Kyomo is a Kyomachi house located next to Sanjo Shopping Street in Nakagyo, Kyoto. This 110-year-old shopping street has witnessed the development of Kyoto, and you can stroll along it from our accommodation and feel the ancient and vibrant city.

Kyomo Kyomachiya is like a guardian of history, perfectly blending the warmth of old wood, the softness of paper doors, and modern convenience to show you the essence of Kyoto. Although it is close to the busy Sanjo Shopping Street, it is a rare “quiet place in the city”. At night, you can enjoy authentic Kyoto cuisine nearby, or prepare for the next day at the 24-hour convenience store.
When you return to Kyomachiya, you will find a quiet world isolated from the outside world, a perfect place to relax. The courtyard is filled with greenery, as if inviting you into the dreamland of ancient Kyoto.
Here, you are not only staying, but also in close contact with Kyoto. We are really looking forward to your arrival.

Ground floor:
1) Dining room and kitchen for 8 people;
2) Japanese-style room 1: can prepare beds for 2 people.
3) Japanese-style room 2 (living room area): 1 bed can be prepared.

2ND FLOOR.
1) Bedroom 1: Private bathroom, two single beds (1m)/can also be combined into a large bed (2m);
2) Bedroom 2: Private bathroom/toilet/bathroom, 1.6m double bed.

· For 6 guests: 2 single beds on the second floor(Room 1) + 1 double bed on the second floor(Room 2)+ 2 Japanese futons set on the first floor(Room 3).
· For 7 guests: 2 single beds on the second floor(Room 1) + 1 double bed on the second floor(Room 2)+ 2 Japanese futons set on the first floor(Room 3)+ 1 Japanese futon set on the first floor(Room 4:Living room area).
