Food scene in Austin

BBQ Joint
$$
“In Austin. I hesitate to recommend this place because the wait in line can be 2-3 hours and if you are not completely familiar with Texas barbecue, you might not appreciate what is offered here. The brisket is out-of-this-world delicious. Everything else is good but the brisket is the best I've ever had. If you go to another barbecue restaurant, like Black's, you're still going to have great barbecue. ”
