This classic federal style row house is walking distance to everything Downtown Savannah has to offer. All mattresses are Tuft & Needle memory foam with percale sheets. There is free off-street parking (rare in downtown) and 2 parking spaces in the garage for midsize cars or smaller, with a tandem spot if needed for a third car. The estate consists of a 3 bedroom main house, a separate 1 bedroom garden unit on the ground floor with a modern sleeper sofa, and a 1 bedroom carriage house above the garage.
