“This has a hip but still casual scene and gets packed on weekends during game days. But the staff is great and attentive, and the food is hot and drinks are cold. If you just want to chill, this is your place.”

“The Tuck Shop is a restaurant/bar right in the heart of Coronado. Known for their fine dining options and modern bar, this place isn't for those looking for food/drinks on a budget. I would also recommend calling in advance for a reservation! The food is amazing and I would recommend this place for a romantic night, a lunch date or just a few drinks at the bar. ”

Pizza Place

“We love Humble Pie. Hands down, our favorite nearby Pizza place - this eclectic brick restaurant features some of the best comfort food around! We love the Egg Pizza (with 2 eggs!), the Aioli fries, the chopped salad, and of course, the pizookie (Pizza cookie!). Also has a Pet Friendly patio!”

Vegetarian / Vegan Restaurant

Latin American Restaurant

“About a seven minute walk away. Mexican food with great pancakes and great adult drinks. The Pork Belly tacos are fantastic as are many other dishes. The wait staff is helpful and will guide you through the relatively small yet complete menu. Young children eat free on weekends I know and maybe week days as well. Please confirm that on your own if that is important to you.”
