Wonderful stay! Marco was incredibly accommodating even before our arrival and any questions we had, he was immediately available to answer. Can't wait to return!
Marco and his father are very attentive. We arrived late (our flight delayed) and they could wait for us until 10:30 p.m.!
The place is very well located, clean and confortable. If you want to have a complete experience of Cortona we highly recommend!
Marco was very nice and accommodating. The place was amazing and super cute. It had a very Italian charm, amazing location in cortona and I would definitely stay there again when I return one day. Spacious, clean, and within walking distance to everything. Not a single disappointment :) thanks Marco!
We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Cortona! The apartment is located in an old watchtower within the walled hill-town in Tuscany & was easily accessible & very easy to find upon our arrival. The host greeted us & showed us around, making sure that we had a map of the town and everything we needed to enjoy our stay... he even had a big bottle of cold water for us in the refrigerator when we arrived, which was nice after walking up the town's VERY steep hills with our backpacks on!
The apartment is small, but well designed. It should be noted that there is no living-room area, just a small table in the kitchen to sit at, but we didn't have issues with this during our stay.
Marco even emailed us after check-in with suggestions of things to do & hikes we could take in the area, which was a kind gesture. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quaint apartment in Cortona!
The apartment is way better than on the photos, simply wonderful, and We spent a nice days there. We definitely miss Cortona and its festival
Marco was an excellent host. He was available, friendly and addressed every question we had in a timely manner. The apartment was great and we would highly recommend it as a delightful place to stay.
Very nice apartment in historical building, situated in the center of Cortona. Highly recommend if you want to see smth historical and if you want to stay in Cortona. One moment to know, it is a little bit noisy in the morning on a street, when cars are passing. Marco is very friendly and hospitable!
Marco delivered on his Cortona apartment just as he promised. It had antique charm, a comfortable bed, and a nice hot shower. It is in an extremely convenient location, right in town about one cobbled block off the main piazza. Marco was helpful also, sending me train information and answering questions promptly.
The apartment was charming and so was Marco! Great location in Cortona and a well appointed apartment. The bed was comfortable, the shower was strong and the clothesline came in handy. We would definitely stay here again! One of our favorite restaurants is just around the corner, so be sure to dine at La Bucaccia and say hello to Ramon.
The host 's are wonderful people , who did all they could to make our stay as good as possible. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed comfortable. However there are things that are insurmountable ... Like the noise. calling the apartment "Central" does not explain thats its on a main street near an exit gate to the historic center. Traffic runs by all night, delivery trucks included . The glass in the old windows is single-paned and the sound penetrates making sleep very difficult. The view is non existent...the windows looking into a very narrow side street and the sun never reaches into the apartment, leaving it dark the whole day. Wifi is there but outside the apartment in the hall. We loved Cortona but we were less then comfortable in this apartment.
