The flat has 4 bedrooms 2 of which are for guests. There is one bathroom, kitchen and living room to share. Utility room available on request. All rooms are accessible apart from one office and bedroom belonging to owner. I'm usually in the bistro downstairs but come up for laundry and office work. Sometimes we have music or night time events in the bistro downstairs. the noise does travel up to the first floor of the apartment. Music events stop at 22:00.
