The chalet is in a neighborhood nestled just under the treeline in the alpine Rocky Mountains within a mile of the continental divide. The chalet has 4 story Spruce trees in the side and backyard. Lots of wildlife in the area (moose, fox, bears, birds etc). The Breckenridge Ski Resort, shops, and restaurants are 9 miles away. World-class hiking through alpine terrain to nearby waterfalls and mountain lakes.
