“Red Hook is 3 miles away or 5 minutes in a taxi. It is the main restaurant and nightlife area on the island with about 20 restaurants and bars. You will also find Moe's Fresh Markey with the freshest produced and the best wine cellar on the island. It is very safe with a lot of security.”

Restaurant
“Local Favorites: One of my absolute favorites in Red Hook, Pesce offers scrumptious Italian fare and great service. Its air conditioned which is also lovely. Go at 5:30pm on Tuesdays to play the fun game "Wine-O" in the bar! Oh, and the Happy Hour is great. 4-7pm. Try the meatball and the margarita flatbread. On the regular menu, the Carbonara is to die for, but you can't go wrong with anything. The head chef there is amazing.”

“The Longboard serves great specialty drinks to sip at the bar while watching old surfing videos. Our favorite is The Cane Garden. These folks were generous after Hurricane Irma and supplied hot meals for the community. We love to support them and we make up reasons to go to Cruz Bay to eat their wonderful food.”
