“Laid-back Clearwater Beach is known for its namesake stretch of soft, white sand, which draws visitors year-round for jet-skiing, parasailing, and stand-up paddleboarding in its calm waters. Cyclists and rollerbladers glide along a winding beachfront promenade lined with casual seafood restaurants and cafes. Come sunset, Pier 60 hosts a nightly festival with street performers and craft vendors.”

“I have to recommend Frenchy's since I have been enjoying his Grouper sandwiches since 1983 at the Original Frenchy's. Now a grouper sandwich is a super grouper, and super grouper is a colosal. Still its the best Grouper Sandwich on the Island. It really is 8 ounces. Very crowded at night.”

“Amazing Sunday Brunch spread! If you can make it in at 10am before the church crowd you can usually get right in and enjoy a full dining room full of a buffet-style brunch. Great for a nice dinner as well but brunch is my favorite here. ”

Resort
“A fun beachside bar and restaurant area. Always live music and always great people watching. Ideal for someone looking for nightlife activities or a fun day of day drinking and eating blackened grouper sandwiches! It is located behind one of the hotels and you should be able to park in the parking garage if you are driving. ”

“Free shots anyone? Jimmy's Crows Nest is a rooftop bar on Pier House 60 hotel on Clearwater Beach. If you want the best views of Clearwater Beach, and a free shot at sunset, this is the place to go! Great way to start your night out on Clearwater Beach. There are many bars on the strip within walking distance. If you leave Jimmy's Crows Nest, walk down the marina, and pass the round about, there is a strip of bars. One of the most popular bars is The Brown Boxer.”

“It's for children, so if you got some little ones, this is the most fun they can have. A little slow moving for adults, so they throw in all the beer and wine parents can drink. Take the last cruise of the day when its cooler and the sun sets. Remember, for kids. ”

“I like the Original Frenchy's the best, it doesn't have the sunset view like Frenchy's Rock-a-Way, but the grouers cheeks are delicious, the crabby shrimp sandwich is one of my favorites, they have peanut butter pie, that is really, really good and I have been eating there since 1986!”
