Delightful newly renovated apartment, well connected to all parts of city and equipped with every comfort, can sleep up to four people. Near station, restaurants, bars and shops but in a very quiet (website hidden), free wifi, air conditioning, heating, kitchenette, bathroom. Transference to and from the airports, guided tours, bicycle rental.
Other Things to Note
The city tax is € 3,50 per person per day. It is not included in the rate of the room and the guest will pay it at the check in (residents and children under 10 years do not have to pay this fee).
Appartment we were accomodated in was very nicely furnished and decorated, doorman in the house was helpful and all the communication went quickly and very kindly. We enjoyed our stay and we definitely recomend this place.
L'appartamento era confortevole e in un'ottima posizione, vicino a Termini e a San Lorenzo. È filato tutto liscio, grazie Giovanni!
Very good place. Clean, spacious - as appears in pictures.
ALSO - as there is a person at the gate of the apartment building - there's no trouble with scheduling arrivals and meeting with the host.
Included coffee tea and some breakfast stuff - smooth, excellebt stay.
The place was nice enough, but communication was difficult. The hot water was out one day and when we alerted the proprietor, he told us it was not his job. In addition, we were charged an additional city tax when arriving that we had to negotiate even though fee was agreed much in advance.
Dear Jessica, we appreciate the comments you made us so that we can always do better the service we offer. The water problem coincided with the public works were done in those days, for this reason I was told that was not dependent on us. As for the city tax we decided it was not correct you to pay the full amount of this fee (not negotiated) because we realized that, at the time when you have made the reservation, it was not specified this statement in the ad of the apartment.
We hope to have you again as our guest
My boyfriend and I stayed in your flat for a weekend. Although the area wasn't the nicest, I was pleasantly surprised with how nice the apartment was. We had a lovely stay and used the kitchen.
The apartment must have been double booked because when we got to the location we were taken to a hotel a few minutes away. The hotel was ok for one night but I would have liked the communication to have been better. Would have been nice to know ahead of time or been given an option to cancel.
It is really good place to stay.
Just like on the picture - light, minimalistic, cute and clean. We really love it.
Also, the district where Dalmati is situated is trurly nice. Not an touristic-rush street but authentic Rome neighbourhood with small bakeries, book-shops, evenig restraunts and even a vinyl shop :) 15 minutes of lazy walk to Termini.
Only wi-fi wasnt working in room, but honestly it was a good thing - we spent no extra time in web. And you can always do major things like flight check-in downstais, at reception.
