Functional, comfortable and very easy going house close to all amenities inc Gym, Bus/Train, Shops and walking trails.
The room has a full size cupboard. Comfortable queen size bed, 4 power points + Ethernet or Wi-Fi connection in the room + TV. We can offer additional bedding and an inflatable mattress if required. We can offer additional storage if required.
We're lucky enough to be in a very friendly neighborhood. Neighbors on all sides wave and say hello and there are often people out and about exercising, walking dogs or just enjoying the beautiful South East Queensland weather. We have near by Thai, Indian & Chinese restaurants as well as a number of fast food chains, a great butcher, a Woolworths and a number of other shops a 10 minute walk away in the Alexandra Hills Shopping Centre.
  • The house is in a great location close to bus stops going into the city and to the train station. Its very clean, homely and family friendly. The hosts are lovely and always willing to help if needed!

Our private room was beautifully decorated with tv and aircon not to mention close to the front of the house allowing privacy and easy access if youre coming home late. There is a queen bed, and a comfortable queen floor mattress if required. Brisbane Airport only 17km using Gateway Toll Bridge. We are 7.3km ( 9min drive ) away from the Sleeman Sports Complex. There are 2 shopping centres 10 min walk and public transport Brisbane city is 15km away. One hour drive to the Gold Coast, 15 mins drive to Sirromet Winery.

All mod cons are included such as Foxtel, Telstra TV, Google Home and unlimited NBN high speed internet (wifi). This “smart” home is environmentally friendly, uses only non-toxic products and is equipped with two air conditioners and ceiling fans everywhere which ensures your comfort at any time of year. The whole house has filtered water which is delicious to drink. All cleaning products are provided free of charge as this is my home and I prefer to keep it as non-toxic as possible. The accommodation was spacious, provided everything we required & the beds were comfortable. Love the shutters on the windows - great for blocking out external light if you want a sleep in - or open them to catch the airflow. Tammy was a fantastic host & looked after us well, genuinely caring that we had everything we required & were happy, without being imposing. Would very happily return!

  • Definately home from home, we stayed for 6 weeks and we are really going to miss it. It’s really local to everything and close to two large shopping centres and main highways. All facilities you could possibly need are provided and the host Tammy was fantastic, providing everything we needed, advising on places in the local area, she even provided a welcome hamper of bread, milk, egg etc as well as other extras throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend Tiddabinda Airbnb, and thank Tammy for a wonderful stay x

  • We used this AirB&B to have a close by place to stay for a concert at Mt Cotton (Sirromet Wines - a day on the green - cold chisel). It is ideally located and so perfectly clean and tidy. We had Foxtel, Aircon, a comfortable bed and a perfect little couples nest. We will be using it again for future “Day on the Green” stays.

  • When we first arrived, Courtney welcomed us warmly. She provided bread, milk and Jam. Best bread I've ever had!! Which saved us because we were too tired from a long flight to go the store. Overall the studio had everything we needed, it was a cozy place to call home during our stay. It has a bus stop right outside, which is live saving when you don't have a car. We had 100% privacy and it also was very quiet. The most important thing for me was that there were no insects or spiders, the studio was completely clean. Also she was so sweet and kind!! We had a really nice time and would definitely come back. Thank you for being such a wonderful host, Courtney.

  • We had an amazing stay at Courtney’s Airbnb! It was nice because it was a private unit and it was really spacious! The bed was super comfortable and at night it was nice to lay in bed and watch some Netflix on the TV. It was a short distance to the city centre as well as beaches. Courtney and her family truly went above and beyond for us, and we’re so thankful for all the help they provided to us during our stay! We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone in the Brisbane area! ☺️

The kitchen had everything we needed and a big fridge/freezer. Free parking which was great we didnt need public transport but I dont think it was far from it. The hosts got back to us very quickly and were very kind on their responses.

We know many of you are working long hours and under stress and may have also elected to stay away from your loved ones or need to be closer to your workplace. We hope our guest suite will be a home away from home and support you during this unprecedented time.
    Located in Springwood with easy access to the M1 we have a downstairs self contained guest suite with 2 large bedrooms, own bathroom and small functional dining area. One bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other a double. Both have robes, chest of drawers, desk, chair and overhead fans. The queen room also has aircon and TV. The small dining area is equipped with fridge, microwave toaster and kettle and you can prepare light meals and snacks. We supply clean sheets, towels, toiletries and some basic breakfast items. We are also available to: • Prepare home cooked health and nutritious meals for you. I just love to cook and bake and will work with your food preferences and shifts • Assist with washing and ironing if needed • Run errands and undertake essentials shopping • Anything else that makes your life easier. Unfortunately we have both been stood down and can’t do this for free but we have heavily discounted our daily rate and will give further discounts for weekly stays. Meals would be charged at cost.

Very well appointed apartment and the lounge and bed were soo comfortable, what a treat! Nice little touches, well stocked start-up items in pantry and fridge. Lovely bathroom with rain shower-head, which was so nice. We made short trips over to Stradbroke Island, from Cleveland and so the location was ideal for us. Would highly recommend!

I took a quick drive in the morning up to Wellington Point and walked up and down King Island (recommend). I was also delighted to find in Clevland just a couple of minutes up the road a plethora of restaurants open on a sunday night as well as the IGA for supplies.     The neighbourhood is safe, vibrant, clean and culturally diverse.     COVID FREE - private sanctuary surrounded by trees, high level of privacy and space, house is very clean and sanitary. Fresh air and own personal area separate from other rooms. The house is both close to the city and very tranquil. People often say that it is like a resort - lots of trees and birds outside. The bus stop from which you can reach the city is just a few minutes away. We have a pet cat Mary who is very friendly. Great house for long and short stays.
    Your bedroom has a double-size bed, a big wardrobe, a desk and a chair. It's got a window, high ceiling, shutters and flyscreens in the windows. It's modern, fresh and cosy.
    One of the nicest neighbourhood in the entire Brisbane - family houses with wonderful views at the city and located on hills.
  • The host Daniel is kind !! It's far from the city, but you can go by bus at once, and if you walk a bit, the supermarket is just a minute away. Well, if you come alone or if you don't know much about Australia, the host will explain it well. It's a cheap hostel, but it's definitely worth it. If you are looking for a place to stay, this is the place. Dani, the host is very kind and nice person and even If you don't know about Brisbane she would tell you every thing. We have a very sought-after restaurant and cafe strip, with many cuisines on offer and the ever-popular Hogan's Hotel for a thirst-quenching drink or tasty pub meals. Just a pleasant 20 minutes walk , or minutes by car, takes you to "the Point", a beautiful recreation area right on the bay, where you can swim, walk out to King Island or participate in any number of water activities. There are public barbecues and "fish and chips" and excellent coffee are available at the Point of View cafe.
  • Great place. Extremely private, easy acces, very close to the beach and business centre. If you have no problem on moving/driving you can easily stay at jill & johns place and visit Straddie island and/or Brisbane suburbs. The independent access to the cottage gives you the freedom of going in and out as much as you want and at any time. It includes breakfast which makes it more comfortable, it’s very clean and comfortable in any sense.

  • This lovely cottage at Wellington Point was our home for 2 nights. The location is fantastic and we walked everywhere. The village is just around the corner and the recreation area at the point was a pleasant 25 minute walk. Very private and safe with off street, undercover parking and an electronic gate for extra security. Peaceful and serene and wonderful birdsong in the morning. Lovely hosts who we enjoyed chatting to. Lots of little surprises left for guests and nice herbal teas to choose from. A stylish space has been created and it is nice and light and airy by day and block out curtains for night which helped us sleep in for the first time in ages. We hope to stay again as it was very relaxing and we highly recommend to other travellers.

Jill was also very sweet and very sweetly brought me fixings for a tasty sandwich one night! They are kind people and excellent hosts. This place itself is wonderful! Very clean, stylish, and fits the local vibe. It came with many fun and thoughtful treats and amenities, and they really thought of everything down to fresh coffee cream. It was very clean, and even though I came while it was hot, the fans and the breeze kept the place cool. The location is terrific, close to many good local eateries and just a pleasant walk away from a calm and beautiful beach. This place has an excellent value, and exactly what I look for in an Airbnb- friendly hosts, a comfort and clean room with fun touches, and an overall great experience. Our home is pet-friendly with a fenced back yard and dog-house. We lost both of our dogs this year, so your animals will have free access outside.
    We live in a quiet street and have friendly neighbors. There is a Newsagent, Bakery, Coffee Shop and Service Station within 700 metres and a Spar Express supermarket 1.1km from our place. Shopping Centres, Restaurants and the Esplanade are all 10-15 mins walk or 3-5 mins drive.

    Brand new town house, with a short walk to public transport, and bike ride to the waterfront. The area is great for casual fishing and boating. Shops and restaurants located close by and the airport is only a 15 minute drive away. The rooms are spacious, with built in wardrobes and are air conditioned.     This is a large, 2 story family home with several living areas & a large back yard. It is located in a quiet culdesac with 3 shopping centres nearby & a bus stop a short walk away which connects us with Brisbane City & the bayside ferry terminals which in turn connects with the Moreton Bay islands including Stradbroke. I am a friendly, helpful person who can help you with local information & answer any of your questions but also give you privacy. You would feel very welcome & at ease in my home.
    This house is very spacious with a large grassy backyard and undercover areas at the front and back of the house for relaxing. It's in a quiet street with very little traffic. The room itself is large with a built in wardrobe, cupboard with shelves, mirror, desk and double bed with bedside table. It also has a key locked door & a ceiling fan.
    Across the road from my house is a bush nature reserve with a 2 km walking track. You can often encounter wallabies & other wildlife in the peaceful surrounds. This also connects with other walking/cycle tracks to Cleveland & other destinations. We are 10 mins drive from Wellington Point, the closest of many bayside beaches with pleasant parks & Barbecue facilities. Coffee shops/cafes & restaurants of many cuisines abound in the local area. Bayside breezes are mostly present due to our closeness to the ocean.

    Our Airbnb is a fully self-contained apartment joined to our home however completely private with its own entrance. The apartment is clean, cosy and spacious with a full kitchen. We provide unlimited Wifi and Netflix and a smart TV The Sleeman sports centre at Chandler is a 10 min drive. Wynnum Manly Marina a 2 min drive. We are a 15 min drive to the Port of Brisbane and have recently been hosting guests who are at the Port for work or on courses.
    Guests have commented on how quite it is here.
    We live in a very safe, friendly neighbourhood close to cafe's, weekend markets and restaurants. The apartment location is close to Moreton & Stradbroke Island and even closer to the Manly Boat Harbour where many day trips depart from.

Got a sightseeing tour of the area and helped book a bus on the way home. Takes about 20 minutes to walk to shops so a car is good to have if you don't mind walking. However, is only a 10 minute walk to the train station. Highly recommend this accommodation.

    The house is located in a calm area. Close to the sea. Shops and bus are located less than 1km. 45 minutes to reach the city by train. Perfect place if you are working at the Brisbane Port or Raffinery (10-15 minutes only)
    You enter the room through a separate entrance so you feel totally home. All comfort for you : Double bed (new mattress), aircon/heater, fridge, microwave, toaster, table, chairs, sofa to watch TV, ... You can have your meals on the undercovered terrace.
    Many opportunities to have full breakfast around, fastfood (thaï, chineese, burgers, …) or restaurants. You can get 2 busses going to the city at about 500m. Train is at 4km.

    Brand new granny flat. A perfect home base while visiting the family or the local attractions. Stradbroke Island with deserted crystal clear surfing beaches and beautiful white sand. Plenty of parks and play areas for the children. Natural environmental reserves.     My aim has been to provide the best comfortable stay at a very reasonable price. Both bedrooms have queen size beds with plenty of hanging space. The bathroom is larger than normal. Fresh towels and linen is suppĺied. The food preparation area is in a real kitchen. Fully fitted out with pots, pans, glasses, cups, plates and a gas stove for cooking. A decent size fridge and front load washing machine is included. Fully air conditioned.
    Directly across the road are large gum trees where Koala's can be seen occasionally during mating season. There is a large park 5 min down the road where you can fish, have a bbq and a play gym for the kids. The neighbourhood is very quite and relaxing.

    Cool, comfy and close to the CBD. If you're coming to Brisbane to visit the CIty, QPAC or Southbank Parklands, then my place will suit you perfectly. Just 6 km to the city, it is a quick drive or better still, the express bus is at the door and will have you in town in around 10 minutes.
    During your stay, you will have the lower floor to yourself (apart from my office) which includes your bedroom with TV and table , a private bathroom , toilet , and back deck surrounded by native trees.There is basic kitchenette with Microwave , toaster , kettle and fridge with crockery and cutlery, and I am working on improving that as of Xmas 2020. The lower floor is segregated by a locked door , so your privacy is assured and if you wan't to chat or ask a question, I'm just upstairs. Your bedroom was originally my Theatre Room, so it is quiet , has AC, and can be darkened during the day if you need to sleep!
    Holland Park is close to the City and the Freeway is close by , so it is easy to get to the Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast.The famous "Gabba" cricket ground is a short drive away and many local Coffee shops are close by. There are shops nearby and a supermarket is a 5 min drive away. There are two coffee shops in walking distance , and the local precinct of "Stones Corner" , with it's cafe's and shops is a short drive

  • Shane’s place was beyond expectation.  It was super clean, literally spotless. It was not only tidy but also spacious and the lovely deck was all mine. I was able to enjoy my morning coffee and evening wine in the garden with sunshine and fresh air. The house had everything I needed such as kitchen utensils, cleaning equipment, amenities, and even first aid supplies. Shane was the best host. He was kind and gentle. He made my family feel right at home. I strongly recommend this place for either a weekend journey or a long-term holiday. I would love to come back and spend every summer with my kids here.

  • Shane's place was great. Quiet, private and in an excellent location. We walked to Westfield Garden City in about 15 minutes, a smaller local shopping centre with Coles in about 10 minutes and Southside Club in about 8 minutes. Public transport close by too. Spacious unit with huge kitchen, dining area, lounge area, separate bedroom, laundry and big bathroom. Home away from home with everything you could need and off street parking which we always look for. Big selection of games, etc. Fantastic deck area with lounges, barbeque, TV and more. A really relaxing area with views to a private back yard. Comfy bed and very tastefully decorated. Shane popped in for a chat and to make sure we were comfortable and gave great tips on nearby shops and amenities. Lovely place to stay for any length of time but we enjoyed 2 nights here and would definitely recommend to other travellers.

  • My husband and I stayed in Shane’s place for a week after new year. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we have so far had. Our faces lit up when we saw the place, a beautifully furnished flat with everything you could need to potentially live there - for weeks. The kitchen was our favourite room and we cooked and ate in often. However, Shane also had a selection of board games and reading material to keep us occupied when we were not exploring Brisbane. We were extremely comfortable and the place was very clean. You have your own outside veranda/barbecue area, we used both. Shane himself was an extremely kind and welcoming man, he made sure to greet us in person when we arrived and give us a little tour, it was clear he would have been on hand to help us with anything needed. We can thoroughly recommend this listing and we were very sorry to leave.

    Unit in great part of Manly close to train, shops, water, Marina and Gateway Motorway. Has been freshly renovated, clean and modern with all the comforts of home that you would need. Enjoy the waterfront 5 minutes walk as well as train station also 5 minutes. Not to mention the local restaraunts and bars!! If you choose to stay in however, you will be very comfortable.
    Comfortable place to stay while in Manly - private, quite and newly renovated so very fresh and inviting. The kitchen has everything you need and of course all linen is supplied. Access to casual sitting area with barbeque.
    Nice quite neighbourhood, train nearby and of course to walk along the waterfront is only 5 minutes down the hill.
  • The perfect place in every way. Truly. Very easy to access, great response from host. The unit was very clean and well appointed and bed was super comfy. Every thing you need is there. A great stay.
