The place is very well located, quiet and safe. The Villa is very nice and has everything you need for a great vacation. But especially John, our host was very friendly and helpful to resolve our doubts.

Staying with Juan was better than i imagined. We had situations with our flight being delayed and he was so helpful with everything we needed. He went out of his way to help us regardless of what it was which was exremely helpful since i had never been to the city before. One night we decieded to use the grill and his dad was so sweet and helped us get it started. This place is perfect if you would like to get away but also in walking distance to get around the city. I will for sure be coming back to stay with Juan in future visits and would highly recommend staying with him.

is a good place with respect to price, these a few minutes from the hotel zone if you go by public transport, it is ideal if you're thinking of going out all day and come only to sleep and want to save money on accommodation.

Ana and her husband are two very nice people and they do their best to make you feel at home. Ana recommended many options for dining and breakfast, I had a great time at home.

Anne was a great host, very friendly and helped me a lot with directions and tourist places to visit, the place is relatively close to the center where you can take the bus to go to the beach, the room has a private entrance and bathroom which It makes it more comfortable stay. Thank you very much for all Ana, fully recommended and very affordable price.

I highly recommend you to stay at Beatriz's apartment. I t is a really nice apartment and the price was really good. The location is perfect close to Walmart and close to the entrence of the hotel zone. Beatriz was really helpful and nice to us. I would rent her place in the future.

The condo Beatriz is great. The Walmart for groceries is only a few minutes walk. We can easily go to the ADO bus station on foot in about twenty minutes. The truth is that very nice place, nice, quiet, safe neighborhood were car so we had no problems getting around, the place is such that publication, Beatriz always alert and aware of what q could need! I would definitely stay at this place!

To be honest, such a beautiful apartment! Sergio & Ivonne totally give you fove star hotel treatment, the towels are perfectly clean and placed in every bathroom and the rooms, they even leave waters, sodas, candies, chocolates and teas, that was an amazing detail and we really appreciate it! The pictures here in the ad are great, but they don't make any justice because the apartment is actually super pretty and comfortable and new, and most important, Sergio & Ivonne are super nice people and amazing hosts! The place have everything you could possibly need and maybe more, sice coffee pot, drier and washing machine. The pool area is huge and is always super calm and relaxing, with two big pools with jacuzzis each, what it amazes the most, is the atenttion to the details that the hosts have, we are definetely coming back to this place next time we visit cancun.

We stayed a week in the department (which is new) and all very well, the whole atmosphere is familiar and safe. On arrival the first sensation of comfort and discovered was pleased that the department exceeds what can be seen in the photographs. The hosts were always in communication solving our doubts and you can see his meticulous attention to various details in the department which features you need for a comfortable stay (washing machine, Wi-Fi, dryer, refrigerator, dishes, blender, screens TV, conditioned, baby-cot, etc) and furniture are functional and comfortable beds. The garden and pool area is very spacious and pleasant with games for children. We rented our car for vacation, so we use the car park located near the building and because it meets a main street corner in a short time we reached the area of the Americas and the hotel zone of Cancun. Less than 1 km and has a shopping mall on the corner there is a whole Oxxo. A good choice for a vacation in Cancun.

This was a beautiful and clean modern home. It was one of the best airbnb's we stayed in during our trip through the Yucatán peninsula. Sergio was very easy to communicate with. He is a very thoughtful host and there were many amenities provided to make our stay as comfortable as possible! The pool area was beautiful...felt almost like a resort but without the crowds. Would highly recommend.

Sergio E Ivonne's place was really amazing! The apartment was CLEAN, BRIGHT and very WELCOMING! They thought of every detail that made me and my teams experience very comfortable. We were within 15 min of the Hotel Zone Area which made it very convenient for us to enjoy the Beaches and downtown shopping areas. Sergio was truly accommodating and accessible, just a phone call away! Although I didn't need him for much, but when I did, he was always available to assist me. The court yard, alond with that amazing pool was extremely enjoyable. I highly recommend this (URL HIDDEN) sincerely was beautiful.

Wonderful hosts! Helped us out immensely with transportation, pointing us in the right direction for the best food and the best places to see. Wonderful hospitality! Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the Cancun area to stay with them.

Simple and functional, room is a suite big enough for 2 people stay. Apartment "cozy" and friendly. David is helpfull at all. You really feel at home . Very positive people . His roommate also is a good cooker and happy to offer me a nice breakfast which I could enjoy with tem sunday morning. Outside area is beautiful. Area is residential, safe, close to all in "zona hotelera". I recomend and want to be back soon.

There was too much attention from David, was always on the lookout even before my arrival, and porto best, I wait until I get home because between delays and delays had to arrive at 1am and went to how was pending. David has a beautiful apartment with the best location, it is best to stay in Cancun at night from the pool you have a beautiful view of the hotel zone which is 3 minutes away, very comfortable private room with a bathroom private. David and Jorge very attentive, friendly and helpful, made us feel at home, helped us with tips on where to visit, until we got a ride .... definitely would rent this room

The place is great, the swimming pool with the view is awesome, David is really cool and helpful. The nearest bus stop is about 7 min away and allows you to go everywhere (beaches, ferry, nightlife...) very fast (less than 5 min). Nothing more to say, everything was perfect!

We were super kindly made us feel at home! I fell in love with his beautiful cachorrita Lula and they very attentive and friendly, even invited us to dinner. Excellent place to stay !!

We had an awesome time at this place. It was our first time using air bnb so we were a little nervous but David was so welcoming and gracious. He helped us plan our itenerary for the week and gave us some helpful tips. We will definitely return, thanks again David!
