocked with everything I needed, and more! I arrived quite late, and I appreciated the snacks waiting for me after a long drive from Orlando. Also, the K-cups were a godsend and satisfied my need for caffeine each morning. There were clean, fluffy bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths, also shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower! There is a code on the door to gain entrance and a simple alarm system, if you choose to use it. I felt safe the entire time, and spent the majority of my time out and about, so I didn't feel the need to use it. The bed is a futon-like mattress, a semi-private toilet with sink & mirror, a mini fridge, a microwave, and a K-cup style coffee maker. There are normal neighborhood noises, ie. cars driving by, neighbors dog barking (I heard this maybe three times), muffled voices, but nothing that was disturbing or loud. I just wanted to include this in case anyone reading this desires absolute silence! This place was absolutely perfect for a single-girl just looking for a get away at the beach!

There are 2 popular bars with live music right behind the property tho. You could hear the babes, but it wasn't overwhelming or too loud. Our little one slept like a rock. The beach is literally 4 blocks away with a splash park and playground for the little ones. Check out the pier at night for cool lights!

There were 4 of us and we fit fine (with an air mattress) but Debora told us upfront that it might be tight with 4 adults. We were not there much but when we did get in for the night it was nice to walk in to such a cozy place. We had everything we needed. Wesley and Debora checked in with us while we were making our 9hr drive. Wesley suggested we try The Daytona Taproom. OMG! We ate there 2 nights in a row. The Fat Elvis is amazing. They only thing I'm disappointed about it that I have to wait another year to eat there again. Thank you Wesley and Debora! Next year we hope to give you that jeep ride you wanted. Our first trip to Daytona was a success!!

Lots of great touches-my kids enjoyed the beach toy, surf boards and the thoughtful water hose to wash down all our stuff and sand outside. the little basket of treats at the entrance was a sweet touch and memorable for my husband who was getting Hangry and needed a little snack when we arrived. Perfect hot showers with no lack of hot water unlike the other place my friends were staying at. Owners checked in to make sure things were going well and the stay was enjoyable. What a surprise when we see the pool area will be closed for almost all week (Tuesday-Friday) we were staying from Monday to Wednesday. The check in is at 3pm, the time we arrive and install it's more than 4pm so we enjoyed the pool area 2 hours for all the stay! We thought that instead we will spend some time at the gym! Another surprise, we do not have access to the gym! The walls are very thin, we heard a lot of noise till 3 am!!! When I tried to contact Rhonda first day she answered me very fast, the other days she don't really cared and don't answered! The apartment itself was great.

Unbeatable location, right on the atlantic ocean. The pool and pool deck facing the beach was fantastic. The unit was clean and well stocked. We didn't get to the unit until around 1 in the morning and we had the wrong address (the listing was apparently wrong, but this was fixed after we brought it to their attention), but the host was available by phone even that late at night to help clear up the problem. We would definitely stay there again!

Steve's condo is situated perfectly on Daytona Beach. It is very comfortable and the pull down bed was also quite comfortable. We had all the comforts of home and did most of the cooking on a George Foreman Grill. Steve was great. Everything was as he stated. Steve is a great host. The hotel has a pool, hot tub, and a tiki bar on the ocean side with snacks and beverages. Everything was within walking distance (restaraunts, shops, and the pier). I was concerned about the small space and Murphy bed, but it was very comfortable and we enjoyed it very much. Will definitely plan our trip here again next year!

I just spent 12 nights at Grandpas Hideaway and it was wonderful! Everything is exactly as described.....the apartment is so cozy, comfortable and peaceful. There is a full size refrigerator, stove, beautiful bathroom, comfy bed and living room with the TV. I like to be home at night and there were many channels to watch, which was great for me. The apartment was peaceful and quiet and felt very private. I loved going "home" after a busy day to relax there. There is a cute patio as well, to sit outside after a long day. The location is perfect. I walked to the beach, boardwalk and Main Street. There is a Starbucks and lots of places to eat and plenty of shopping. The hosts are very thoughtful. They touched based with me during my stay to make sure I got settled in okay and they sent me suggestions of things I might like to see. They made sure I knew if I needed anything to let them know. Anytime I wrote them with a question, their response was immediate. Thank-you Grandma, Grandpa and Auntie for making my trip to Daytona so great! Your hideaway is very special and I'm lucky to have found it. I look forward to returning in the future!

My wife and I even talked about painting our master bath the same color we like sit so much. The furniture, bedding, etc made it feel like a home away from home. The place is 50 feet from the pool and 100 feet from the beach entrance. My kids had free reign of the whole pool the entire time we were there. The other residents and guests were very friendly with us. We also were able to walk to several restaurants, putt putt golf and the local ice cream shack daily! Very low key and relaxing vacation on the beach! I also want to mention that we had an issue where we popped a circuit running a hair dryer and the microwave at the same time; however, I mention this because I want to brag on the local butler service. I texted him, John, at 10pm at night and by 10:30pm he had gotten the maintenance people to unlock the room where the circuit breaker was and had us back to normal and the issue resolved quickly. It's easy to have good customer service when everything goes right, but they really shined when something went wrong. I would stay at Whitney's place again for sure!

Bed was comfy, my 2 boys slept on couch and an air mattress (we brought) because they didn't want to sleep together. But teenager said couch was good. You can walk on beach right to crabby joe's to eat on the little boardwalk. Whitney responded quickly and had a local contact person that we reached because of a small issue. They worked hard to get it taken care of and she even compensated us for it in a very quick fashion. Would definitely stay here again!!

Its location is near Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, near stores and restaurants, and is not too far from the beach. The apartment was nice, clean, and spacious, towels were there for us to use, the apartment has a nice view of the pool which looked very clean, although we did not have a chance to go to it. The bed was nice and comfy, and there was a futon in the living room.

Everything was nice and clean. Jay has a beautiful home stocked with just about everything you need for your stay. Everything was spotless. It felt like home away from home. Will definitely be willing to stay in the future!

Jay is a great host, really careful and makes sure you are comfortable all the time. The place is VERY clean and very upscale. The neighborhood, located in a nice Golf Club is very charm, tranquil and nice and it is pleasant to walk around. The place is strategically close to everything - Ormond, Port Orange and just 15 minute from the Beach. Jay's house have all you need for your convenience and comfort. This is one of the best cost X benefit experiences you will ever find at airbnb. My wife and I were enchanted and in love with the place. And about Jay... well, more than just a good host, we gained a good friend.

We were welcomed friendly and with open arms and even got a little welcome concert on his keyboard! Everthing was very clean and comfy and we really felt at home instantly!We had an own bathroom and were allowed to use the living room and kitchen as well. I would totally recommend Jay's house to everyone!

Our stay in Daytona Beach was great! Julia was very nice and willing to help with anything we needed. The house was clean and very comfortable, and we loved the self check-in feature. We would definitely stay again!
