Debra's air bnb was one of best experience to me during the trip. When I entered room, I was almost amazed about how beautiful and clean it is! You see pictures and will think 'oh, this house looks nice'. But No, it is more than nice, and more than what you can see in the pictures. Besides beach is in walking distance and Debra is really warm, welcoming person. Actually, I booked the other bnb, but they canceled 3 days before I arrived. So that's why I found Debra's house. Now I can say, that cancel of other bnb was so lucky for us. I strongly recommend Debra's house. Ofc, I'd love to stay here someday again! Thank you so much Debra :)

We stayed in Debra's and Michael's place for three nights. The appartment is exactly as advertised - spacious, very cozy, sparkling clean and in a superb location just behind the beach - it takes you about 2 minutes to walk right onto the beautiful sand of Cocoa Beach. We didnt meet Debra personally, but her husband Michael gave us a hearty welcome so we felt at home right from the start. He was also always available in case we needed anything and gave us good directions around town. We received breakfast vouchers for two Cafes just around the corner, where a delicious breakfast was served. In summary, we spent several gorgeous days in a great appartment in Cocoa beach and only regretted that we had to leave so soon. We are definitely planning to come back!

Place was very nice and clean. Has an ultra modern decor. Debbie was an extremely hospitable and gracious host. The INCLUDED breakfast next door was AMAZING. Coffee in the room was fantastic, too. All around a GREAT Airbnb experience!

Paula's room was perfect for what my sister and I needed. We arrived for our cruise a day earlier, but didn't want to book a hotel for the few hours we would be in Cocoa Beach (Literally arrived at 10pm and left early AM). The room and apartment is small, but it really is all you need. A shower and towels are provided across the hall. This place is right on the beach too; I would consider it your typical beach house. Our flight was delayed, plus there was a bunch of traffic due to a festival going on; we kept in touch with Paula, she was prompt to respond and cool with the check in. Shortly after arriving--We actually ended up walking a few blocks to the beach club for some awesome live music and food. It's difficult not to laugh when you're around Paula; a good woman, Thanks for the warm welcome!

The location right on the beach is excellent, with great access to Cocoa Beach businesses and attractions. We stayed an extra day to view a rocket launch off of Kennedy Space Center. The launch can be see right from the beach. The condo complex is older than most, but Gary's unit gives great value for location and was clean and tidy. Gary worked with us to get the extra day and check in and out went smoothly. Thanks for a nice stay.

The condo is great. Just a few steps from the beach. It's not one these ugly 6 floor complexes, just 2 floors. I can highly recommend this condo.

This is a nice place to spend a week. There is nothing fancy, however it is well stocked with dishes & linens. Everything is clean and pleasant. We hope it's available for our next visit.

The "motel-style" condo was literally a few steps from a more private beach than the more touristy pier beach just 5 min away. Beach shop and surf rental across street. The condo was spacious, like a small homewith all the comforts; clean linens, towels, beach chairs, fully stocked kitchen (pots, baking trays, utensils, dishes etc). The bedroom was spacious with a walkin closet and the pull out couch very comfy. It was a great value and we felt very comfortable. Will definitely be re-booking soon.

Our family loved Gary's place. It was everything we could have asked for. The pictures shown is exactly what the apartment looks like. The neighbors were friendly and asked us everyday if we needed anything and how we were enjoying our stay. The beach was just 15 steps away from the door (according to a 6yr old). If we ever come back to Cocoa Beach we would definitely stay at Gary's place again.

Gary's place is exactly what I was looking for! Calm neighborhood with very friendly neighbors, right next to the beach. I will definitely be coming back again if I'm in the area.

Gary was very responsive and the management office was very helpful. Cocoa Beach is a great place to vacation and the location of this rental is nicely situated next to a large resort with accessible dining and of course right on the beach. The unit is no frills but is clean, furnished, and has everything you need in the kitchen, and even some beach items. It also has lots of space for a one bedroom. Having a full kitchen made our stay so much easier than struggling with a small hotel fridge. I would stay here again.

I want to start off saying the owners were very nice and friendly, however there were a lot of issues with my stay. I booked this because it was advertised as a business ready listing and I was traveling for work. The owners were upfront upon check-in that there were some issues with the wifi but in reality it just didn't work. I missed several video conferences and was unable to load so much as a webpage, which was a huge problem for me. I had to leave early and pay for a second room at a hotel in order to conduct the business I was in town for. No bath towels were provided, only beach towels which were very worn and full of holes. The ac was so loud it was impossible to hear the TV even when the sound was on full, and despite there being two units on at once the house wouldn't cool below 80. The units hang directly over the head of the bed so sleeping is difficult with the noise and one ac unit was edged only in crumpled tinfoil. The blinds on the main window stayed completely see-through even when closed/angled as much as possible so I felt very uncomfortable at night. The house is ground level and right next to the public beach access path so there are a lot of strangers walking by at all hours and everything you do is 100% visible. The house has a lot of potential and the owners are very nice but the listing was not as advertised and definitely not a business ready listing.

The stay az Jesse's home has been my best AirBnB experience ever! The place itself is amazing with a lot of influences from different cultures. This, paired with Jesse's great personality and hospitality made my trip in Cocoa Beach unforgettabe. Instead of going out on a Saturday night, all of his guests were sitting in his backyard oasis having some food and drinks and sharing stories with him. I would highly recommend his place to everyone visiting Cocoa Beach!

With airbnb, you're never really sure what type of host you're gonna get but Jesse was simply amazing and has put a lot of love and care into the details of his home. My girls had so much fun in his pool and the set up rivaled the best hotels in the area. The beach is right across the street but we spent more time in his pool. Jesse went above and beyond and treated us like family. Next time we're in town, we're definitely staying here again.

Loved Jesse's place! Lovely home, and the outdoor area is well-planned and decorated--the landscape, pool, hot tub, the music, bar, bbq grill, and the "kat", a kind of dais that is original to Tajikistan. Very customized, very beautiful, very comfortable. It was hard to go to the beach (our original destination) because lounging around, talking with Jesse and enjoying the atmosphere there was just as nice. We stayed in the Tajik room, very nicely furnished. We were not in there very long because, you know, the pool area was so much nicer even into late evening. The bathroom is shared, and there is another bedroom across the way. This may be a problem for people who would like to have a little more privacy. Probably the only issue you might come across. Jesse made a lovely breakfast, including homemade muffins, and we all ate out on the patio/in the kat. I am sure Jesse will be successful in airbnb--but I hope that won't mean that we cannot book another trip there...!

House had literally everything you'd need. Was worried about kitchen stuff based on previous comment, but unwarranted. Kitchen extremely well stocked.

We had few expectations as we didn't know Cocoa Beach and were really pleasantly surprised. We really liked the location which was in the Cocoa Beach downtown and close to all the good hotspots. Lots of good restaurants in the area: Coconuts on the Beach and the bars around it make for a fun spot on and around that beach area. The house is also close to the Aquatic Centre and Golf Club which is also brilliant. The Aquatic Centre has a fabulous olympic size swimming pool which is perfectly under-utilised:). If you are planning on spending a long time there and cooking, I would take your own knives and some kitchen essentials. Check with Derek and Raam as to what is available so you can decide what else you need to bring with you. If you love your own pillows, you may want to bring yours if you are driving there and staying a long time. Derek and Raam were very responsive hosts and answered all our emails, questions and concerns promptly and accurately. The place is small but was perfectly fine for us for the four weeks we stayed here. We would stay here again quite happily.

It was a wonderful 2 months stay, me and my wife had. Derek is a very friendly person and helped us a lot with some problems. He was very courteous and helpful in every second. We would definitely stay there another time.

The cottage is very well appointed and quiet (no noisy neighbors). The private backyard is a nice feature. The unit appeared to be recently renovated and was bright and cheerful. Only a short walk to the ocean...this section of beach is not overpopulated, yet very close to the center of town. Raam and Derek were exceptional hosts, ready to resolve any issues.

Our host couldn't have done more. The location is fantastic. The accomandations are world class.

My stay at Atlantic View Apartments was wonderful! Although the space was tiny, it was immaculate and well appointed with all the comforts of home. I loved the newly remodeled unit with its clean, modern décor. The neighborhood was very quiet. It was an easy walk to the beach, and a short drive to shops and restaurants at both Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. The host was very helpful, providing information on a grocery delivery service and replying promptly to inquiries. This was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend Atlantic View Apartments!

Awesome place with an even better location. Close to the Cocoa Beach pier, but far enough for a less crowded beach. Everything you could need is right there for your use. The permanent tenants were very friendly and welcoming as well. Can't wait to come back and stay again!

The apartment was furnished with everything that you would ever need!! The kitchen was fully stocked with all types of utensils and pans. And you can not beat the location! A great little place to get away from it all! My wife and I enjoyed the apartment a lot. It was beautiful.
