1 BR upstairs apt located in a 3 unit building. 2 guests Maximum (that includes children over 1 year old). Fully furnished w/full kitchen, BBQ, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, queen bed, backyard (shared) firepit. 1 dog welcome for $60 fee, charged separately once booking is confirmed & accepted by the host. Cleaning fee, AirBnb Service Fee & 14% hotel occupancy tax charged at the time of booking.

We are two families that met and became best friends while attending UC Berkeley in the late 1970's. We love the beach, the smell of ocean air, and the sound of the waves rolling up on the sand.
