Unwind in a cozy colorful casita in this light-filled 1920s Spanish bungalow with Mexican accents and a casual feel. Eat breakfast on the sunny, plant filled patio with its terracotta fountain bubbling, or take a walk into Little Italy for dinner. What’s best about this space is how close you are to so much, all without needing a car. A very small single car garage is provided, think compact car. Street parking is free but challenging at times. The house is located directly below the incoming flight path. You are encouraged to read the reviews regarding this. Ideal for four or less persons.

This is an eclectic neighborhood where many homes are 100 years old. The house is within walking distance of Balboa Park, Little Italy, the Embarcadero, and Downtown. It is also very close to the airport. There are scooters everywhere in case you just like a quick ride to somewhere fun. You’ll feel safe in your new environment because the home sits above the street(1 flight of stairs) and has security screen doors.
