  • We loved Elizabeth's casita! We felt right at home and everything we needed was there. It felt bigger than it looked one, very comfortable and clean and the outdoor space is really special. Highly recommend this one.

  • We had a fabulous time staying at Elizabeth's guest house; it housed the three of us quite comfortably, and was so conveniently located. The house was wonderfully cool inside, a blessing after the Tucson heat! The bedroom also gets very dark with the shades drawn, which was perfect for sleeping in. The interior is very sleek and efficient, it did seem more spacious than it looked in the photos! Even though it's really close to everything, the neighborhood is very quiet. Lovely time!

  • The listing was in a quiet neighborhood. The listing was very comfortable for a 6 day stay. The hosts were both gracious and attentive to our needs.

  • The casita situated close to grocery stores, shopping but still very private in a nice little neighborhood. Amenities were good. Sleeps 2-3 comfortably. Since I was not on vacation, but there to help with my daughter who had been in an accident, I still had to work and cook "at home". The internet was too unstable to work there. Also, since I cooked the majority of the 6 days I was there, I found the kitchen-cooking area very small, as well as the mini-frig not sufficient for our needs. The sink was a bar sink, so I had to wash dishes in the extremely spacious bathroom sink.

We moved our prep kitchen outdoors and enjoyed the warm Arizona breezes and the trickling water from a central fountain. Enviable bathroom and walk-in shower! On our very last day we did have a toilet/septic system "problem". I was embarrassed I had to leave a note since our host wasn't there during our check-out.

We met our hostess Elizabeth on the first day and she left on vacation but left us in good hands with her husband George.

The air conditioner did not work for us during our time there so check for those little details on day one. We had to shop for toilet paper, paper towels. However, the "kitchen" well stocked with basics i.e. salad dressings, coffee, olive oil, etc. We would love to stay there again, hopefully next time for a real vacation.

  • The Casita was exactly as described. It was a cool quiet oasis in the center of Tuscon. Elizabeth and her husband were gracious hosts that made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was clean and well appointed. The kitchenette had everything we needed. We were able to feel at home away from home.

  • We LOVED staying in this little casita! So peaceful, clean, comfortable. We'd stay there again anytime and recommend it to anyone.

  • My husband & I enjoyed our stay at the secluded Casita. Our only concern were the dogs that barked all day & night behind the property. I imagine this is not a problem when windows are closed. The weather was perfect weather to have windows open. We enjoyed our privacy & the ability to cook our own meals.

  • The casita is clean, charming, and quite central...about equidistant from downtown and the Sabino Canyon trails. We enjoyed our stay very much, and Elizabeth was a very gracious host.

  • This was an absolutely charming place, perfectly set up for my brother and me, with our sleeping areas nicely separated. Elizabeth and her husband have built a beautiful, comfortable space, and decorated it with impeccable taste. The kitchen area is tiny, but adequate for our needs and well supplied with the necessary implements and nice dishes. Convenient to Trader Joe's for food. The bath, bed, and living rooms are spacious, high-ceilinged, and lovely, and well-built to stay at a comfortable temp. The outdoor areas are restful and pretty. And a nice touch: there's a big basked of helpful local maps & brochures. We had plenty of privacy and quiet. Overall, we enjoyed our stay immensely and hope to visit again. Thank you, Elizabeth, for doing things so thoughtfully and being such a gracious host.
