This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom cottage is located right on Lake Macatawa. Step off the 80' dock into your boat and take a ride right through the channel and into Lake Michigan. There is room for the entire family plus guests in this spacious home.
The space
Welcome to our Macatawa Lake Side dutch clean cottage. It is located in the Holland State Park resort area where you can enjoy activities such as walking, hiking, running, biking, sunbathing, swimming, boating, jet skiing, or simply relaxing . Drive your car, ride a bike or walk to the park entrance, which is less than a mile away. Or if you prefer to stay at our cottage, enjoy the lake view and access from the back yard. Plenty of yard and deck space to enjoy a BBQ get together with family or friends.
Guest access
Guests have the entire property to access including the Bayview association park/beach which is located on either side of the cottage.

Our Macatawa Lake Side Cottage is perfect for 1 family or more. In fact it would be great for a family reunion or any other larger group.
Our cottage has 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms, with 2 extra pull out couches for more sleeping possibilities. It has all the amenities to make your stay easy and enjoyable—dishwasher, washer/dryer, stove, microwaves and a private back deck/patio area with outstanding views of Lake Macatawa especially from the second floor deck or at the end of the 80 ft permanent dock. There’s plenty of parking for your guests and a 2 stall garage for your car and “extra” items. We supply a few bikes for your use or if you prefer, bike rental is available within a few blocks of the cottage. The kids will have fun digging in the sand or throwing a ball at our 300+ foot private Association beach, located on either side of the cottage. Create memories at night sitting around the on property fire pit talking and roasting marshmallows while looking out at the boats coming in from the big lake. (:
