We are currently closed for reservations through June 19, 2020, per our county’s regulations around COVID-19. Please come see us in the Summer— let’s keep that Palm Springs magic alive! Swim to a mountain backdrop before working on your tan poolside, spending the day antiquing or hitting the town for a night out. Built in 1960 by the Alexander Building Company, and designed by Architect William Krisel, The Modern Territory has been fully renovated with modern conveniences, while retaining original casual charm. (As of 11/1/2019, new bookings include 11.5% Transient Occupancy Tax as a line item! Anything booked prior will still be charged at arrival).
