Elegance made home. The most functional luxury. Luckily to see it all from a unique perspective. Enjoying the light and views of this loft is a pleasure at your fingertips. Relaxing in it is striking a balance between details and simplicity. It has access to Netflix. It also includes a communal pool in the attic during the months of July and August. 10 minutes from the airport. Free parking. High quality WIFI. The Loft has capacity for up to 4 people. Double bed of 1.60 on the top floor and double sofa bed in living room. Baby cot (stored in the bed linen of the bedroom). Ideal couples, travel for work, travel for academic training, university, or simply enjoy a few days of relaxation in a quiet area near the forest. In the same urbanization, near the entrance of the garage, you have a nice restaurant where you can have from a good coffee to eat the daily menu, or a la carte. Also dinners. Ideal for walking or cycling along the bike path and enter the Dehesa forest. 2 km from Universidad Europea and 15 km from Universidad Autónoma. Hot/cold air conditioning. 5 minutes from the 2 metro stops and several bus stops at the front door. Five minutes by car from the Plaza Norte II shopping center, Factory, Ikea, Decathlon, with all kinds of restaurants, cinemas, fashion stores, leisure, etc. Highly frequented by the actors and actresses of the best A3 series, the Loft is right in front of the filming plates. Large private parking space, at no extra cost, with remote control included in the set of keys. Direct access from the parking space to the Loft by elevator. The LOFT has everything you need for cooking, utensils, dishwashers, cleaning products, detergent, ... It also has a professional coffee maker, towels, sheets, shampoo, bath gel, ... you will feel at home. Smart TV with all channels, cozy terrace to enjoy the views, hammock, automatic blinds with remote control. Top quality dishwasher, fridge, microwave and washing machine. The wifi is fiber optic with maximum speed. Important: For reservations of more than 28 days, 80€ are charged for the expenses of the total of supplies and their proportional part of the following days if they are used with the reservation. Surveillance area 24h, doorman 24h. Community pool in the attic of the building open July and August. Padel at no additional cost. Private parking, space number 200 with remote control and entrance through Isla Graciosa street numbers 4 and 6. It has 2 Metro stops within 5 minutes. Several bus stops right at the gate of the urbanization. I will be happy to solve all your doubts, in addition my address is 10 minutes away. A beautiful natural park to walk and the core of the capital's communications. Welcome to this splendid airy loft in which you will surely have a great time during your stay. It´s a bright space and includes all you need to enjoy your trip. Queen size-bed and the sofa a three-seater sofa-bed. The bathroom is has a sub-division between the sink and the bathtub/toilet. A/C heating-cooling. Located in strategic San Sebastián de Los Reyes.
