Absolutely beautiful house. We were blown away by it. A fairly large group of us stayed and the house was big enough to accommodate us all. The hot tub was great although did take a while to get up to temperature. Jill was welcoming and really helpful. A brilliant host. Would definitely stay again in future.

Helens place was so lovely. Right on the sea front, it was wild and wintery when we stayed which actually added to our stay in a way! Loved listening to the noise of the wind and waves. Hot tub was a nice touch.

We had such a wonderful time. The home felt safe, peaceful, calm and in a lovely community. Perfectly described and represented in the listing. Wonderful views and walks right at the doorstep. Great space for cooking and relaxing, tons of room and bathroom options. Great living area and ways to relax at home. Super helpful with access, instructions and recommendations. Can’t possibly be happier. Really looking forward to finding a time to stay again.

We really enjoyed this little cottage. It provided everything we needed. Janet had provided welcome snacks and wine. She also responded quickly and kindly to any questions we had. We had sunny weather and sat out in the back garden which was well kept. Thank you Janet for being lovely host.

Thank you so much for hosting us! The apartment is in a fantastic location—right in the heart of the village, yet tucked away in a peaceful and private area. It’s just a short walk to restaurants, pubs, and Kilbroney Park. The amenities provided everything we needed, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the shower was powerful and refreshing. Edward was a wonderful host—friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay in the treehouse quirky and very different with excellent views great location for Carlingford and two minutes walk from a friendly local bar extremely dog friendly Padraig went out of his way to meet us and was very responsive and helpful thanks so much Karen Stephen and Jessie 🐶

what a find, absolutely stunning cottage in an excellent peaceful location with the resident donkeys lol...what a gem of a place and so so peaceful. Paula is a genuine host who cares passionately about her cottage and her guests, and is very genuine when dealing with her guests.. Highly highly recommended and we will defs be back....thank you Paula and keep up the good work x

Our family had a fantastic 5-night stay at "The Bank" in Portaferry! The location couldn’t have been better – right in the heart of the town. What made our stay truly special was the heritage charm of the property. So many details still reflect its history as an old bank, and that unique character really added to the experience. We especially loved the cosy fireplace, which made those cold, dark winter evenings feel warm and inviting. Plus, everything in Portaferry was just a short walk away, making it super convenient to explore the area. Having a Eurospar right across the street was such a bonus too! We absolutely enjoyed our time here and would recommend "The Bank" to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

This was our second stay at Judith’s place and we have no doubt we will be back again. A beautiful location, where the sea comes almost to the front door. The kids had complete freedom to come and go to the beach and rock pools, cups of tea and dinner on the front wall, lovely walks near by, and cosy evenings by the fire when it got chilly. An enclosed back garden which was great for the dog. Judith is a very generous host too. Highly recommended all round.

Couldnt fault the cottage, clean and warm and everything you needed provided. Appreciated the scones on arrival. Fiona was very accommodating and got back to me very quickly any time i had a question. Would recommend.

Bear Cottage is a lovely cosy cottage with beautiful views all around, well equipped with a large enclosed garden. I had a very relaxing stay with my family and two dogs. Ruth and Monica were very responsive and helpful and our stay was made extra special with daily visits from Bailey, a super friendly golden retriever. My dogs and brother had a great time playing with her. Welcome basket on arrival with fruit, wheaten bread and fresh eggs was much appreciated. We will definitely be back.

wonderful pair of houses ideal for what we needed washing machine lovely kitchen bathrooms living spaces and bedrooms everything where it needed to be hairdryers ironing board etc and we even got a little welcome treat fantastic place great couple would stay again definitely!

We had a wonderful few days here — the perfect base for exploring the area. The house had everything we needed and more, and it was incredibly comfortable. It really felt like a home away from home. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back and would happily recommend it to anyone.

Our group stayed for 4-weeks whilst we in NI for work. It was a great location with plenty of space so that we weren't tripping over each other each evening after work. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay but Claire and her family were quick to resolve them for us, and they were always contactable, helpful, and supportive. Everyone except one person enjoyed their stay, but he prefers a city centre location so he can be out every evening and that's the polar opposite of what you get here.

Had a lovely 2 night break at Kate's beautiful home. Kate was there to greet us at check in and gave us a tour of the house & some local recommendations. The view from the balcony over Strangford Lough is amazing and our toddler loved watching the ferry coming and going each day. We thought the house was really good value. It had everything we needed for a short break and made us realise we can cope without tv for a few days 😂 We would definitely stay again and will be recommending to friends and family. Neil's cottage was beautiful, we had such a lovely few days away. The cottage was prestine and very comfortable. The location was beautiful and my 2 boys loved the donkeys. We will definitely come back. Thank you Neil.

An absolute fantastic place to stay! Helen place was the best place to stay, comfortable, clean, fantastic atmosphere. I have stayed there on multiple occasions and have had a wonderful experience. A must stay in Dundalk!

We were blown away with how beautiful the property is as well as the stunning and peaceful location. Very clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed and a lovely welcome pack - it felt like home. John and Roberta were very welcoming and ensured our stay was comfortable and were very responsive to any questions we had. Also very knowledgable about the area and its history. Taking our parents on a trip down memory lane, the property was the icing on the cake. And Mister Felix was a welcome bonus Very many thanks to you John and Roberta ☺️

Lovely stay with family in Eileen’s home. Very responsive to queries before our arrival. Everything we needed was available for a quiet weekend. Lovely outdoor space for kids to run around and play in. Walking distance along footpath to local pub which was most welcoming, takeaway and shop. Good access to motorway for transit.
