Patty was a wonderful host. She made me feel welcome, including an honest and refreshing chat over coffee. Everything was as advertised, and I will definitely stay at The Farmhouse again if I ever make it back to Memphis.
Patty is a riot -- such a great host! Loved chatting with her and learning about the area. The house was very reasonably priced, comfortable, and homey. I would definitely recommend staying here :)
We really enjoyed our stay at Patty's. Her home was very charming. It was a convenient location to the things that we did while in Memphis.
Patty was very kind to us during our stay. She made suggestions of things to do/see. We would definitely stay with Patty again, and would recommend her place to others traveling to Memphis.
Patty was more than we could have hoped for in a host! She is kind hearted, warm and welcoming. He makes you feel like your in your own home. So cozy! Definitely a must when coming to Memphis other than Elvis! Patty is the best!
My sister and I loved our stay at Patty's farmhouse. the house is big and cozy with comfortable beds. We felt welcome to use the kitchen as we wanted and the living room and porch as well. in other words we felt right at home. Patty is very personable and friendly and can give you many recommendations for things to do in memphis as she's lived there all her life. we were sorry we had to leave.
What a lovely old farmhouse. Very fitting for an old city. There is a lot of openness here, and the home is set back from the street making it feel like you are much further away from the city than you really are. Patty was very fun to chat with and gave many good choices for our visit. The kitchen had a nice homey feel to it as we sat on the kitchen nook benches with our breakfast and hot drink basking in the sun as it soaked through the window panes. Lovely.

What I love most about Airbnb is that all of us are on the same playing field, so to speak... We both get and give reviews.. So, be sure this casual environment is your cup of tea. I get plenty of wonderful, laid-back guests who love my home. If you are not laid-back, please look for something more expensive that suits you better...
Also, the Farmhouse does not discriminate against any one except religious fanatics who judge others based on their lifestyle. This is an open and affirming home.
