Ideal for 1-2 persons, separate entrance, 35 m² fully equipped. Spacious shower, fully equipped open kitchen. The flat is located in the basement of a 2-party house in a very quiet side street, view directly into the garden. Ideal starting point for hiking. Few minutes from the centre, Lichtentaler Allee and the casino. Other attractions (thermal baths and Festspielhaus) are within walking distance, by car only a few minutes. Per guest and overnight stay 3,80 € guest tax has to be paid in cash.

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.
