Beautiful Apartment, perfect for families, with panoramic view on the all valley
The medieval village of Trevi is situated in the centre of the valley. Famous tourist sites like Bevagna, Spoleto, Assisi, Gubbio as well as the Marmore’s Falls, Lake Trasimeno or the plateau of Castelluccio are reachable within one hour by car. Numerous trails invite to trekking, bicycle tours or rides. Little markets and traditional festivals let guests immerse in the rural culture of the region. Wine cellars and oil mills give guests the chance to try products of highest quality.
The apartment “Rita” has a large living room with integrated kitchen, a bed couch and an extensible table for up to six persons. Two bedrooms – one of which with a double bed (separable if necessary), the other one with two single beds – offer space for up to four persons and make it the ideal family apartment. The spacious bathroom with bathtub is perfect for children, but also for a relaxed evening at home. The large terrace on the west side offers an impressing view over the valley that is bathed in colourful light on foggy days and makes guests enjoy even rainy days. The relaxed atmosphere and the view over the valley from the window will make you immerse in the sounds of the country in summer. The apartment is of moderate temperature in summer to recover from hot days in August, but it is warm and comfortable in winter and on rainy days. The house has been completely redesigned with wooden ceilings, terra-cotta floors and furnishing in country style.
The apartment is named after my mother Rita, well-known as a gifted cook who loves to have guests for lunch or dinner. With its comfortable kitchen and its terrace, this apartment invites guests to enjoy evenings in company, according to the tradition in Italy and especially in our family.
Il mantenimento di un buon grado di civiltà, il rispetto degli altri ospiti ed un buon grado di pulizia di base sono gli unici presupposti per un'esperienza reciprocamente piacevole.
