Park
“Vogel State Park is a park located on Highway 19/129 approximately eleven miles (18 km) south of Blairsville. It is centered around Lake Trahlyta. It's a nicw walk around the lake. In the summer, there used to be swimming, but not sure if there still is. Small entrance fee, but worth a visit. ”

Scenic Lookout
“One of my Top 10 Things To Do in the area. . . watch a sunset from Brasstown Bald. (Hint) If you hike up to the observation tower to watch the sunset, bring a flashlight. It's very dark on the hike back down, your phone's flashlight probably won't be enough light!”
