Good wholewheat bread local organic eggs salad, vegetables good pesto and vegan pesto Lots and lots of spices and pulses, quinoa, lentils, basmati rice Peanut/almond butter Tahini Granola Local craft beers (porter and stout from Oaxaca de Noche are very good) and wine from the North of Mexico (look for Proyecto 125).
