Your own private Luxury Resort in the heart of Las Vegas! Created by a renowned designer who worked on some of the most famous hotels in Las Vegas, this property was meticulously planned to the smallest detail to give you the experience of an upscale hotel in a private setting.

Our location is hard to beat - nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood just minutes from the Las Vegas Convention Center, the Strip, the airport, and all the excitement Las Vegas has to offer.

The space
You'll love the pool with cozy cabanas, a chill lounge area with a gas firepit, an outdoor dining with a 2-section grill and food prep area, and a spacious hot tub with massage jets.
Our fully equipped modern kitchen is a chef's dream with built-in appliances and everything you need including air fryer, rice cooker, blenders and processors, coffee maker with frother, all necessary utensils and silverware.
Every bedroom has a smart TV with all popular services, hypoallergenic pillow-top mattresses and 2+2 natural and hypoallergenic pillows, throws and blankets for the best comfort. Soft bathrobes and resort-quality bath and pool towels are provided for each guest.
Our spacious Primary bedroom has a king size bed, a 65" TV, a pool view and a private access to the outdoor hot tub area.
Primary en-suite bathroom features a spacious double vanity with integrated natural stone sinks, a modern rainfall shower and a dressing/makeup space.
All guest bathrooms offer rainfall showers with ambient lighting (one has a free standing bath tub as well) and modern vanities with natural stone sinks.
Living area features a comfortable oversized leather sectional, an electric fireplace and a 75" Smart TV with all popular services.
Our unique video-game bar area with an XBox 1-X and Premium GamePass subscription offers free access to over 400 games for you to play on a 75" TV.
A variety of board and casino games is there for you to enjoy as well.
A hi-end washer and dryer, dishwasher, cordless vacuum cleaner, along with detergents are provided for your convenience. COMPLIMENTARY HOUSEKEEPING every 2 weeks is also included as standard for longer stays.
A 2-car garage and an EV charger are there for your convenience, but please make sure you have an adapter that is required for your particular vehicle.

BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR
We are located in a residential area and out of respect to our neighbors we do not allow parties or any loud events. Maximum house occupancy is 12 people.
- NO PARTIES, RECEPTIONS, EVENTS, LOUD "GET TOGETHERS"
- NO LOUD ENTERTAINMENT
- NO LIVE PERFORMERS, MARIACHI BANDS, LIVE MUSIC, DJs, PARTY SPEAKERS
- NO MORE THAN 12 PEOPLE AT THE PROPERTY AT ANY TIME
- NO STREET PARKING
- ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE OUTSIDE THE HOUSE DURING QUIET HOURS

Please understand that breaking ANY of these rules WILL result in eviction without refund and WILL ruin your stay.

QUIET HOURS are 10pm-8am.

Please absolutely NO SMOKING in the house or near the open doors and windows. Additional cleaning fee will be enforced if smoke smell or evidence of smoking are present.

PARKING
Please keep all cars parked ONLY in the garage and the driveway. 4 cars maximum (2 in the garage, 2 in the driveway). No street parking.

SAFETY
The property has security cameras monitoring all entry points and backyard for your safety. We have landscape, path and motion lights all around the property. Backyard is fully fenced and very private. Despite all this we still highly advise to lock your cars and exterior doors, make sure backyard and garage gates are closed at all times, please don't leave children unattended near the pool, please absolutely no jumping, diving or rough play in the pool, and make sure to limit your Hot Tub time if you have any medical conditions. Some surfaces inside and outside the house get slippery when wet, please use cation and common sense.

SECURITY CAMERAS
We have a video doorbell and a security camera facing the front yard. We also have 2 security cameras in the back, which cover the whole backyard, including the pool and hot tub area. Any tampering with the security cameras or internet connection will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

POOLS, SPAS and MAINTENANCE
The property will get regular visits by the Pool/Spa, Landscaping and Maintenance workers to ensure we keep the property in the best shape for you to enjoy. They all access the property via side backyard entrance, are trained to respect your privacy, and will always try their best to keep their time at the house to a minimum.

ONCE YOU'VE BOOKED
You will be contacted by your host to answer any questions you might have and provide all the needed details for your stay. We meet all our guests in person at check in, and give them an in-depth house tour, showing all features and amenities, ensuring you can start enjoying the property right away.

REFUNDS
In the unlikely event there is an issue during your stay, we are committed to making it right, whatever it takes. Thus, we do not offer refunds for any issues or problems that we can fix within 24 hours of it made known to us through AirBnB messages. For any cleaning concerns - please let us know within an hour of check-in, and our highly professional cleaning crew will be there to fix and address any problems. There will be no refunds for cleaning issues that we can fix right away.

AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING
The house has a brand new powerful HVAC system. However, due to extreme weather conditions in Las Vegas, and temperatures sometimes reaching beyond 120F, it is very important to ensure it's safe and efficient operation. Thus, our thermostat is limited to a range of 72-78 degrees, to prevent the system from freezing up. To ensure comfortable temperatures inside, please make sure ALL doors and windows are CLOSED TIGHT. Even the most powerful modern HVAC system (like the one we have) wouldn't be capable of keeping a house this size cool when doors and windows are open.
