Such a nice and big villa far away from loud noises. They helped us a lot with food ordering and cleaned every day. Unfortunately the beds and mosquito nets were dirty, full of dust and spiders. Also the dogs and cats gets on them. Even by cleaning each day, they need to get washed! Hope they change this for the next bookings, caused except of the cleannees its a heavenly stay.

Kim's home is lovely - we enjoyed every minute of our four day stay there. The kids enjoyed the animals and the canopy beds, we enjoyed being in a beautiful space with lots of room. As noted by other guests, the house doesn't close completely, so there are lots of critters (frogs included) in the house, but this wasn't really a problem for us, particularly as the house is cleaned very day. Also, as noted by others, you do need transport to get around as the walk is on a pretty busy road (and it's really hot). We hired mopeds and had a great time scooting around. We would most definitely stay again and recommend the house to our friends.

We loved our stay here so much that we wanted to extend it. The house is beautiful and we fell in love with it straight away. The helpful staff organised a scooter for us and were more than helpful and friendly towards us. We will definitely be back

Such a beautiful place, me and my family fell in love instantly from our first step in to Kim's house. The first nite went well although that time, the place is very dirty, lots of insects and dust, understandable maybe due to last cleaning was way long before our rent. Second nite was awesome, but the second bedroom water leaking, due to heavy rain. Abys very helpful and kind. Great times. :)

The pictures don't lie, it is a beautiful spacious house with a wonderfull garden. We have had a great time with our two children of 2 and 4 years old (toys were available). The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Dewa has been a great help when my phone broke down. The location of the house in between the ricefields of Ubud gives a lot of privacy and space but you need a taxi/scooter to get to the towncenter. Ubud is a very busy place so we enjoyed the quitness of the house. We highly recommand this villa when coming to Ubud.

Super nice and simple house with a great atmosphere! Make sure to close the doors though, quite a lot of creepy crawlies can get in :) The manager was helpful and a great driver. Close enough to Ubud IF you have a car or moped, otherwise it's a quite a walk to the main road and it does get dark.
