Wonderful little loft apartment nearby shops in quaint little Aspen. Susan was away at our time of stay but was sure to keep in contact in case we needed anything- which we didn't, because the little apartment was well stocked and in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Only regret was that we could not stay longer on our trip!!

Everything about Susan's place was perfect. The very reasonable price, the cleanliness, her detailed communication (including her prompt replies and information on the area) and the location. It took only a couple minutes to drive downtown and only a few more to walk. The decor represents the Aspen feel. There is a murphy bed that is easy to pull down and very comfortable. My husband is 6'4" and he slept comfortably. If we're in the area again, we will definitely stay at Susan's place. This place is a gem.

Wow what can I say about Susan's!? It's amazing. Exactly what it looks like and the scenery is just beautiful. Such a cozy space, definitely romantic and Susan totally helps you out with anything!

We had a great time with Susan. She was friendly and available. We actually had the pleasure to hang out with her during the world cup final ski races. My children loved chatting with her and she was very kind and friendly with them. She gave accurate and very useful information about getting around. Clean, easy access, great neighborhood, bus is helpful and very friendly. We would stay with her any time! Thanks!

Great place to stay, very comfortable and scenic

Kerry is a kind and friendly person who makes you feel right at home. His house is located in a nice place, somewhat lonely but close to the strip. The room is nice and clean with shared bathroom. I recommend this place. I only stayed one night and almost had no communication with Kerry. Very good !!!

Great spot, comfortable.

A simple room and shared bathroom with access to the hosts kitchen - all the basics one needs. Easy to find/enter and is comfortable, fresh air - nice valley view. (Suggest you bring ear plugs and an eye patch as the seperating doors (2) are thin and resident muffle is heard through them). Otherwise friendly place to camp just out of Aspen and the host, Kerry, was easy going and hospitable. Good dogs to!

A quiet place to relax and stare at the stars from your bed. Highly Recommend!

In a few words, its a lovely place. And Lexi was a wonderful host, helpful in any way.

Easy location to walk all around the town.

Lexi made us feel like we were staying at an old friends place. Her apartment is close walking distance to all things in town, and has everything you could need. We loved feeling like a local with eating suggestions and skiing suggestions on the best runs on each mountain! We recommend staying at Lexi's for its ease, it's great space, and her loveliness.

Great place!

Lexi was an amazing host and the room is perfect! Our time in Aspen over the holidays was absolutely wonderful and I attribute it to Lexi and her very well situated condo. The place is in easy walking distance to the slopes and shops in downtown Aspen and Lexi went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Her knowledge of the slopes as well as the shops, restaurants and bars in the area is fantastic, and she even took us out to party with her on New Years Eve and gave us a lift to the airport the next day! We truly could not have been happier. Five Stars!

Felt very welcome to his home.

Peter was super communicative with details about his place, how to find it, and providing contact if we needed anything before we arrived. His location was pleasantly much, much more than we expected. The location above a stream and overlooking a notch in the mountains was perfect to unwind. Peter is super hospitable and has a wealth of knowledge of the surrounding mountains to share. We loved getting to know him and staying with Peter and his wife. Their cabin is perfectly situated to get to hiking locations, to unplug, and yet still close enough to town to take advantage to things there too. Since we were there for the hiking and the mountains nearby, it was perfect. We can't wait to visit again.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights and it was a great experience. The location, privacy and comfort were all just what we were looking for. Amazing views from the porch and the sound from the creek is very calming! Peter was always quick and easy to communicate with, and although we only met him briefly he left a great impression on us. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Aspen!

Peter and his wife were fantastic! We went to Aspen to train on our bicycles and the accommodations and riding were nothing less than spectacular! We would stay there again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone!

Peter was a very gracious host and very accommodating to our travel needs, as we were plagued with delays getting to Colorado. The room was great! Very secluded and quiet. We loved it.

The location was perfect and the space was so peaceful. We loved waking up to the sounds of the river and feeling nestled in a canopy of the trees. Truly felt as if we were deep in the woods. Found the location to be spot on for access to trailheads and town. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had the most fabulous time at Jeanne's home! If you're looking for a comfortable, American ranch style "home away from home" then you will love her place! It's large and spacious, with all the home comforts, two gorgeous dogs and Jeanne is just amazing and genuinely cares for her guests. We had such a great time - this was our first time to Aspen. Access to the house, parking and the drive to Aspen + all the ski fields is all very easy and Jeanne has loads of great recommendations. We can't speak highly enough of how much we enjoyed staying at her home!

Jeanne was amazing, as was this unique location. She welcomed us with a hug and made us feel right at home. The house was set in a scenic location and very driveable to the town center.

Loved staying at Jeanne's beautiful home... Serene setting by the river and only 2 minutes' drive from Aspen town center and slopes.

Jeanne's place is very spacey and comfortable, with an awesome kitchen and living room with great fireplace (bring your own wood). Our dog, Grizzly, had a great time playing on the property with her dogs. The location is very close to Aspen, ideal for skiing. Jeanne was a lovely host, easy to get a hold of, and even made us fantastic pancakes for breakfast Sunday!

The drive is beautiful, and the home is so cute and unique. Jeanne made us feel comfortable, by the way, thank you so much for the delicious muffins!

In a town with limited lodging facilities that come at a higher price, staying in Jeanne's home was not only wonderfully comfortable, it was affordable. Jeanne made it very easy to settle in for our weekend stay and even made us organic buttermilk pancakes before my husband's nordic ski race which was a nice surprise. The views from the home are beautiful with the Roaring Fork river immediately out the back yard. The location is very central to downtown Aspen with less than a 10 minute drive. We can't wait to visit again and highly recommend choosing Jeanne's charming destination!

Georgina's place was great. Close to downtown, a very easy to walk. The apartment was clean and Georgina was flexible and check in was easy. We were only in town for the night and her place was perfect!

Georgina's place was perfect for my weekend in Aspen. Short walk to town, or just hop the bus, Downtowner, or bicycle. Finding her dedicated parking spot was also easy and came in handy. Check-in was simple and her place was all set up for me. Very clean and comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay at Georgina's again or recommend it to any of my friends!

Matthew is a fantastic host! His property was exactly as described & we loved it. The location is priceless - minutes walk to the gondola, shops, restaurants etc. For someone who hates walking in her ski boots this location was AMAZING - off the slopes or bus & your nearly home! The apartment was in great condition & very clean. Hot tub 5 steps from your front door! The complex was quiet, clean & had everything we needed. Big thank you to Matthew for being so quick to respond to any questions we had & for keeping us updated on airport closures before we arrived, such a champion! We cant wait to come back next season.

Location was perfect. My girlfriend forgot her hair-straightener but the apartment came with one and saved the day. Matt was an attentive host and the whole weekend ran very smoothly.

Mathew was very cooperative, I arrived and all was in place and on my departure although the check out time was 10 AM he allowed me to leave later and even had the entry code sent to me so I could access the unit.

We found this place when looking for a last minute place to stay in aspen and Matthew was very accommodating! He answered all of our questions about the apartment and messages very quickly which was great. The apartment was great for what we needed, enough space, kitchen, beautiful bathroom/shower and parking. The apartment was comfortable but the bathroom was really the amenity to go on about, with a walk in shower the size of a room, with three shower heads. Very nice touch when it's chilly there. Matthew was understanding and flexible with our arrival and check out days/times, the apartment was clean and definitely as it was presented online. The apartment was a bit underground one level, but that was mentioned in the reviews and provided a bit more privacy. We were in aspen during the rugby games and the apartments around were occupied with players and families, so there was a bit of noise above and around the apartment, but on a quieter time I am sure that would not be the case and it's really not something the apartment owner can control. Thank you Matthew for your great hospitality! We will definitely come to stay again when in aspen!

Location Location Location! This one bedroom is remodeled and lovely (particularly loved the walk-in shower with dual heads so two people can shower at once). It's literally steps from downtown Aspen and the pedestrian dining/shops area. I was there in summer to hike but in winter, the place is very close (2 minutes walking) to ski run gondolas. The front door is right next to pool/hot tub--which we used every night there. Keep in mind that this is a Garden level condo. It's small but has an efficient layout. It has a door and two windows that face into window wells. So not a ton of light if that's what you need. Otherwise, it's in lovely condition, well maintained, lots of towels, cleaning supplies, washer/dryer for longer stays etc. Matthew the owner was terrific to work with.
