Settle in to this centuries-old farmhouse, which has been tastefully restored with timeless, classic style. Spreading out from your doorstep are 70 acres of organic fields that are yours to wander, as you pick flowers and ingredients for dinner or pay a visit to the farm animals.

This 1820's farmhouse has been recently renovated but retains its rustic charm. A 150-year-old maple tree shades the front yard, and the backyard extends back directly to the farm's gardens, where you can pick flowers and herbs. Cook up a meal with farm-fresh veggies, eggs and pork available from our farm store.

You have the whole farmhouse to yourself, which includes a full kitchen, backyard, patio and grill.
Our Farmstay is more than just a house, you will have access to our entire 70-acre organic farm. Visit the farm's Pick-Your-Own garden, where you can pick seasonal herbs, flowers and treats such as cherry tomatoes, string beans and tomatillos (no additional charge). Visit the chickens (year round) and pigs (spring through mid-fall) out in the fields. Take a look in the greenhouses. We will provide a map and give you the lay of the land when you arrive. We are excited to share our farm with you!

Your hosts / farmers, Lindsey and Ben, live in the house next door. We enjoy talking with visitors about the farm and giving suggestions for local places of interest, and our kids are always excited to introduce themselves to any little ones who might be visiting. You will likely see us and others on the farm crew busy in the fields.

Farm-fresh produce is available on-site, and Clermont’s winery, distillery, and cafe are a walk away. Discover the Hudson Valley’s rich culture and bounty from this peaceful base, 15 minutes from Hudson and 10 minutes from Tivoli and Bard College.

As a note, this farm stay is located on a main road. The location is very accesible, but there may be road noise.

The easiest way to get to our farm house is by car, but it's possible to come via Amtrak (to Rhinecliff or Hudson) and then take a taxi.

Farm fresh flowers (in season) will be on the dining room table, and we will provide you with a nice selection of seasonal farm veggies upon your arrival. We can also arrange for guests to purchase pork and eggs from our farm, when available.
Please note:
* As with many historic homes in the area, this house is on Route 9 (Old Post Road). This location makes it very convenient, but do be aware that you will occasionally hear passing cars.
* We do not make any exceptions for pets. We have a no pet policy to protect the house, to accommodate guests with allergies, and to ensure the safety of our farm animals.
